We utilized the SNYP program to fix our husky and two cats we rescued! Crossroads vet clinic aids them to give families with low incomes a superior service! The building and staff were all phenomenal. Drop off; we got help bringing in our anxiety ridden pup. Then checkin and add on services payment were very easy to do. Pickup was even better as they have multiple separate doors around the back of the building so the animals have separate areas to wait in. You drive around to the numbered door; and your animal is brought right out to you! So impressed with the treatment of both the animals and owners. I’m very thankful that we have such a quality place that cares for our animals as much as we do but most especially for treating us all equally whether wealthy or not. We were treated with dignity and respect. Having multiple check in areas and pickup areas made getting in and out a breeze! Definitely recommend this place and the awesome staff!!

The doctor and actual assistant seemed good, present , and did a competent job. Although, I waited over an hour after my appointment sitting in a close to empty waiting room with 5 or more receptionists chatting, eating, doing almost everything except acknowledge any patients or anything seeming to do with health or customer services, besides checking you off when you came in. It was very irritating.

Dr. Mark is absolutely phenomenal! I am from out of town and found a mama cat in respiratory distress with her 5 newborn babies and he performed her diaphragmatic hernia surgical repair. We are two days post op and she is doing wonderful and better than any of us could of expected and we are so grateful for his skilled and compassion work! You will not be disappointed with Dr. Mark taking care of any of your animals, their whole staff is amazing and really cares!!! So grateful we came to him for this stray mama and babies in need. Very reasonable prices too. 10/10 all around!! Thank y’all so so much! <3

Everyone is always so helpful and kind. The vet is very knowledgeable and gives wonderful information. We are thankful!

They didn't understand how we wanted our dog shaved . She looks good so can't complain. Otherwise we are happy with their service.

I brought my dog of 10 years here because she has acute renal failure, and this hospital has the means to do an IV flush. Friendly and professional staff. I guess I'll see how good they are in 48 hours.

I’ve been to many veterinary clinics and by far we are so blessed to have such a professional, knowledgeable and very friendly veterinarian clinic in Crossroads Veterinarian.. Dr. Mark is a God send..
