Amazing Veterinary Clinic…always going the extra mile, with care and love. My dog loves them too! The front office girls always treat you like family and Dr. Lancaster, Dr. Phillips and Dr. Watson take care of Coco. And I would be remiss if I forgot everyone in the back… The techs ROCK!

I have 3 cats and they all LOVE the vets here. We have been seen by all 3 veterinarians and they have all been so wonderful with our babies. They can trim nails and give medicines with no hassle. They’re incredible and truly care about animals and their patients

Dr Watson and the entire staff was very professional and she took as much time with me explaining everything that was happening to my dog and the different options, I highly recommend Tyler Veterinary Center

I drive an hour, passing many veterinarian businesses, to get the high quality personal attention my babies get at Tyler Veterinarian Center on old Bullard Rd. One of my dachshunds would be paralyzed if it were not for the immediate attention given without an appointment that the more closer veterinarian wanted. Time after time I am amazed by the personalized care my babies get and the comfort they give this overprotective dog mom. I thank God I found this place! You will too, no doubt!

My first time visiting and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my Tinkerbell

They profiled me bc I had tattoos and brought in Stratfordshire terrier with scars I found him on the street. They would not let not me go into the exam room. Asked about neutering charges told $389 but the front desk girl said you can go elsewhere if it's too expensive. Like I can't afford it. The bill was $217 they never called with the blood work results. Do not bring your dog here

We have taken our pets to Dr. Lancaster for over 20 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Everyone works as a team to care for my pets' preventive and surgical needs. I have nothing but thanks to all of them.

I’m so thankful we found Tyler Vet Center. The girls at the front desk are so helpful and always so sweet. The whole clinic seems to run efficiently. I really appreciate how the Doctor cared for our little guy after his injury.

Calls are answered by a cheerful and helpful group of ladies at the front desk and the same great attitude greets you when you arrive at their office. Amazing staff! They truly care about your pets. Always warm and welcoming when I enter the office. Dr.Lancaster saved my puppies life. He was the first vet out of 3 previous ones I saw (at different clinics) who was able to find out what was wrong with my puppy. Highly recommended.

Sweet, kind and caring people.

They are way over priced for their services. They used to be affordable, but no longer. The woman who answers the phone is usually not helpful and has been rude to us on 2 different occasions. They also purposely did not follow federal law on emotional support and service animals for signing the doctor's signature for allowing emotional support and service animals to fly; specifically, they stated we could only travel for 10 days at a time. Federal law does not have a 10 day restriction for traveling with a service animal nor emotional support animal. They also charged us for a signature... Bery disappointed with their overall customer support, not following federal law, and hiking up their prices for all services.

Great service and they treated my 12 year old chocolate lab like a true member of their family. The office is in a great location and I couldn't be more happy to have a vet this close to home in South Tyler. Pricing was very reasonable and the vet was very thorough with describing the services and asking for consent before moving forward.
