Dr. Jay and staff were amazing and very friendly. They took amazing care of my old man Blitz and gave me a few options of care to fit my budget.

The professionals at AMC of Tyler are always very accommodating with my schedule, and Sophie and Cooper's needs.

They were so nice and patient with me and my anxious dog. Very clean and professional office, I almost thought I was in for a check up myself. I called Animal Medical Center after calling a bunch of vets that wouldn't take my pet, as I had an emergency the day before thanksgiving everyone was closed or closing early. Luckily they were open and squeezed me in. I'm so grateful for them, the Doctor is the BEST! Will be coming here from now on!!

Not possible. Everyone one was not only knowledgeable and competent, they were very professional and courteous as well. They didn’t gouge me with unreasonable or inflated prices, and were genuinely concerned for my animal’s well being. What I loved most about AMC is that they were upfront about costs. No added charges when I showed up to pick up my pet! Staff was great and communicated with me before, during and after the visit! Would definitely recommend!

I have lived in Tyler for over a year and was unable to find someone to groom my dog because he gets too excited. I found out through my Vet that the Animal Medical Center of Tyler maybe able to groom him. I am so glad I went to AMC of Tyler, not only were they able to groom him but they cared about him and his excitability during grooming. This will be our spot and who knows I may just have them start caring for my little ball of fur.

Had an emergency while traveling through Texas with one of our dogs. The Vet and Staff were caring and compassionate, at a very difficult time. Highly recommend AMC for any of your vetrinary needs.

The staff and veterinarian were fantastic! Shiner is scared of anything new because he was rescued from a busy highway. The staff made him feel comfortable where he wasn’t shaking every time they tried to touch him. Thank you again for being so kind to Shiner and our family!

The reason we were there was the worst. The staff was very caring of both us and our dog in his last minutes. I also watched how the other customers were treated and it was very professional and caring.

I came in off the street (no appointment and never been there before) because Ms. Luna Petunia was very sick (she collapsed and wasn't responding to me). They saw her immediately! They did some blood work and found her issue quickly. They even delivered Luna's medicine to my home! A+ service right there! Thank you!

Veterinarian diagnosed my dog's disease and established a treatment.

My 10 year old Pomeranian exhibited severe pain during the night and again the next morning. I took him to the Animal Medical Center of Tyler without an appointment. They handled the situation ASAP and gave him the appropriate medicine. He hasn't been in pain since.

Love this place! The staff and doctors are so friendly and they take great care of my pups. We are on the yearly plan, which is a great affordable way to make sure my dogs are covered for all their regular appointments. And they get free office visits, so when someone gets sick I can get them in quickly to get them checked out. The front desk staff is so helpful making appointments, always working with me to squeeze in a sick pet visit if needed. Highly recommend!

I frequent this clinic with my puppies for their check-ups and occasionally for other issues and have always received top notch service! Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this facility for all of your pet needs;)

They were extremely friendly and made Paprika's booster shots happen as quickly as they could. They were gentle and very sweet to her as well since she was a very nervous kitty. Highly recommended.

My dog Tobit doesn't like to go to the vet but since we were referred to Animal Medical he is alot better at going to the vet. He loves going to the vet here. Plus the professionalism is impeccable. This is the only vet I will use in Tyler. Have been to other vets who were actually rude and when your baby is sick you want to be treated like it's important to you. This vet does that.Just try it, you will be pleased with the result.
