Best vet I have ever used.

Called at 1pm asking about an appointment. They said I could walk in before 3pm and be seen. I've called my vet of 10yrs and was told 3 months before they would see Hank. He had some kinda sore that wouldn't heal on his back. Doc prescribed meds, got them there. Pricing was affordable. I'll be back when needed. Ps, they were gentle & loving to my 85lb baby???? & HE'S HEALED!

Recently had my 3 kittens neutered here. For a month now I have been looking for a reasonable place to neuter them all at the same with no luck. Until I found them!! Quick appt, clear instructions highly recommend! Thanks RAWC

Great place and positive people

Very satisfied and my dog just had a good time despite having her eye a little upset. They made sure she was ok at all times, even at the waiting room since we got there as walking patient without an appointment and they sure did the best to have my dog checked as soon as possible.

One of the best clinics that I’ve been to and that I trust. I’ve been coming here for a few years and they take great care of my fur babies. Dr. Hill and Dr. Haden are amazing. They are communicative and they truly care about their patients. Thank you!

Fantastic caring staff, would not recommend anyone from from Houston area area to make the trip. They sat down and consulted with myself, pen and paper, and have continued to be primary care for my aging pup.

After trying to get in contact multiple times I have yet to receive any response from there. I have called, texted, emailed, and still no response for over a week. Extremely disappointed with their customer service.

Love Dr Hill and Dr Haden .they truly care about animals. They have saved several of my dogs lives.

We started coming here a few years ago. Absolutely love the vets, staff and service. They always take good care of our pets and prices and service are hard to beat! That said, I do have some irks. Scheduling is a huge issue. I can understand being incredibly popular, and having lots of new customers, but the last few times I've been here have been ridiculous waits. This needs to be addressed. Also, they are still not allowing customers to come in, and they want you to wait in your own vehicle and wear a mask. Yeah, no. A year ago, this was understandable, but we know a lot more now about the virus and I think it's beyond past time to let customers back into the building and stop with the masks and all the extra stuff that doesn't really help anybody - leave it up to the customer. There are other vets who are allowing customers into the building and things are running MUCH more smoothly at those clinics. I really don't want to change vets again, but if this doesn't change, this could be it for us. 3 stars off for this. Please consider changing your policy. Update: decided to give them one last chance and tried to schedule a vet visit. Nope. They don't return calls and don't seem to care. Tried from different phone numbers to make sure it wasn't just me. Disappointing. One more star off. Really sad. I used to love this place and used to recommend them to everybody.

Love Dr Hill. She is awesome and remembers all of my dogs quirks and oddball lumps from one visit to another.

I have brought my dog here for the last 7 years, before they even had a clinic! They truly care about the animals they see. Thanks for being our veterinarians!

Long wait even with appt.

Wow!! That sums up the service at RAWC!! I’ve had my kiddos for 10 years, and by far this is the best service we have ever received. My lil man got extremely ill. Dr Hill and team took such great care of him. We worked with the team for about six days, and the ENTIRE team knew my pups name (oh and mine too). He was so comfortable there, on his last day he was walking around like he owned the place. He was touch and go , and is expected to have a full recovery. They are absolutely the BEST!!! Prices are very affordable and most importantly, they are so nice and patient! Besides Athena's vet, she'll go to them for anything else she needs. I only wish their hours of operation was a little longer or have weekend available

Very friendly staff and prompt courteous service. Overall a great experience. Sure the date of your appointment may be slightly awhile but it's honestly worth it. Kind of hard to find honest quality work nowadays and this one definitely takes the cake ????

The doctor is nice. Getting in to see the doctor is incredibly hard and long wait time. The staff is pretty discourteous on not giving call back on questions on health of your pet. I thought I would buy the heartworm from their pharmacy but they still haven't approved the prescription from their own pharmacy!!!!! I have called so many times for the follow up blood work up and treatment plan and no answer being totally ghosted.

Every one here is sweet, respectful, and so helpful! The prices are great, too, but mainly, I love RAWC because they treat my dog Bear with such love and patience. I am so glad I found them! Would highly recommend to everyone!

So we just took our dogs to RAWC due to different medical issues needing to be checked but I wanted to say, omg they were lovely with my cat before who passed from stomach cancer but with my 2 dogs with both anxiety & being protective of us etc, we had also put muzzles on them both to prevent anyone or any other pet from getting hurt & informed them of even my male dog being fearful of men, & they even had the males in the office not coming around him to keep him calm. I was just so impressed & have never seen either of them so calm & happy at the vets, & it was pretty cheap with all nails/shots/different testing for each of them with lumps&bumps etc but definitely if someone needs a vet that works well with anxious/stressed/protective pups, recommending them for sure.

This place is amazing. They helped me with my cat kitty. The prices are wonderful especially cause I have been in a bind since the pandemic. I love everyone there and I will definitely be going back. Thank y'all for having such an amazing place. I don't know what we would do without y'all.

Great Drs, Great Staff , awesome facility..

A few months ago I decided to change vets as my previous one was great but very expensive; I read the recommendations and chose this place for my 2 dogs. First, scheduling was a major issue but I was finally able to schedule the first appointment; when I got there, they dont allow you to take the dog inside and all the communication is via text messages. They made me wait for quite a bit but the vet lady came out at the end and explained everything to me so I was sastisfied. They are cheaper for sure. Second, their customer service is the worst I have experienced; I took one of my dogs for the second time and she turned out to have an UTI; came back to get tests and xray and when i picked up my dog they said they would call me with results. That was on a Friday and on Monday morning they texted me stating they would send the xray (which they never did) and gave me a new diagnosis via text message and saying they would call me back and nothing. I called Monday afternoon and asked for a call back and they said they would; Sent and email on Tuesday and another day passed without a call or text. So here I am, waiting to hear details and an explanation of the new diagnosis and already searching for another vet.

Incredibly caring and compassionate practice. Very affordable with excellent quality treatment for your little ones.

I don't understand how the place has the glowing recommendations that it does. I had a horrible experience. My dog was prescribed antibiotics on a Tuesday.. ooops we only have 2 but they'll be in tomorrow - I had to call every day because they refused to communicate - Finally by FRIDAY I threw a fit and they gave me some different antibiotics and the girl that brought them out to the car had a major attitude. Why? Was it my fault you prescribed something you didn't have? I will never go there again but makes my wonder ... am I the only one that was treated unprofessionally? Why my dog?
