The groomer permanently maimed my dog. Staff was unapologetic, aloof, and callous about it. Then they tried to act like they didn't do anything wrong. Avoid this place like the plague.

Stylist Kendall @ woodlands west location on kuykendahl rd, rudely called my cell and said "your dog is being aggressive and he needs to get out of here, he can not come here again". I tried explaining that my 10 lb cockapoo was just scared and never have encountered any issues from any previous visits, if anything they loved seeing my dog come in. She didn't care when I explained that the way she was speaking to me on the phone was extremely disrespectful. It was really disappointing to see that not only my dog but myself included was faced with such a heartless employee who simply didn't have the decency to try and soothe my distressed puppy. For all of the pet owners who have animals that struggle with anxiety...... BEWARE

1st time using the Thrive Vet Pet Healthcare within Petco. I only have great things to say. They got me in earlier than my appointment, check in/out easy and Dr. Craig and staff were great! Very well run vet clinic!

The veterinarian is great. They take good care of my dog. They have a good selection of toys, treats and food for your pets.

Wide variety, nice layout, fast service

Scheduled a grooming appointment online for my shih tzu a week ahead for 3:15. Get a call days before stating they need at least 4 hours to groom and could I come in earlier. If that was an option, I would have I initially made an early appointment. I'm an otr truck driver and this has inconvenienced me immensely! Don't make the appointment available if you cant accommodate.!

Great selection of holistic good and treat options. Friendly and helpful staff. My dog has been seeing Alec for years. He and Brittany are very patient with him. He is very anxious when it comes to the groomer.

Both THRIVE and the groomers here are amazing. All employees are so helpful and so friendly to the customers pets. I felt like everyone loved there job.

The salon did an excellent job very happy with the service. Salon on one side on the other side Vet. Plus a variety of pet goodies for your favorite animal. Close to my house and easy to schedule an appointment for grooming.

The prices and availability of reptile products were best in the area.

They were out of supplies not many pets on display for adoption. I went on a Thursday...maybe it is slow due to the Pandimic...IDK.

Took my dog to get her nails trimmed here a few weeks ago and Stephany was phenomenal! I scheduled a grooming appointment with her for my only day off for the next few weeks and I was surprised when I got an email confirming for a different groomer. No big deal I was still excited to try their grooming services! The groomer was late to the appointment/ and for work (8am) and didn't even talk to me outside where I had been waiting since 7:52 that morning. Just an overall terrible experience. Ended up cancelling when they finally unlocked the door. Groomer was rude to me, disrespectful of my time, and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog.

Nice store! has most of what you need, but sometimes this location doesn't always have certain canned dog foods available.

I love the discount! My stuff was packed in reusable Petco bags that I can reuse there. I love that I can get my pet Rx flea med at Thrive at the same time I'm getting my stuff. And it's ready so quickly! Just grab from the locker and go!

Easy experience in placing the order and picking up the order. I will still shop in person as I don't want to miss seeing new products that I may want. But to have a particular item reserved in advance is great!

This is best place for all you pet needs. Grooming, Veterinarian service, food, toys, and more. Super clean snd organized. Friendly staff in all departments.
