Dr. Sarah Noonan went above and beyond for me and my best friend. I feared I would have to be at the emergency clinic on a Sunday afternoon, with a staff who didn’t know my animal in his final moments. Instead, Dr. Noonan met us at Provenance on short notice so that everything could be done as peacefully and familiarly as possible. Words will never be able to express how much this meant to me, and I will forever have Provenance to thank for their exceptional care and devotion to their patients. I have so much respect for the professionalism displayed by Provenance. I have had pets nearly all of my life, and I highly recommend this hospital for anyone who wants the best for their own furry children.

Quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced. My dog loved it here and everything went smoothly. They also don't simply try to sell you a solution that isn't necessary which is pretty common with vets. This will be my pups new vet.

We have moved from Shreveport to Colorado. Very happy. One of our few regrets about leaving is no longer having Sarah as our vet. She is the best veterinarian hands down. She will be badly missed.

After our vet of 20+ years retired, we knew we wanted to take our dogs to Dr. Waddell. She had taken such excellent care of our rabbit and knew she would do the same with our dogs. She is thorough and knowledgeable. We trust her implicitly with our fur babies! Her staff is professional and always ready to lend a hand or an ear. Highly recommend this clinic and the Waddells. They go above and beyond to service all their clients.

We have been using Provenance for all of our Yorkies now for 4 years. We have always been happy with their service, professionalism, the friendliness of the staff, the level of service, the price and the experience our pets have had. We use them for these services: Veterinary care, boarding, grooming, supplies and emergency care. Our latest experience was priceless and by far the most precious. August 2020, our sweet Lola Mae, a female 2.4 lb. yorkie who got very sick, very quick from something she ate. Lola Mae lost so much blood at home, her blood sugar was down to 30 and she was severely dehydrated. Dr. Sarah Waddell worked on her for hours until she got a line in her neck and SAVED HER LIFE. Lola Mae spent the next 2 weeks in the hospital fighting and Dr. Sarah was right there with her every step of the way. Dr. Sarah and her staff worked with the Emergency Animal Hospital doctors continuously to relay information on Lola Mae and her medical needs. They made a great team and put Lola Mae's cares and needs first. Dr. Sarah even sent me pics/videos to update me on Lola Mae's progress. I admire Drs. Sarah and Clint Waddell, their unwavering commitment to our pets and their well being, doing what is right and what is needed is their philosophy. I recommend Provenance to anyone who wants detailed attention to their pets, loving care from their staff and happy pets. Thank you from our entire family for the care of our fur babies!

Dr. Clint/Dr. Sarah and staff has provided my dogs with top notch care for the past couple of years. One of my dachshunds required extensive care post spinal surgery few years ago and everyone at the hospital has done an outstanding job with him on his treatments and recovery. Today's visit with him just reminds me of how blessed our family is having them caring for our dogs!!

Lovely staff and great service. They treated me and my rats (an unusual pet) with respect that I don't see much with local vets. A delight even to talk to folks on the phone.

PVH has been our pet's veterinary hospital since it opened, and the Drs. Waddell have been seeing my pets since 2009. Our pets have always received excellent veterinary care and attention at PVH, and there's nowhere else we would go.

If you are looking for a veterinary practice that will provide top-level care for your "fur baby," look no further! No other veterinary hospital can come close to the level of professionalism and care that Provenance Veterinary Hospital provides.

