We unfortunately have been dealing with a very tough situation with our pet. The vets here showed incredible empathy with my wife and I during the process. What I was so impressed with was how much they cared. I am grateful we used them and I would recommend them.

The veterinarians were good at giving us information about all the options when faced with our dogs condition. One of the options was to put our dog down, and they seem understanding that the process is hard.

They are very experianced in dealing with animals my baby lola was scared and didnt want anything to do with them. They took great care of her and she got the treatment to help her eye. I would recommend them to everyone and will be returning with my other animals

I'm dealing with a colony of feral cats, and they have been amazing about it. So nice and helpful. I am definitely going to keep coming back.

We had a sick kitten during the Corona scare and we were able to be seen next day and get a prognosis for the problem.

I've gone twice now, went to them for two senior dogs. Great service and care. Took younger dog to thrive vet, then tried best care pet, eventually I realized that I wasted my money. I should've just stuck with NAH, they are reasonable and don't make me spend on unecessary care. Doctor Crider is super informative and patient.

Great vet clinic. I've been taking my dog here for several years now and they've always done a great job with him. The vet always does a quick brush up to remember who me and my pet are, which is nice. Their prices seem fair and the staff are nice and helpful. I actually drive here from inside the loop, as I've been unable to find a vet near me that I like as much as this place.

RUN!!!!! They have taken advantage of the COVID-19 by padding bills. They do not show an itemized bill at the time of checkout. Instead they email it after payment! I found padded charges and when I confronted them about it, the VET hung up on me!!! This clinic is completely unprofessional!! Is no stars an option???

My 22 year old cat had a stroke in the middle of the night. My previous vet "Lakewood Animal Clinic" who I had taken my pets for 20 years refused to help me euthanize my pet until the end of the day.. I had two cats and a dog who I exclusively used for all my pets. I called them at 7:30 a.m. Boo, my cat, was paralyzed from the waste down and was very upset and confused. I really couldn't bare it so I called Northpointe. They fit me right in and were so kind. I was so touched by their consideration and then a week later received a sympathy card with Boo's paw print. This is who you want to take your pets to see. They care.

I take all of my dogs here. I have a senior dog that was taken to 3 other vets and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with her, I was at the point of sedating her and sending multiple biopsies to TAMU for testing. I changed vets because I moved to Tomball and the vets at Northpointe were able to diagnose and treat with antibiotics! They take great care of my animals

Everyone in the office was very professional while being caring during an extremely difficult time for us. Even though there was nothing that could be done they where kind and helpful. The staff answered our questions and the office was clean and inviting. Highly recommend this practice.

I went to Northpointe animal hospital for the first time with my new pup. The folks here are very pleasant and helpful. Due to Covid-19, they did a curb side check in. I checked in my pup and picked him up within 30 minutes. The doctor informed me on everything the puppy needed before any procedures were performed. Overall, I had great experience here. I would recommend them.
