We’ve taken our dogs here three times. The first time was just three days and was fine. The second time, June this year, they came home with no bath (they said they were short staffed) and they both had kennel cough! Our vet said the facility must be dirty, but we had let them do group play, so we let it go. We picked them up this week after another eight days. They weren’t expecting us and the dogs were not bathed. Blankets soaked in urine. As far as I can tell they leave them locked up 12 hours at night. One of my dogs had a large amount of swelling on her neck that staff claimed not to have noticed. When my husband brought her home, I realized she’d been bitten twice. Once on the side of her neck that had partially healed. One an open wound leaning fluids. They didn’t know about either. I had to pay over $300 at the vet to have her treated and they said the original bite might never heal fully and the swelling is a scar.

I kept giving you the benefit of the doubt on alerting the community to about a missing dog that escaped from your facility while the owners were on vacation and it never happened. That poor little dog was out roaming the community for a day and a half while neighbors and community efforts were underway including me. Thankfully the owners posted about it and shame on you for not! Glad the dog was not eaten by fox or some other roaming creature.

Our boxer stayed here for about a week. We left a blanket with her, extra food and treats. All of the above was given back to us when we came to pick her up, which made me feel like the staff are very well organized here. The lobby was clean and smelled nice. When I picked Luna up, she came out and she appeared to be healthy and happy and well cared for. She didn’t seem to be in a rush to leave. Kelly was super nice and very knowledgeable. I felt at ease when Carmen was caring for my dog. There was one individual named Chris (who was not very personable over the phone) who informed me that Luna wasn’t eating so they started her on beef broth. I was glad they did so, but wish someone would have communicated that with me. Other than that small incident, I believe Luna had a fabulous time and for the most part, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely board Luna with Elite Suites again. Thank you!

My 7 lb Schnoodle was attacked by a 65 lb Husky because there was a hole in the fence that separates the small dogs from the large dogs. Because of their negligence, Gidget incurred a FRACTURED SCAPULA, 2 BROKEN RIBS, PULMONARY CONTUSIONS, HEMORRHAGE, RUPTURED BLADDER as well as other injuries. Our family vet said it is a miracle that she survived. Elite Suites was not forthcoming with information and when asked to see the video of the attack, we were told the video was corrupted. For a company that supposedly cares for animals, no one reached out to check on Gidget until I contacted them for an explanation. Every time I asked to speak with the person in charge, I got told a different story. I emailed the corporate headquarters (Elite Suites is not locally owned) all I got was excuses about the fence, the cameras and workers that should have been watching. The only reason I gave them one star is they did take Gidget to the Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas. Many thanks to the vets that worked on Gidget and saved her life. Btw… one version I was told - Gidget was not the only small dog to get through the hole in the fence. If you had a small dog at Elite Suites on May 13th, consider yourself and your small dog lucky they were not injured.

I have been using Elite Suites for over 14 years. They have taken care of my pets from puppy to later years. My dogs love being greeted by Kelly, Jenny or Chris. I have always felt confident leaving my babies with them and they are always happy to go and play! They treat every dog there as if they were their own. Highly recommend!

Have a 5 month golden retriever with lots of energy, all the employees are extremely professional, responsive to any questions. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their responsibilities to care for the dogs. Keeley took the initiative & recommended that I change the function of my leash to be more like a harness (relieving the pressure on the neck). It has made a world of difference in my puppy's responsiveness, ability to control him. Kudo's to Keeley and the Team. Recommend highly

I have been using Elite Suites for dog daycare, boarding, and grooming since 2010(ish). We moved over to Elite Suites from a pet kennel in Keller after having a terrible experience with this unnamed Keller company. We got back and found that they hadn’t tried to get our dog to eat for several days (she was very nervous and didn’t eat often when nervous). After switching to Elite Suites, we found the team there so caring and professional when handling our pup! They took the time to make her feel comfortable around them and hand feed her to ensure she was staying healthy, and they walk the dogs 5 times per day! I then got a chance to work for the business for about 5 years (have since moved on) to experience the operation from the other side. I can say that the employees there strive to make your dog feel as though you haven’t left them at all. From the hotel techs to the groomers, all employees have a genuine passion for dogs and love to make your dogs feel comfortable. The amenities are great, but the staff is why I recommend Elite Suites. I continue to use the business for boarding and grooming needs, and have never had a poor experience as a customer!

