They should rename this place "Just Money". I tried to speak to someone over the phone about a couple of preliminary questions I had to ask before choosing the right place to care for my cat. They simply told me they won't answer anything without a 150$ appointment. The lady was pretty rude over the phone. She answered, and immediately started talking about money. I told her money (the price) was not my concern. I love my animals, have a well paying job, you can not put a price tag on that. Obviously this place is not into the business to make happy customers. Strictly about a dollar.

Had a great first experience at Just Cats with my FIV+ cat. They didn't make me wait a long time like most vets I've been to, they were very friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. They were good to my cat and gave her time to calm down when she was getting fed up with all the tests and shots she needed instead of pushing through and upsetting her just to save time. I can recommend this vet for anyone that needs to bring their cat in for an appointment. I will be returning here for my next feline vet visit.

Dr. McManis and Dr. Smith are both brilliant. They explained things to me in detail and answered all my questions about our cat Luna. Thanks to them our kitty is alive and doing well. Their staff follow up is also exceptional. I cannot thank them enough.

Great veterinary practice. While waiting on exam room, they brought a box of little toys for my 4wk old kitten to play with. That is the what makes certain places worthy of talking up to friends about

I don't care to think about why I found myself there but I will say the staff are very nice folks and the doctor exudes compassion for her work with every move she makes. I was touched. I was sent a very nice hand written card where she expressed her feelings and thoughts about my visit and well yea... damn good folks

It was very remote and distant. A sigh of the times - No Human Interface even with pets.

I just left this vet clinic in complete shock as to lack of compassion for palliative care for my fur baby. This is an elderly cat that has been sleep deprived, and acutely vomiting bile and blood for over 36 hours and is apparent pain. The doctor (Dickinson) stated (over the phone as clients must wait outside of clinic ) that she will not provide pain relief UNTIL blood work and other procedures are performed. Where is the humanity and compassion it that logic??? I would NOT recommend this vet clinic. Did I mention that I drove over an hour to go to this “recommended” vet? DO NOT GO HERE!!! Better off going to VCA or Katy freeway vet clinic/urgent care. They put my elder cats pain first.

I was really impressed with this vet clinic for several reasons. 1. Quick appt - within 2 days 2. They provided a detailed printout/synopsis of what was wrong with my cat & recommendations on how to address and treat injuries 3. Really well run for being limited to curbside - the kitty wagon was a nice touch 4. Really nice swag bag - my cat loves the catnip bag. 5. Handwritten note welcoming my family and cat to their vet 6. Staff are very thorough and doctor came out to my car and personally talked to me about my cats injuries.

This vet clinic has the most amazing staff, and takes care of my cat, Pimento. Every time I call the office they answer with such a delightful tone and are so prompt with making appointments. The doctors here are not only brilliant but help us owners to understand what’s going on and have such a nice “bedside” manner. I highly recommend this clinic! Also, they sometimes sneak some cute pictures of your baby while in their appointment.

The vets here specialize in cats. They will give the best care to your cat.

Top quality veterinary service. I'm so glad that Just Cats was recommended to us! Dr Ramdas and all the staff I've dealt with are friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. My senior cat, who'd been having digestive issues since we adopted him a few years ago, is now happy and healthy bc of Dr Ramdas' suggestions. I appreciated how thorough the exam was and how gentle they all were with him. He's had to stay multiple nights for recovery from some procedures there and I felt completely comfortable leaving him with the staff of Just Cats. They'll be seeing my second cat soon!

Caring, knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarians who seem to love our fur kids as much as we do. Update: Curbside Service for social distancing is made easy by the staff sending pre registration paperwork via email, signs in the parking lot for Curbside Service with a number to call when you arrive, a phone call or FaceTime equivalent during exam with doctor, and an emailed estimate for treatment while you wait in your vehicle. I bring a book or work to do while waiting.

