My pets have been patients of Dr Roofs since 2007, after my last vet retired. He is one of the best! He explains what is going on and truly cares.

Visit was for my dogs annual checkup and vaccinations. Dr. Randy Roof was professional and thorough in his examination of my pet. I have trusted Dr. Roof with my dog's medical needs since 1988. He is the best!

We got Dr. Roofs name from a friend and started seeing Dr. Roof in May of 2021. He is hands on and loves animals. He is compassionate, listens to his pet parents and takes whatever time is needed to evaluate our pets issues and we are there every step of the way. He personally returns phones calls as well. He takes care of the pets and the pet parents. His attention is totally focused on us when we are there. And most importantly, Ursa is not afraid ,she is a good judge of character. He is a little pricy but well worth it. He is about your pet, not about how many patients he can run through in a day just to make a buck like the other (fake caring) vets we have been to. His staff is kind, courteous and understanding, they are a delight. You feel welcome when you come and welcome when you leave. We give him lots of dog licks, wagging tails and warm fuzzies.

Dr. Roof and Dr. Dokas are so good with my cats. Dr. Roof has been my vet for almost 20 years. They are knowledgable and keep up with current research. Plus they are wonderful handling my furry ones. The staff is caring and efficient. I selected a winner at Forest Lake for sure.

Dr. Roof has such great rapport with my old dog. He is very thorough, takes time with you, and is very good about explaining things. Excellent vet.

Dr. Roof is an amazing vet. All of my dogs have absolutely loved him. He genuinely cares about my fur babies, listens to my concerns and is knowledgeable about treatment. He has been there for all of my pets from the time they joined our family to assisting them when it was time to cross over the rainbow.

Great care and great people! My two Great Danes don't kind going to the vet as much anymore and they are well taken care of here.

We have used Forest Lake for over 20 years for all of our dogs. You cannot find a more caring veterinarian anywhere. I'd like to tell a story of what Dr. Roof did for one of our dogs that was dying, but it's too long of a story.

Both Dr.Roof and the vet tech who worked with our dogs were outstanding!! We have a 17 year old Lab who was treated with loving kindness. Everyone was amazing! The whole clinic is extremely warming and homely feeling. I loved it, and I think it really relaxed my cat from being a complete spazz!
