I'm not sure who is reviewing this place. They must be friends because everything in my experience screams unprofessional. Inexperienced. Children. I will never go back

So we took my sweet Freya, who wasn’t feeling well, to this vet due to her eating things she wasn’t supposed to. She wasn't as happy and energetic as she used to be and wasn’t eating very much. This was alarming but due to her having all of her shots, I wasn’t to worried. This led to the vet calling me and recommending $400 treatment (excluding the medicine) for a Illness she didn’t even have. I told the vet that I would prefer if we just started with the blood test and went step by step instead of me just dropping all of the money at once. The vet not only disagreed, but argued with this course of treatment. She insisted we pay the entire $400 to make sure she “knew everything “ even against my wishes. I not only disagreed, but took Freya to another vet. This vet not only went though the treatment that was preferred, but I only ended up spending $66. Freya ended up not having parvo (like expected), and having a bacterial infection (like expected). Thanks but no thanks to this vet.

Dr. Swanton and her team were very attentive to my pomeranian and answered all my questions. She has been on her medicine for 2 days and she is already looking better. They really cared about my baby and I will be recommending my friends.

I love my new Veterinary Office Krum Veterinary took really good care of my sweet baby Alley while I had to board her for 7 days ???? but they sent photos and updates regularly it was wonderful.

It was a wonderful first visit and I couldn’t have asked for better. Everyone was so sweet and polite. The doctor spent extra time with us to answer and discuss all of our concerns. She made us feel right at home and like family. The doctor is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this animal hospital :)

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Bunch and all of the great people that work at the Animal Hospital on Milam Rd. My girl Sweetie’s heart had finally gotten to a point where she couldn’t go on anymore but the staff did everything possible to give her the best chance to survive and kept her comfortable. Prior to that event Sweetie was treated very well whenever we came in. Rene was always helpful. Jessica kept me well informed and I can’t say enough about Dr. Bunch! She’s genuinely concerned for her patients welfare. I can’t imagine that there’s a better staff of animal caregivers in Texas.

This past Saturday I had to put my dog of 12.5 years down. I got him on my 16th birthday and we have been through: driving, college, apartments, marriage, our first house, miscarriages, the birth of my son, and our newest pregnancy together. Putting him down was extremely emotional for me as he had become my security blanket for so many major life events. The staff were SO supportive and understanding, everything moved at my own pace and easing my sweet boy out of this life was extremely peaceful due to the staff. I will continue to take my other two dogs here, as well as any future animals we may have.

One of the best caring staff and great care for your animals. Our livestock guard dog loves going here. He loves the staff and how they treat him. Vets listen to you and will spend time understanding your concerns

I am so happy we decided to take our dog Blue to see the amazing doctors and nurses here. Learning he needs ACL surgery is definitely no fun but the staff gave us tons of information and spoke highly of the surgeon that will be fixing our furbaby! Thank you for all your kindness and caring. The day after our first visit I received a call to check on Blue. That’s when I knew we found the best place for his care. You guys are Amazing!

Everyone at this facility cares about your pets. I've gotten a follow up the next day to see how are pets are doing everytime I've had to take them.

Thank you for being a great vet my sweet wezzy that was almost 15yrs old had kidney failure and they came to my house after hours and help her cross over the rainbow bridge.

This is only my second visit and my first pet where I had to attend to its medical needs.The Animal hospital is very welcoming and attentive. The staff is great. I didn't know dogs could be so expensive. But the care is top notch. I think it would be beneficial to owners new to pet health if we were provided a summary of the pet's health, not just of the medications prescribed.

Dr Sherri Swanton has a team of professionals at all levels to ensure the best care available. They are professional, experienced and thoughtful. The kind of Drs office you would feel confident in their abilities to care for your beloved pet.

Amazing staff and very accommodating. They go out of their way to make your experience a wonderful one.

They told me my animal was in pain, could go deaf, and had a bad immune system. Took her somewhere else and was told she's not in pain, would not go deaf, and that her immune system was fine. She wasnt getting better cause they just kept trying the same 2 meds over and over. One of the vet techs was great. I think her name was Genie or something like that.

Very good experience. They care about your pets & are very thorough with the exam.

I have not personally been here but ive had to call and ask questions they were very nice even though i had not been in there.