My experience at this hospital was quite unfortunate. I brought my cat in on September 26th and again on September 28th. Long story short, within a span of three days and $500+ later, my cat is dead. I do not recommend this business if money is an issue. I understand caring for animals is expensive, but I believe better judgement by the vet may have saved myself money. Being a full time student I made it as clear as I possibly could that money was a factor in the treatment plan. This was my first and probably last experience with a vet. I do not believe these people did anything on purpose or out of malicious reasons, but I do believe there is more quality care available around the Shreveport-Bossier area. EDIT: This is in response to "the owner". I'll start off by saying I do not accept the apology. I no longer would like one nor do I need it. Communication efforts fell completely short on your end. We played telephone continuously in regards to another persons concerns. You all are now sending personal text messages from a lawyer threatening to sue for harassment. This person called to inform you that she personally knows three individuals that have had negative experiences with a vet in your practice, one individual being myself. This action was done in the best interest of you and your practice. You would have known this if you had just returned the original call. I'm starting to believe that you are aware that the care received was poor in quality. I believe I made a crucial mistake when I referred to my cat as a "stray". This word was lingered on within documentation. You are claiming harassment due to the fact that the person had to call multiple times in order to try to reach you. This again shows your lack of communication considering the person has yet to hear from you, but has in fact heard from your lawyer. As a professional business that practices animal medicine, I would expect more professionalism on your end. I would also like to address how you continue to apologize , but then make a point to say that all of the efforts were consented to. Yes they were definitely consented to and I fully admit to that, but I thought I was consenting to saving my cat. As a health care professional, it is still part of your job to ensure the pet owner is on the same page as you in regards to their pets health. I was ignorant to the costs of this experience being that it was my first ever vet experience, as I already stated in my original review. It has been two weeks since this experience and i'm still dealing with you people. I am not writing this out of spite. I am writing this so that hopefully the next person that views this review gets an even better depiction of the care that was received here. I want absolutely nothing from you or anyone involved with your business. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Please leave us alone.

First class animal care by professionals! We love our pets and it's sooo nice to have a hospital where we don't have to worry about the level of care (or love and attention) shown our cherished pets. We know it is ALWAYS first class. Each of the Doctors obviously cares deeply about the quality of care provided. Thank you for providing this first class facility!

Dr Sarah and Dr Clint are amazing vets! I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my babies.

Love, love, love this place! Dr. Sarah takes such incredible care of my guinea piglets. She is highly knowledgeable and full of recommendations. Everyone is so cheerful and is so pleasant whether you call with a question or come in for a visit.

They took great care of our boy! Our lab needed surgery bc of course he ate something he shouldn’t.

The vets are terrific but communication has been difficult.

We have seen Dr Clint and Dr Sarah for the past several years with 3 different pets, one of which required very extensive weekly visits. I can not say enough amazing things about the care we receive from this office. From the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, we truly feel like they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. Instead of recommending drastic, expensive treatments, they only recommend what they believe will have the best chance of success. They discuss everything thoroughly and are willing to change treatment plans whenever needed. We love everyone in this office, and so do our dogs!!!

After being recommended to this place, I went to see about getting my cats hematoma fixed. It's a quick process as cats under anesthesia go down within 2 mins or less and then the process of cut and drain/clean occurs before final one-two stitching. About a 10 minute or less process and they priced it, for a 3 pound cat, at around $4-500. I could understand that if I had a female pet who was getting fixed, but for a little cut and stitch I personally thought it was a bit much. Replying to them/since it seems I can't directly. It's very rude to assume I didn't show up there and ask. Why would I leave a review for a place I've never been too?? This is why you have no records of me being there, because why would I pay such a price for such a simple procedure. Just because someone doesn't sign up/in to your clinic doesn't mean they didn't show up/visit/ask your front clerk. I did and she went straight back and asked how much it would cost, then relayed the price to me. Giving 1 star now due to the extra rudeness and the other comments on other peoples reviews on basically "why didn't we get 5 starts instead of 4? We have no record of you either!" Like, some people would like privacy. Just because their email isn't their real name is no excuse to look them up to see if they are in your system. ✌

Caring staff, very professional and efficient. The office and animal area was very well kept. We brought our (street) pup here for shots and exam. The Doctor explained everything, did what he could do for both our pups, and we were on our way in under an hour with a reasonable amount of money spent for excellent service.

I have spoken with Dr.Clint and he was very kind and understanding about my feelings. I was very upset and jumped the gun on my reactions about the front desk. I do recommend this clinic if you need a great doctor for you baby. Thanks Dr.Clint and God bless you.

Dr. Sarah Waddell is a fantastic vet and takes great care of our dog Layla. We trust her medical opinions and decisions entirely. She is one of the best in town, and our family highly recommends her services.

Our 5 year old English bulldog had an injury to her leg and since our original vet was closed we took her to Provenance Veterinary Hospital. We got to meet Sarah and she was absolutely amazing with our baby! Her facility is beautiful and her staff is great. If that didn't have us sold her staff called the following day just to check on our baby Jojo. We were very impressed with how compassionate she was with our baby and how they treated us after. Thank you so much Sarah for all your help and keep creating a wonderful environment to be in.