Booking issues, the inability to keep quality groomers on staff, sick pet after 3 stay overs and poor storefront appearance have caused me to break company with Elite Suites after 15 plus years. I booked a grooming appt. in May. I arrived yesterday (6/10/21) and was told that "somehow my appointment had been cancelled." The girl who actually booked my appointment made the excuse that they got a new computer system. (New system installed in April per their FB page.) I asked to see the owner, Kelly, as I have interacted with her over the many years that I have been a client. Kelly was on property, but sent out her GM. The GM's excuse was not the new computer system, but that they had fired a groomer for not treating the animals properly. I asked why they did not contact me to reschedule. She said they tried to contact me either via text or had left a voicemail. I knew this was not true so I asked for support of that claim. They were unable to produce any documentation that they had made any effort to contact me. In fact, my contact number that had been on file literally for the last 15 years was not even in their system. This was the second time I have shown up for a scheduled appointment only to find they did not have me on their schedule. Sadly, poor service, no offer to remedy the mistake (until I asked - offer was for another appt. 2 weeks out) and the business owner's unwillingness to communicate with clients has caused me take my business elsewhere.

My two dogs LOVE Elite Suites! We use doggie day care every single day and they begin to howl and whine and soon as we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always fast and friendly at both pick up and drop off. We trust Elite Suites to provide the best care to our pups :)

Our 1 year old golden retriever LOVES doggie daycare at Elite Suites! She can’t wait to get out of the car when we arrive and is always returned to us tired and happy. The staff are super friendly and helpful- thank you for taking such good care of our girl!

Our long time mobile groomer stopped servicing our area and we had to look for a new, reliable place, pretty much overnight. I started searching and reading reviews until I found Elite Suites. I called and felt comfortable and at ease as they answered all of my questions. Luckily, we were able to book an appointment for our Bailey for the very next day and we were IN LOVE with the service and results. And to top it off, Bailey returned happy to us. Thank you for your service and excellence! You have new regular customers in us!

We have been taking our baby Jake there since we heard about it last year. This was I believe 2nd or 3rd stay at Elite Suites. I am absolutely shocked that Jake wasn't in the same shape we left him. When we picked him up he had not been groomed and looked noticeably skinner than when we dropped him off. He was dropped off with all his meals labeled for each day and how much to be given plus daily treats as well. There wasn't a reason for him not to have been fed at all! I am not quite sure why but when we got his belongings he had 2 full days worth of food. He hadn't been groomed at all as discussed when the reservations were made. I am angry we trusted for someone to take care of our family and then this happens. I am not sure if we will take him back to Elite Suites. I am disappointed.

We have been taking our dog (Albus) to Elite Suites ever since he was a puppy! A few years ago, we moved to Dallas, and we still make the drive to take Albus for boarding, grooming, and baths. Rhonda is absolutely amazing and knows the dogs personally!! I took Albus for a bath a couple weeks ago (Rhonda is a groomer and someone else did his bath), and she walked out to our car to say "hi" to Albus personally. He was so excited to see her! When we moved to Dallas, I tried about 3-4 different places for grooming and baths and none of them beat Elite Suites! Albus loves going there! Thank you, Elite Suites and Rhonda for taking care of my puppy!!! You guys are seriously so amazing and I don't know what I would do without you!!!

We use Elite Suites for grooming and doggie daycare. The do an excellent job grooming our poodle and sheepadoodle and taking our instructions into consideration (we don't like them to have fluffy ears and tails). Our sheepadoodle loves going there for doggie daycare. She knows exactly which door to go to and starts pushing at the door if they don't take her back quickly enough. They are responsive in responding to requests for appointments. They are a little more expensive than other places, but we believe the quality of grooming and care makes it worth it.

Love this place. The are very professional. We love how we can log on and see our dogs while we are out of town. Randa does a really good job on grooming our dogs. Very clean and organized.

We have been boarding our dogs at Elite Suites for many years. The care they get is fabulous. Doggie day care is our Lab's favorite time of the day. We love the grooming services as well. Five stars all around!

Made a reservation for my 2 large dogs at another facility and they lost my reservation and then couldnt accommodate me "on short notice". I called Elite in a panic the day of my flight and they took both of my babies. They were polite and helpful even though I had never been before. My dogs loved the spacious rooms and runs. I loved the staff, cleanliness, and affordability.

Elite Suites and their entire team are amazing!! We have been a client for 10 years and will never take our precious dog anywhere else!! Skye lives her grooming time and play time there. And when we go on vacation she goes on vacation too!! They treat her with such love and devotion it truly shows because she can’t wait to get in the car and go back to visit!! Exceptionally clean, and they are so professional!! Love Elite Suites! Highly recommend!!

I have taken my doodle here the last three times and they are great with her! Loving, professional, send pictures to me regularly and ask a lot of great questions for her grooming! They are accommodating and always very professional. I enjoy their drop off and pick up services. They social distance and are quick and superb in their services. I recommend them highly!
