If we lived in Southlake, we would definitely bring our pets here as regulars! They were able to help me out in a pinch, and it was apparent that compassion for others runs high here. If you live in Southlake, this is the place to take your pets if you want top quality care!

The Doctors and staff at Golden Triangle are absolutely the best. They have always given the best treatment to our furry friends and when it was time to help them have a peaceful move to the next life, they were very kind and caring.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with Golden Triangle. Dr. Bourgeois was very condescending, unprofessional, and behaved more like one would expect of an intern than as a veterinarian. She is not even listed in your "our team" on your website. She was incapable of dealing with our cat in an effective way and asked us to sedate him and bring him back to the office the next day. We believe she should have been able to deal with the situation herself in the office. She also acted more like a salesperson versus someone genuinely interested in dealing with our clearly upset cat in our opinion. We will not return to Golden Triangle if she remains on the staff.

Dr. Ruffner is absolutely the BEST VET I have ever seen! It's abudently clear he (and everyone else at this location) truly care about all the fur patients, and no one has ever tried to "up-sell" me on things that my dogs don't need! On top of that, he is also an amazing Orthopedic Vet Surgeon! My Catahoula has had 2 ortho surgeries and I never worry when she's in their care.

I have the upmost confidence in the entire clinic, but I’ve mostly dealt with Dr. Ruffner. He has always taken his time, explained his diagnosis and answered my questions. Everyone is so nice and patient. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience there.

The front desk staff is the best!!!! Very helpful and professional. The vet techs and vets are great, we drive from Denton county because of the quality of care.

We just love Golden Triangle Animal Hospital! Dr O'Neal and Dr Ruffner took great care of both of our dogs, and saved both of their lives several times! Everyone that works there is kind and considerate, and loved on our dogs when we would come in. We just lost our last fur baby, and are sad that we won't be going back for awhile. Thank you all for the great care!!

I’m very happy with results, my dog is doing well

I recently took my sick cat for a first time visit. The Vet Tech who greeted me at the car, as they still have curbside service only, could not have been nicer. Eventually the Doctor called me on the phone to discuss the case. He said he would have multiple suggestions for diet changes, medication, and additional testing once he reviewed previous testing and sonogram studies. Before I even got my cat back he was sent 2 reports and an hour later sent an imaging report. It has now been 4 days and I have yet to hear from the doctor. This is unacceptable when caring for my beloved pet. I expected so much more and will continue my search for the quality of care my cats deserve.

Our poor cat came down sick and of course it was just after office hours on Friday afternoon. We were delighted to find out that Golden Triangle Animal Hospital was not only open on Saturday but was able to work us in (in spite of not being an established patient). On Tuesday after some lab work, the vet called back and gave us a nice long, detailed briefing on what the trouble seemed to be and offered her suggestions for healing him. Since we have recently moved and are looking for a new vet, we definitely plan to take our cats to Golden Triangle!

This place is amazing! I took my Rossi today. I call so many clinics and they didn’t have appointments until next week. I called this place and they scheduled me for Saturday because they were book but after 10 min they called me back and they told me they had an appointment for today Friday. It’s like an hour away from my house but its totally worth it. They took care of my Rossi and they took their time to evaluate and see what was wrong with him. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and I’ll bring my little Pomeranian(booboo) for his check up. Thank you so much for everything. All the front staff, the doctor. I highly recommend this place

great people and great vets....

In forty years of having cats, this is the best veterinary clinic that I have ever used. The entire staff is competent, caring, and friendly. The doctors, particularly Dr. O'Neal, are excellent. He goes out of his way to secure an appropriate diagnosis, and tries different treatments to secure the one that is most effective. I am very grateful to have found them.

I love Dr Ruffin and all the staff. I don't remember the tech's name who brought Ibby into and out of the clinic, but she was awesome. She knew he had fear and she did a great job making him feel okay Thanks to all of Golden Triangle's Staff, They have done a great job in trying times.

Both of our dogs have been there multiple times. Everyone there is very professional and caring for our dogs. Dr O’Neil has been great for our dogs. This past time was teeth cleaning and checking to make sure some growth’s were lipomas.

This vet recommends declawing cats. As anyone with Google knows, this is the equivalent of cutting off an inch of our fingers. It is extremely inhumane, painful, and cruel. Cats NEED their claws. Never, ever go here.

Our family has a male Rottie Mix rescue who is super anxious as he’s still very young. Sometimes that anxiety translates to bad behavior. We’ve had to board him a few times here and each time our experience has been a positive one. I was apprehensive initially due to our dog being unpredictable. He’s definitely improved after meeting with a professional trainer but it still makes me nervous to board our dog. I met Emma Logan at Golden Triangle and she instantly calmed my nerves. While I was out of town, she send me updates and pictures of my dog, and assured me that he was doing well. Emma is fantastic and I would ask for her if you have a dog you are worried about having to board. She took special care of our pup and he loved her. I wouldn’t board my dog anywhere else.

Our sweet cat recently came home with an injury. The folks at Golden Triangle Animal Hospital were able to see him right away. The staff was kind and the vet was very communicative. He took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. Kitty is home and mending very well. Thanks for the great care!
