Dr Reeves helped my pup recover from partial paralysis after an injury. He has to have continued care to keep his mobility at 100% but is still here with me and as cuddly anf playful as ever!

Had to put down my best friend of over 12 years and they handled it poorly. I know it was the day before Thanksgiving, but I'm severely disappointed. I've had good experiences in the past here, but now I don't think I'll be returning. The veterinarian had an issue with the needle as he was injecting the euthanasia drugs, and sprayed it everywhere. Luckily, Gunner was already asleep thanks to previous drug they gave him. He started breathing heavily, and while the vet went to get more drugs, he left the needle hanging out of his paw with no syringe attached and blood dripped everywhere. Then, while describing what kind of services they can provide for the cremation of my dog, they made it sound like the paw would be engraved on the wooden box/urn, that is not the case. As you can see in the picture, it was simply just some clay with the paw print pressed into it. Now I'm not sure if the clinic provided this or the cremation place, but either way, you can't make out my dogs paw print. I could've done a much better job myself without spending an arm and a leg. Luckily I already put his paws on canvas. Just extremely disappointed and wanted to share this experience so others don't have to endure what I did with my best friend.

At first, I was nervous about trying a new vet but I had learned that Banfield did not care for my animal the way Reeves Veterinary Clinic did. The nurse engaged with my dog with love and compassion, something I never saw from my other vet. My dog was always scared and nervous coming and going from Banfield. My dog, Aegon, a Border Collie/Labrador mix, went into Reeves Clinic nervous but left happier than ever. There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am towards them with how they engaged with my dog. People that work at vet clinics should love animals. The staff at Reeves Veterinary Clinic are people born to help take care of animals. Thank you guys so much.

Dr Reeves is a caring veterinarian. The staff took great care of our dog, Gavin. They were able to trim all his nails, gave him a steroid shot, recommended the right kind of diet, provided heart worm medication, and we also picked up some medicated shampoo to help Gavin with his itching. Our dog already seems less stressed in the past 20 hours!

The best place for the care of our furbabies! Dr Brian Reeves offers exceptional care in treating the animals...as if they're human. Janice is very knowledgeable and offers great advice in extreme care in helping the "patients" live life to the fullest. Compassionate care is always given.

Can't find better care for my pups. From snake bites to cancer...he needs a bigger sign to include "miracles performed daily"

Small lobby, filling up with customers, and nobody came to check in or see if they could help. I finally walked to the back to find someone myself.

Very pet-health focused clinic. Dr. Reeves performs wonders. He provides chiropractic manipulation to our Cocker's back. You can tell that she feels instant relief and feels so much like herself.

Dr Reeves, Janet, Anthony, and Misty (now Anna Marie) are very caring people and take care of my cocker spaniel, Coco. Coco has had ongoing skin problems due to yeast infections. Antibiotics would clear it up (mostly), but inevitably it comes back, and usually worse. Wanting to avoid the cycle and taxing his immune system he's now undergoing alternative, ozone, treatments. This takes a while, and several, but he's made a lot of progress. His skin is much improved, as are his ears, but we have yet to wipe it out completely. Along with the ozone we've done an allergy test and made a few modifications to his diet, however it is difficult to find a single food on the market that meets all of the criteria. He's allergic to chicken, turkey, and all grains, so finding something without any of these is a challenge. Almost all foods include chicken/eggs. And many include rice. Diet ultimately may be the answer, but ozone does help and it does seem that twice a week is beneficial. For a 15 year old dog, he gets around pretty good. And the ozone does contribute positively. His energy level seems to correspond with the treatments. Plus his coat is softer, shinier, and his skin looks much healthier. If your dog has a less than desirable coat or skin condition, Dr Reeves can help. He doesn't pressue anyone. He gives you options (if there are any) and lets you decide. You can go with traditional medicine, alternative, or a combine approach. One type of treatment doesn't fit every pet, so he isn't opposed to changing things up, if the initial form of treatment isn't working. I'll admit that Coco got worse, before he got better, but persistence and patience paid dividends.

Best naturopathic vet in the world. Saved my wolf from cancer. 2 other vets plus the University wanted to cut his leg off up to the hip, he weighed 150 pounds. I searched and found Doc Reeves and he worked on my wolf and now my wolf is cancer free, running and jumping and best of all still my friend. Thank-you from both of us Doc Reeves

Dr Reeves and his staff are great!! We went to him after 2 of our dogs were diagnosed with heart worms. We had researched the treatment that our other vet wanted to perform and just didn’t have the heart to put our fur babies through that. Dr Reeves treated them with a holistic approach and we have a cure. He really cares about all of his patients and treats everyone like family. We drive over an hour to see him and it is so worth it for his special care.

Dr. Reeves and his staff are kind, caring people that do wonderful vet work both traditional and holistic. Even though I live out of town, I still drive to Tyler for my pet care. They treat their patients as if they are their pets and give you the various options that they can recommend.
