I adopted a dog that started having seizures within a couple of days. I called these people on Monday after having paid 150$ for initial visit where he was revaccinated UNECCESSARILY within a 4-8 wk period. They didnt even bother to check the vax records to see what or if he even needed them. They still hadn't returned a phone call by Friday, so I called and they said I couldn't talk to the doctor unless I made an appointment and paid him 50 bucks for his time. He could've gone into anaphylaxis because of over vaccinating & I just had a few minor questions that would eliminate thousands of dollars spent & a lot of unnecessary testing and I could not get a doctor on the phone. Very disappointed! I thought these people cared about their patients, but it's blatantly obvious that all they really care about is money.

I had to schedule an emergency appointment for my dog on New Years Eve. They got her right in and helped her out. Very professional and a delight to do business with!

COVID DENIERS. absolutely insane that medical professionals, even for animals, are so rude and have a sign up saying “enter with your own immune system”

Scott always takes great care of my Charlie and the staff is always very friendly!

Awesome place to take your fur babies ???? plus the prices aren't bad ,staff were amazing and sweet.

I am grateful to have found this place close to home to take care of my sweet baby. It was very difficult to find a veterinary office that takes care of rabbits. I had an emergency visit and they were able to squeeze me in. It did take up half my day and we did not find the solution to my bunnies problem.

Can be a little pricey with sometimes no answers and takes time to get in..

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and cares about your pet.

Great doctor and staff. We will not go anywhere else. Dr. Scott helped my very sick rescue kitty get well, it took several months with antibiotics and steroids but now she doesn't even look like the same cat. I will be forever grateful. I had been to two different vets before I found Dr. Scott with no real help. My creatures are so lucky to have him.

I recently took my puppy into this office and was very displeased with the customer service and pricing of this clinic. Dr. Scott the vet was very rude and talked on the other side of the door like I wasn’t there I will never ever take my dog here again and I recommend the same for anyone else

Our adopted dog was neutered here. The vet & tech seemed as if they didn’t want to spend time talking to us. We left without a cone because the vet tech told us he would be “totally fine” without one. The dog swelled up so badly and he burst his incision site two days later. We had to take him to an emergency vet to fix the problem because he was bleeding profusely. Turned out he also had a massive infection. It is now two days after the emergency vet visit and he is bleeding again. We are going to another vet tomorrow to get someone we trust to actually take care of our dog. No dog deserves to go through this, but especially not a previously abused, fresh out of the shelter, older dog. He has been in pain for five days. I’ve called and left a voicemail that detailed what was happening, and they haven’t returned my call. Very frustrated and heart broken for this dog.

Had been to 2 other vets for my little chi-weenie. The others gave her allergy medication, which didn't work. Had been to them multiple times each. One visit to Scott and her skin was crystal clear! Kept debating the allergy diagnosis with the others. Turns out it was a skin infection. Sure wish I had my money back from the other two places. I'd have saved over $600 in misdiagnosis!

He did a great job with getting my pup to the er and taking care of her after she was released to his facility again. It really meant the world to me that he even called the ER on the weekend to check on her. She's home and doing great after her intestines stopped working. Really grateful for Dr. Johnson. Highly recommend them

Staff courteous and professional, vet seemed knowledgeable. Would have to say that the in-house labs (TSH and KFT) were a bit steep, as was the $90 "emergency" office visit for fitting me in, in that I was the only one there.....and was a bit concerned that masks weren't required nor worn, but all in all, my baby was taken great care of, and appropriately diagnosed in a expeditious manner. Will definitely use again.

Got our puppy spayed here. Very thorough after care instructions, left with confidence. Puppy back to herself by the next day. She didn't even required the pain meds. Friendly staff and the mascot kitties made our day.
