Panther Creek Pet Clinic The Woodlands, Texas

We’ve been trying for weeks to fill a heart worm prescription. We just switched to this clinic after moving up here. They gave us a written prescription to fill elsewhere. We tried using chewy as it’s very convenient and we have been going back and forth because this clinic does not work with chewy for some reason so they won’t provide an electronic confirmation or prescription. All they said is mail your prescription to chewy. We did, and now it turns out that the prescription dosage is wrong and not commercially available !! So are we supposed to go back, get another paper prescription so send again via snail mail?? Not helpful and they definitely they don’t try to make the customers life easier

We trusted Dr. Cregg and continue to trust the clinic he started. Vet techs are very kind and great at answering all our questions. Bohdi isn’t afraid to go in either. He knows he’ll be taken good care of. I just wish they were a little less expensive, but I guess it’s the cost of reliable pet care. :)

The receptionist Stephanie and Deb are incredibly rude. I am not sure why this is the case when my family has spent hundreds of dollars there. I will be looking be visiting BluePearl hospital instead. In addition, in the staff there, not the doctors, are horrendous. They don't seem to do their jobs very well. I took my dog to get checked for worms, they did their test and assured me that there were no worms only for me to find out a day later that my dog did have worms. I took her back there to get medication for her and they brushed over that oversight. Then, I specifically asked for them to give me a preventative that covered everything so I didn't have to worry about my dog when we go out. Our family is an outdoorsy family, well I was under the impression she was completely protected, however my dog was not. They neglected to tell me or offer me their tick preventative when I had specifically requested to have protection for everything for my dog. I am a new dog owner and I was not aware of what to ask for. I confronted them on this and they also brushed this off and instead of owning up, they were extremely rude to me. Save yourself the headache, the rudeness, and hassle. Take your dog elsewhere. I do not recommend this clinic for those reasons.

We were visiting from out of town when our dog got stung by something and swelled up like crazy. The staff at Panther Creek went out of their way to fit us into their schedule. When we arrived they were quick to get us checked in and into a room and then seen by the tech and Vet. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Even my people-shy dog was calm and relaxed during his time there. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The Panther Creek Pet Clinic staff go above and beyond to make sure their clients and their furry companions are taken care of. Our 10 year old Heeler rescue had previous ER vet trauma and this is the only clinic he felt comfortable at. They really made him feel like one of their own and handled all my annoying questions. Highly recommended.

The doctors themselves are OK, not overtly nice but they aren't rude. The front staffs attitude, as other reviews mention, is not unacceptable. My pets have been patients here for over three years and I honestly don't know why I kept going back. I hit the point where if the staff is cold to me, I don't trust them taking my pets to the back room. With the exception of Kara and two others, the remaining staff is incredibly rude I don't understand how they still have jobs. Finally moved vets and now I truly see how poorly me and my pets were treated in comparison.

I just moved to The Woodlands from out of state May and needed a new vet. I have had two visits there for needed vaccinations so far. They are so nice to work with, the whole staff is personable and professional. I’ve been very pleased with my experiences there.

Very friendly staff. My dog was not feeling well and the saw him right away. They were very attentive and caring to his needs. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and accommodating team. My animals were put at ease and relaxed despite being at the vet to get their shots! Staff seemed passionate about their job and super gentle with the patients (cat and dog) which is unfortunately rare nowadays with everyone always rushing thru everything.

Hands down this is my all time favorite group of veterinarians and their staff.Not only are they professional but very kind and caring as well. My pets have had some serious issues and they have always treated us with respect and great kindness. They are simply the best!

Had to put my best friend, Hank down today and don't think there is a better place. The most caring, compassionate people! This was actually the 2nd dog I've brought to them for euthanasia and cannot express the way they made me feel - assuring me i had made the best decision for my very ill boy. Gave me all their time, like I was their only customer (and I actually think I was there till after closing hours!)

Dr Bradley takes care of all of my dogs needs! The vet tech/assistants are friendly and welcoming! I moved to Pearland but will continue to see Dr. Bradley and the staff. My dog Jack loves yall!!

Panther creek clinic is amazing!! We drive from New Caney because they are just so great with our little guy. Dr. Tureck is super great and the technician Jenn is outstanding. My little guy LOVES her. They are so good with him that he doesn't freak out when we go! Office staff is always helpful and nice. The entire staff actually listens to concerns, asks good questions and genuinely love all their patients. If you're looking for a good vet Panther Creek is the place to go!

The staff is friendly, caring and professional. They take time to listen to any concerns and address them accordingly. You can tell that they really enjoy their jobs and the animals in their care.

Dr. K is so informative and helpful for our first dog, a wonderful Havanese puppy. I like that she has specialized background in skin issues because this breed is prone to allergies.

Called in to have my dog seen as she seemed sick, lady was nice but once I said I was new to the area I was told I would have to take my dog somewhere else. So I have no experience with this place other than that.

Only place that I take my pack to when they are not feeling well. They are very tentative to any concerns you may have and try their best to do everything they can to help you and your pet. And, my babies feel comfortable in their care. Only vet office my baby has been comfortable enough to lay down at and wait for the vet without fuss.

Panther Pet Clinic has been great for our new puppy! We had a scare after his paw was accidentally stepped on hard. It was 520pm and they closed at 6pm. We were able to be seen immediately (despite no available appointments), get xrays and consult from the vet before 6pm. Even got a call from the clinic a few days later to check on the puppy's status. He ended up having nothing broken and is doing great now. Service was exceptional from the vet clinic.

I don’t normally write reviews but these guys went above and beyond for me and my kitty Luna. She wasn’t having a good reaction to the pain medication she was on - so I called and got the meds switched. Well, they were closing in 15 minutes and I was about 30 minutes away. Not only did they stay late for me they also didn’t charge me for the new meds. They really care about the wellbeing of your pets. Don’t hesitate to go here!

My dog had an appointment today and Panther Creek Pet Clinic made it very easy and safe... Andrea came out for my dog and was very thorough with her explanation of what to expect of the visit (shots/exam/ prices) after they were done Dr Turek took the time out to come to my car to go over everything in regards to my Dog, He took good care of my Foxy! Thank you for making our "curb side" vet appointment experience easy and safe for my family.
