Top Notch!!! I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Esser and the entire staff at Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic are. My dog received the best medical care and was treated with such love that went above and beyond anything I would expect! My dog came to them with some complicated medical issues and Dr. Esser always took the time to find the right answers, answered all of my questions and always made me feel like my dog was getting the best! Every single member of the staff is wonderful! Even through the pandemic, when humans had to wait outside, I always felt so confident that they were taking good care of my baby while he was inside. In addition, the staff is always friendly, easy to work with, reliable and available.

I like doing most of the work online instead of filling out paperwork at the office and that was good that I could with Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic. I also like using the Pet Desk App for appointments. Getting to appointments on time, I have not had to wait at all.

Can't fully express our confidence and relationship with SLC Vet Clinic, especially Dr. Susan Boeving DVM and the staff. Moved here 2003, every "canine kid" since then was cared for by them. Sadly, twice, including today, we had their assistance to send our furred loved ones to the meadows, just before "The Rainbow Bridge". As he was my "Best Dog Ever", I and family were extremely emotional, they made special accommodations to help us say goodbye.

We have been seeing Dr Valdivia for 11 yrs. He has always given our Havanese, Maggie, great care. All of the office staff are very professional and kind caregivers.

Dr Boeving is very helpful she explains everything going on with your pet. The clinic has good social distancing protocols in place right now and all the nurses know how to handle our anxious dog.

Great staff and wonderful caring doctors. My dog doesn't really like going to the vet but she loves everyone at Southlake Crossing and they take excellent care of her.

Bandit had been sick for the whole weekend. I called Southlake Crossing they saw him that same morning. They were very kind and gentle with Bandit, even with the COVID the young lady that came to the car listened to what I said about Bandit and followed through with what I said. Bandit is doing much better because of their help.

Excellent staff. Our pet, Luckie was in pain and we took her here without prior appointment. SCAC is not the primary care giver of our pet, yet they were accommodating and took care of our pet. We cannot thank you enough Angles. highly recommend.
