Ratcliff Animal Hospital Shreveport, Texas

My husband and I were referred to Cornerstone. Our 2 year old pit bull Diesel was vomiting and not eating due to digesting plastic. When we arrived the full staff was there to greet my Diesel which I absolutely loved because we are accustomed to people being afraid of him. Within hours Dr. Killian was able to pin pinpoint the issue. A portion of the plastic was still within has stomach but most passed to his intestines which surgery was recommended. After the surgery We received multiple calls to update on Diesels recovery. We received a call before Dr. Killian later that evening to discuss after care. First thing the next morning we picked him up and Dr Ratcliff came out to discuss after care as well. I’m so thankful for the doctors and staff here. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I was so impressed with their professionalism. Cornerstone is officially our new veterinarian home. We will not take our fur babies anywhere else going forward. Thank you all for everything. Appreciate you all.

My Stewie had a bad skin infection and breakout on his back. Dr Ratcliff gave him a shot, antibiotics and apoquel. Return appt today and he was amazed at the improvement! I am really grateful!!

They are the best I would not go know where else

I’ve used Dr. Ratcliff for years. Although I’m sad to see him go my experience with Dr. Lillian has been great. The techs, especially Darci and Rebecca are a big part of the reason I return. Brenda, the office manager is great about working with me and answering any billing questions.

Went there with a friend. The people there were very kind and concerning to her needs.

I have been coming to Dr. Ratcliff for almost 20 years. Dr Killian joined the practice in the recent years and the two of them and the rest of the staff make this place a truly wonderful experience.

Dr Keith came out and talked personally in the parking lot to me an got my dogs history and what his problems were. These people genuinely care about your pets. I was going to Pine Ridge Vet in Stonewall but the receptionist is so rude that she ought to be fired! Seeing Dr Ratcliff again is more of a drive for me but we'll worth it!

My family loves Great Danes. Dr.Ratcliff has been taking care of my babies for years. Because we adopt rescues we have encountered some unusual diseases and rare problems. Dr. Ratcliff was always spot on. Our dogs are family to us and We want the very best available for them....that is Ratcliff Animal Hospital. Everyone that works there are professional and will go over and above to help you with your pets.

My families (myself, parents, brother) have used this veterinary service for many years. Prior to changing to Dr. Ratcliff and Dr. Killian, we used other drs in the area. The difference in the level of care, concern, service and effectiveness of this office is amazing. They have saved the lives of several of our pets who have been in involved in many different circumstances. We will never go to any other vet - these two gentlemen and their staff are committed to providing their 'patients' with the very best care available and are knowledgeable of exactly what that is for your pet. If you are looking for someone who will care about your babies as much as you do - go see Dr. Ratcliff and Dr. Killian. You will be glad you did.

Dr Killian and Dr Ratcliff are amazing but their receptionist are the worst. They are extremely rude and talk about the owners behind their backs. I was waiting to pick up my dog after her over night stay at the emergency vet and having to drop her off here to continue treatment (which they didn’t, they just put her in a kennel for the whole day with no IV fluids) and I overheard them talking about a clients financial situation making fun of him saying “does he even have the money to come here?” Just being overall rude. I called a couple times to check on my dog because she almost died and they couldn’t give me any sort of updates on her because they don’t “work back there”... you can ask the vet techs or even the doctor but that’s fine.

I’ve been taking my animals here for years. Caleb is our doctor and does a fantastic job caring for our animals. The Ratcliff team is very professional, caring and treat you like family. You pay for quality care and can trust your pets with their team! I also use them to board our Britney Spaniels when we go on vacation every year. Very affordable!
