We have been a client of Willow Creek for several years, have used the boarding, grooming and training with Sam. We have also referred several other people. We knew at the beginning of January 2022 that they were going up in price but shocked at the amount! We were informed that one of our dogs was considered a problem (based on a incident that took place in May of 2021) and never told about it until they changed the pricing and added a "private kennel" charge for problem dogs. The cost would be $65 a day for our problem pup and $50 a day for our other dog. So a $115 a day.???? Loved this place but now using private home care for less money.

Love this place and more importantly my dogs love this place! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. And they LOVE animals! My dogs have been to daycare, as well as boarded here multiple times, the longest was for almost a week. Everyone took great care of them! They even texted me pics each day and now they have an fb page where they post updates. My dogs are so excited when we arrive, in a great mood and tuckered out when we pick them up ❤️

Just took my dog, Higgins, for doggy day care at Willow Creek Ranch. He absolutely had the best time! When I picked him up, I received an update about his day at the ranch. He’s already looking forward to the next day he gets to go for daycare.

This place is amazing! They are extremely accommodating and bent to my needs in watching my ferrets (which they’ve never watched before) and did an excellent job! They would do the same for anyone else, now I know where to leave my babies whenever I go out of town and I don’t have to worry! Thank you guys!

Just moved to the area and needed last minute boarding for my Maltipoo and Colin was so helpful and understanding. Answered all my questions and gave me information I needed to know before brining my dog. Thank You Kayla (I think, sorry) for helping me with the dog trainer Information, she was so awesome and understanding as well. Can’t wait to use your service in the future. I am so excited and feel very comfortable about letting my Princess in your care. Highly Recommend!

Sam is great. She worked very well with our pup and explained all she was doing. We are looking forward to our next lesson.

Our dog Eric went for a day to play, he played and had a shower that day as well. He was happy to see us and I'm sure will enjoy going back again.

We have been using Willow Creek Ranch for our dog’s and foster dog’s grooming for about a year. The staff is fantastic. If I call and they don’t answer, I get a call back even without leaving a message. They do a great job of making me aware of any upcoming vaccines the dogs’ need for grooming ahead of any appointments. And are flexible for rescheduling if something comes up or if anything opens and we are looking for an earlier appointment. The groomers do a great job and our pups always come back looking handsome. We plan to use them for boarding during our next trip.

I had my first at home training session with Sam today and I am so glad I booked it. Sam is an amazing trainer. My pup Wiley and I worked on his leash pulling and not jumping on visitors when they come to visit by practicing place stay. Great 1st session!!! My only regret is that I didn’t book it sooner.

My dog, Marley, has gone a few times starting at 4 months of age. She LOVES this place and so do we. She gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot and as soon as we walk into the foyer area, she takes off to go check out all the rooms. I love that they let the dogs be dogs and don’t mind if you take off the leash as soon as you walk in. Everyone that I have met that works there is so chill, sweet, and get dogs! If you are looking for a daycare or overnight, this is the place to go! We have done daycare once and overnight several times.

Love the openess of the facility and cage free for animals. Shaylee was friendly and shared great info on dog procedures. Didnt give the extra star because outside of Shaylee, only one other (out of about 10) staff person said hello.

My dogs love getting groomed here. They do such a great job!

Willow Creek is top notch for boarding and grooming. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else after being here!

Brought my baby Shih tzu Torchy here for the first time. The groomer did a wonderful job and the staff was so nice and amazing! This will be our favorite place for our baby to come to.

Today was my first day bringing my dog here and all I can say is WOW!!! They did a wonderful job on my dog he was very matted be we lost him for 4 months and they did a wonderful job on him.????????????????????????????????

I have been using Willow Creek Ranch for years my dogs love them, they have the best customer service and go above and beyond taking care of my babies. ????

First, I want to say that the staff is wonderful at Willow Creek - extremely helpful & friendly. We also love the concept of willow creek being cage free. However, for some reason 9 times out of 10, our pup always comes home sick after visiting Willow Creek. I’m not sure what the root cause is, but whether we’ve boarded him(over the weekend) or he just went to get groomed (& is there for hardly half a day), he is sick the very next day. With that being said, if it was once or twice, I can understand that is very likely to happen. But it has become so consistent (& since he’s usually there over the weekend, it creates a disastrous Monday for us with him being sick), we feel forced to find a new place. And for as long as we’ve had him, the only times we can recall him getting sick are after he has been groomed/boarded. I’m sad to have to do this since we’ve enjoyed everything else about Willow Creek & it had been recommended by so many, but we cannot keep risking having our pup come home sick. Feel free to still give them a chance, just felt like this should be known & not sure if our pup is the only one this is happening to.

My family loves this place. Great people and services. Our dogs always look their best after every groom. We would not take our dogs anywhere else.

Our German Shorthair Pointer loves it here! She plays hard and comes home tired.

We love Willow Creek! They treat all of our pets with so much love and care and always remember them when we return. Have always been satisfied with their services and we highly recommend them!

Very friendly and courteous service

I took my dog to Willow Creek Ranch for doggie day care today. After a temperament test, she was accepted into the facility. Everyone there is extremely nice and answered all my questions. I was given a tour of the facility which I found to be clean and appropriate for my dog. So glad to have found this place. My dog came home exhausted which is what I hoped for! Definitely taking her back! Thanks again ladies!!!!

I have been using Willow Creek Ranch since I moved to this side of town 3 years ago. The staff are friendly and I love how tired my dog is when she gets home. A sign of being able to play alot.

My shepherd is well taken care of here. She is being socialized and enjoys coming. The workers quickly learned her personality, quirks, likes, dislikes and needs. They pay attention, promote quality interactions, and keep her safe. Im very pleased with the service and care at Willow Creek Ranch.
