I'm satisfied with Spring Klein Pet Salon services, Mrs. Bonnie always reviews and discusses previous visits and provides recommendations of what is best grooming style suited for my ???? ???? ???? at the time. The staff always friendly, caring and my pups are always excited with thier new look. Thanks for you svcs.

I have been a customer for many years. My adopted Herbie had a rough start in life. I initially took him to Pet Smart for grooming. After 3 failed attempts they said they can’t deal with him. Took him to our Vet...they had to sedate him in order to groom him. It was $120....and it was so stressful on Herbie and me. Then I was referred to Spring Klein Pet Salon. They are the BEST!!! HIGHLY recommend this friendly and professional pet loving business!

I use to bring my cat here and had no problems. She has mentioned how my cat was the sweetest and easiest one shes had. So yesterday I made an appointment for him thinking it would be simple. I came in this morning just to have the lady have an attitude and asked if I have been there before. After looking for my info, she than explained how it was gonna be $95 since she was tired of getting scratched and bitten by cats. I will not be going back.

We take Mom's little Pekingese to Spring Klein, and she always looks sooooo adorable after getting her new "coiffure"! They really know how to groom so it fits the dog - not just the same cut for every dog. All good things to say about SKPS!

We are so happy with Spring Klein Pet Salon. We have been searching for great all around service and we found it!!! Bonnie listened to what we wanted and did exactly that. Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies!

My sweet Brady is quite particular about specific places, and he is already a nervous dog, to begin with, but this pet salon was terrific, and he looked great, and we will be back. I must add that the staff was so friendly and attentive.????

My little blind shitzu has been going there for about 6 years now. He came out so beautiful every time. And when I took him somewhere else he was shaking when he came out and I asked him if he wanted to go back and see Bonnie and he did so I continue to take him there for the really the remainder of his life. And I'm very picky and selective about my baby Ziggy.

They treat my little doggie like a member of the family. I've been twice now and they've done a great job with her each time.

This is the best pet salon I have seen and they take good care of your pets and grooming it is the best

They charged me $100 to groom my cat just to have them tell me they refused to bathe my cat because he had claws. I should’ve just gone to Petco where they will charge me $40 just for a shave down these people didn’t even have the audacity to mark down the price. Extremely displeased and will never go back again. If I were you I would make sure your pets are receiving the full service.

We used to love this place, but in the last year or so they have gone down hill. They are very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate, and take way too long to groom/bathe (like 8 hours for one dog, which is just unfair treatment and inhumane to a dog locked up in a kennel).

Been going to Ms Bonnie for the past 8 years. They have always done a great job with my Lillee. When we get there Lillee's tail always wags. Bonnie is a lovely kind person. She also works with Rescue animals

I have come here for years, but I won’t be back. My elderly dachshund cries when they use the Dremel on a nail for an extended time. I tried to explain to them that it gets hot, but the lady would not listen. Also she was being rough with him and twisting his legs. I said I would pay extra if she would take a couple of minutes more and not make him cry. You have to be an advocate for your pet. I saw with my own eyes how he was being treated. We will be going elsewhere.

They do a great job here every time. Friendly, dependable and quality care for my dogs. I have taken my dogs to them for several years and would recommend them.

Bonnie is the only groomer I take my 2 Yorkies to. I drive to her salon from The Woodlands, been coming here for years before she moved to her new location on Louetta. The drive is worth it because she is so gentle and experienced with my little dogs.

Sadder than sad please DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Your dog will leave with more fleas than it came with. After a flea dip and a bath supposably. Once they get a bath they get put right back in a dirty cage that they originally was put in before the bath. Dog skin was so RED.

$102 for a "cleaning" that left tufts of hair all over my backseat. Although the new location is certainly nicer than the old gas station, these new prices are asinine. Save yourself the headache and go to another more reasonable groomer.

Recently took my dog here for the first time and I was able to get her in for a same day appointment. She made me feel comfortable about leaving my dog . The groomer was very sweet to her and did a great job on her grooming.

We have several personal dogs and several foster dogs that we bring to Bonnie. She is very good with them especially the hard to groom ones that like to bite. Bonnie is very patient and great with the dogs. Since we have foster dogs that have been through some sort of trauma already we are very cautious about the groomer we take them too. I certainly do not want them put through any additional stress or trauma. All of ours just love her. With so many pups we have a hard time brushing them so we often have mats she combs out. She is always very professional and does a great job.

This place is 100% awesome. They have always been so professional and consistent. They always remember my fur baby when I call and have always been friendly. They do a great job as well. Bonus, they have the coolest cat there to give you lovins when you come in. Highly recommend them and won't go anywhere else.

WARNING stay away from this place. If I can give this place zero stars I would. I actually believe the 1 star reviews, because it actually happend to my dog. To me, my dog is my life. I drop my dog off early on a Saturday morning to get groomed, but before I left I told the guy at the counter that my dog has a skin tag that to please avoid the area. The man sed ok and so I went to do erons. As I finished lunch I got a call that my dog was ready and went back upon arriving I could tell they mistreated my dog he came out of that place running and scared. He was shaking and would not let me touch him and would even get defensive. Before we left the place I checked him more carefully in my car and Shure enough they cut his skin tag and had blood all over his brown spot and to make things worse he had another fresh cut on the left side underneath his ear. We went back and told the old guy and the old lady who worked on him and told them about it. They proceeded to lieing to my face saying that my dog moved. Off course he moved the witch cut him. If someone cuts you or hurts you, you would move right? I even showed her the fresh cut on his ear and lied to me again saying and I quote "he scratched his ear" I did not believe that for one my dog can not possibly reach that area of his ear. I was so mad and unsatisfied from the service I received from this place. Two he did not have that cut on his ear before he enterd that place. I will never come back here and my advice to everyone is to read the reviews carefully. Part of me regrets ignoring the low star reviews, but I am writing this as a warning. My dog now has trust issues thanks to this place. My dog is my world, you expect for people that love animals to care for them, but honestly these people should not work with animals. I feel like I failed at protecting my dog from this place, no animal should go trough this kind of treatment just because an animal can't talk doesn't mean it can show signs of abuse. Again I am writing this as a warning to everyone. If you truly care for your fur baby, stay away from this place, no one should have to experience this. It's not worth it. Your pet is more valuable than this place. Please don't let this happen to your pets. To update everyone on this review. The owners actually respond to my review and they claim they informed me of the damages the moment I picked up my dog. That was also a lie, they did not inform me. We had to Inform them. Otherwise they would have never known. I would reply to them but Google wouldn't let me. And as far as my dogs behavior the only thing he doesn't like is being picked up, that's all but I find it funny they think, getting cut and not moving is a behavior problem, or issue. Don't believe the owners response, trust me they are liers who don't care about your pet, but only do it for the money. Try this place at your own risk!
