Loaded with people, but staff was friendly. Had what I wanted and plenty of it

I had no issues before with groomer for both of my dogs but this second visit was not a very pleasant one. my dogs looked and smelled great but i notice them scratching more and more. I didn't think much of it because I thought maybe it's because of their new hair cut, then one night I wake up to one of my dogs just scratching like crazy come to find out she was covered in fleas from her face all the way down to her tail and then I check my smaller yorkie and she as well is covered in fleas so now I had to spend the rest of my day doing damage control on not only my dogs but house as well. Before anyone says they got it from my back yard both dogs stay indoors 90 percent of the time because they are so small and I alway treat my yard so that I do not have to worry about fleas or ticks. The day I took them there was a huge line for the groomers which to start made me a little uneasy because I have had the same situation happen to one of my past doggos at a different petsmart where the was a huge line and after picking up my doggo she was covered in fleas. Just beware and if you see your dog scratching alot check them I would hate for this to happen to anyone else

Great pet store, just stopped in to grab some essentials for the new 5 gal. Fish tank we are setting up in the house for the kids entertainment. They have a great selection of a wide variety of products for all kinds of different animals.

Great supply both dry and wet dog food. Shelves fully stocked. I order on line and pick up at store. Friendly staff.

I bought shead for contactless delivery. I parked. Followed the instructions so a clerk will deliver my goods. Nobody show up. I went inside. Two cashiers at the pickup stand. Went there. They said they could not help as there were no other cashiers at the store! Finally one giy show up and sfter a run around finally got my order. Good price though.

I recently just got a puppy 5 months ago, for his first pet exam it was OK. i did expect more from the receptionist and the doctor as well, they were not very helpful, I guess they were busy, it seemed like they were focus on other people to answer my questions, I felt like i was being pushed to the side like my puppy wasn't important. We decided to get another opinion and I'm happy we chose to get another pet exam elsewhere. HOWEVER, I did have my puppy groomed here for the first time, I had a bad experience with the people that work at the hospital, NOT the groomers. Taylor was very HELPFUL and she was very sweet taking care of my sweet boy. Over the phone and in person. I love the store and the groomers, as far as the hospital i would rate it a 2 out of 5. Thank you Taylor and cashiers for being so nice and sweet to my family!

Although the place was clean stocked and well-managed with the merchandise I always check out the reptiles cuz I am a reptile lover and used to have two reptiles of my own only to find that they have three different enclosures for bearded dragons and saw one dead bearded dragon another one completely dehydrated and starved about to die and when I told one of the employees they acted completely nonchalant about it as if oh that's normal the reptiles there look like they were not well taken care of at all they look so exhausted and tired had no energy or life in them and they left crickets in the enclosure with the bearded dragons which were juveniles and crickets can become aggressive and hurt and or kill the reptiles not only that they were feeding them dry pellet type food which is not something you want to feed juveniles they looked completely and utterly unhealthy

Always have the pet food we need for our fir baby! Staff are attentive and ensure we found what we need.

Always pretty well stocked up on just about anything you need. Then, they always have sales of some sort going on so you're bound to find a sale on something that you need.

The store was nice clean and well stocked. I do miss the days of being able to see visit or hold potential pets prior to purchasing. Also bring bring back the bunnies

dont trust most not all of the employees for information about petfood products. most dont know their a$$ from a hole in the ground.
