They took good care of my baby!

We called to have an out of town doggie guest visit after a dog bite from a neighbor’s dog. They fit us in and treated us like family. They even called 5 days later to make sure Buddy the Dog was doing okay. The prices were affordable too! We will be moving all our pets over to this vet! They are AMAZING!

Killed my friends 2 year old healthy dog with a simple neuter procedure. Vet was non responsive after notified that dog died of internal bleeding after being rushed to the emergency room. Not being forthcoming about what really happened at the clinic. No young, healthy dog should die of INTERNAL bleeding after a simple neuter.

Inflated costs. Rescuer was able to find another vet that quoted her half the price of this vet.

This was my first time at Oak Ridge Animal Clinic. I was totally impressed the moment I walked in the door. It was extremely clean, very friendly and attentive staff and loved Dr. Grimsley. I have found the right place to take care of my sweet fur baby!

Very friendly staff. Luckily, they are at the end of our street in Oak Ridge and Dr. Schneider has come to my home twice to help send our fur babies to the rainbow bridge, which was so much easier on us. Very sympathetic and caring. We've been customers for years.

I'm so happy to have found this vet so close to my house. Everyone was nice and made sure my lady (dog) was comfortable and they didn't push or rush her when she was feeling unsure. The vet took his time and made sure I understood all my options. Their prices are very reasonable. My lady is doing 100% better now and I am so grateful. I've had the unfortunate experience of another vet misdiagnosing one of my dogs with kennel cough when she really had distemper, so I was very hesitant to try someone new but I'm so glad I took a chance at Oak Ridge Animal Clinic!

Service here is great. Staff is always polite and kind, especially with the pups. They are usually on time and had everything pup needed. Very clean.

I've been really impressed by their staff (receptionists, vet techs, boarding staff, and the vets themselves) in the last few months since we started going here. Everyone is friendly and competent. The pricing is an added bonus too, although not necessarily my biggest concern when looking for quality care for our dogs. So happy we chose them as our vet! They live up to the the word of mouth recommendations and the online reviews.

Great veterinarian, we bring our great dane here for their nail grooming, shots & heartworm meds. Super nice people

I take my dog here to get his nails cut. They are super nice to me and to my dog. He is is super skiddish around most people but not them.

Dr. Schneider was awesome. Had it not been for him our rescued cat would not be alive today. The whole staff are great as well.

Caring, skillful, capable staff. I have been bringing my cats there for 8 years and they always provide kind, capable service. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and it shows.

Love them everyone is so caring about your fur baby. They go above & beyond. So glad I found them.

Highly recommend Dr. Schneider. He is both knowledgeable and kind. I've been taking my Italian greyhounds to him for years. Techs and office staff are also great. No drawbacks.

Dr. Willbanks is wonderful and kind and straight forward. She does tend to throw a lot of information at you all at once, but it comes from a good place of her wanting you to know all your options if your pet needs treatment for anything. She's also more than willing to sit with you as long as needed to answer all your questions. I brought my 15 year old cat in when she kept steadily dropping weight. Dr. Willbanks was kind, knowledgeable, and well informed about all my treatment options. Thanks to her expertise, my senior Cat is on her way to feeling much better.

They always care so much about my dog. They send wonderful, but (thankfully) infrequent reminder texts about her vaccines and care. Whenever I’ve had a scare for her, they are able to get her in quickly and give me information of things I can do until I get there. When my dog was attacked, they were willing to see her immediately, but recommended it would probably be more economical to go directly to an emergency vet. I trust them implicitly with my dog’s care.