My 13-year old cat Mr. Reid was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer of the leg. Knowing that time was of the essence in order to save his life, Dr. McManus was able to get him into surgery within 2 days even though they had an extremely packed schedule. This really meant a lot to me, and was the difference between life and death for Mr. Reid. I would highly recommend Just Cats. The vets and entire staff love cats, and it shows. None of my cats like traveling or going to the vet, but the atmosphere at Just Cats is very peaceful and they make the experience as nice as possible. I did not find their prices to be any higher than any of the other vets in the area, so don't let cost be a deterrent to making an appointment at Just Cats.

Expensive and quick to start all kind of tests and treatment. Wish there would have been more and better communication. Friendly staff and nice facilities. First time there they give you a tour. Next time we will go for a second opinion and ask more questions.

They sure love the money!!! Cats .........not so much.

Just Cats has given loving care to our 18-year-old year old Siamese/Torty Point cross for much of her life. Our daughter was only 5 or 6 when we got Precious. Our Daughter is 23 now and a recent graduate of Texas A&M's Ag. Department. Needless to say there was a close bond between our Daughter and Precious, as well as my Wife and I. In recent weeks, our cat has been treated for kidney failure and apparent cancer. It became so bad, our cat was miserable and in bad shape. Very reluctantly, we agreed to put Precious to sleep. Just Cats were very professional and caring in how this event was handled. The entire staff present showed loving support and caring to Precious, as well as the three of us. It was a very difficult situation for us all, but the Just Cats staff was wonderful. We will always remember Just Cats.

The personality is there but their pricing is ridiculous. I would rather drive out of my way elsewhere.

The vets and assistants here really love cats and take great care of them.

I have a 7 year old meowzer who is my heart. My vet knows this and I could not place my girl in better hands. It is all about cats!

Kind and knowledgeable vets and staff. However would like face to face contact inside instead of thru video from car.

We had a stray kitten in critical condition, to which Dr Ramdas was able to recommend an immediate course of action while understanding the monetary concerns of it being a stray kitten and just trying to do the right thing. She and her staff were immensely helpful, understanding, and informative throughout the process. Because of her ability to diagnose and quickly correct the issue, the kitten is healthy and living a happy life. We went here originally due to immediate availability, but we will certainly return with our own cats. Highly recommend Dr Ramdas, we (including the kitten) are very grateful for her and the Just Cats team.

Way better than grogan mills pet clinic

We recently moved to Houston and brought our cat Pebbles to Just Cats in May 2020 for a examination and her required shots. We paid almost $300,00 for this service which in our opinion was excessive compared to the same levels of services rendered by other vets nonetheless considering Woodlands etc. we realized that fees were commensurate with the area and we expected to receive quality care for our cat. Several weeks after this office visit we moved to Dallas. Prior to the move we did not receive a follow up call to see if the cat was ok. We had no idea of what was forthcoming. Recently we realized that there was a growth on the cats left leg where she was injected. I contacted Just Cats and they verified that where the growth is at is where she was injected. The long and the short of this is that we are going to loose our cat prematurely after being examined and evaluated by a local vet because of the incompetence of this vet. In no case should a animal or a human being be injected when there is a possibility of infection or such a reaction that could cause either the animal or human to loose its life. I am extremely disturbed and aggravated at the lack of responsibility taken by Just Cats and the manufacturer of the vaccine that she was injected with. For us to save our cat will cost a minimum of $5000.00 and may result in the loss of her left leg. We are retired and do not have this type of excess money. This is unconscionable that no one takes responsibility for this type of a tragedy neither the vet or the maker of the vaccine. Innocently we brought our family member to this vet, paid $300.00 for the services only to know that she is slowly dying. Why would anyone use a vaccine that could have such horrible side effects, that could cause the premature death of a treasured part of ones family. I don't have the resources to sue these people but be aware that this could happen to you. Make sure that your vet fully explains to you personally what side effects could occur with the injections given, do not depend on a follow up letter. They must fully explain verbally what could happen and ask your permission to administer the medication.. Personally I do not think that any medication should be administered if the side effects could cause such severe complications as growths, amputations or death. Very sad over this.

I've been trusting Just Cats with my babies for over 10 years. All of the Vets and Techs are patient, knowledgeable with me and loving with my kitties. Several people suggested them and now I would not go anywhere else.

Very thorough and they provide excellent care we love this place!!!
