I’m very happy with Pet Galaxy boarding & grooming. Our shitzu Ozzy looks forward to walking in the doors and is happy and content upon leaving. The staff are all wonderful and so caring.

My cat is diabetic and needs special care. They had a little cat condo ready for him and and extra bowl of water for him too. They were very sweet and very kind

I take my very active pup to Pet Galaxy for playcare once or twice a week. I’ve been impressed with the staff and the various other services offered! My girl looks forward to seeing her friends, and, even better, comes home exhausted!

Friendly staff will come out to our car to get our 3 dogs instead of me trying to leash all of them. They take care of them and bring out my receipt. The “boys” enjoy their pedicures!????

Absolutely the BEST doggy day care/boarding around. Lynn/Kim/Haleigh/Korrine are just wonderful. They go above and beyond for each of their fur babies. Our boy loves going to see them during the week and is so taken care of. I can't say enough great things about Pet Galaxy!

While the family was on vacation, we had our border collie boarded and trained by Frank and company. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

They helped me out on moving day with an emergency overnight boarding stay & were Lifesavers! Can't say enough great things about the knowledgeable & courteous staff & care provided for my fur baby! These guys are awesome. My dog had never been boarded before and I had to board him for four days , and they took such good care of him and I feel so comfortable leaving him there again. He came home happy , tired lol but happy and mellow. No anxiety no nervousness. Thank you so much ????

Love the people here and the atmosphere. Plenty of space for my two puppies to be together. Lots of natural light. What sold me was the indoor and outdoor space in the same kennel so they can go back and forth through a doggy door flap. It felt very open. No closed in ceilings . It seemed like a happy place if you have to board your dog. Plus lots of love for them and plenty of potty breaks in their own little yard. They are chihuahuas under a year old so I was concerned about their safety. They kept them in a kennel close to the front which made me happy. I highly recommend Pet Galaxy.

Have only used their services for dog grooming. Price was reasonable and I am satisfied with the result.

We have had the pleasure of using Pet Galaxy boarding and grooming services for the past 12 years, spanning three generations of dogs. Lynn, Frank, and the Pet Galaxy staff have created an extraordinary culture of excellence that sets them apart from other kennels we patronized during our "nomadic" military life. We recently acquired "Cooper," a Lacy puppy, and have been using the daycare/play-care program to help socialize this very active and high energy dog. The efforts put forth by the Pet Galaxy staff to help us achieve our socialization and training goals with Cooper are truly exceeding our expectations, and have significantly enhanced his obedience training progress. We highly recommend Pet Galaxy - an 11 on a scale of 10!

My puppy cried all the way home , she was seriously dehydrated and starving not sure what happened ????when we picked her up. Everyone seemed nice. But puppy drank and drank but cried for 19 miles until we got home with water and food.

My kitties spent 9 days in the Cat room while I was on vacation. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about caring for my pets. One of my cats did not arrive in the best mood, they were very patient with her and knew that she was stressed. They handled her with care. When I called to check the next day, the staff was very kind and answered all my annoying pet mom questions... and every time I called they were very friendly and patient! I will definitely continue to board my pets with Pet Galaxy.

Great first time experience from making appointment, check in and pick up! Very friendly staff. Will be using Pet Galaxy again in near future.

They worked with my 6 month old black lab for 16 days and considering the time length it was a good training. He most definitely learned some key items but for the money I spent I expected more. The transition between them and myself and the real world don't go as well as expected. But the trainer is only a phone call away which I have used a few times.
