We recently switched from another veterinarian office and have been super pleased with the doctors, vet techs and office staff. They really do care about the well-being of your furry friends!!

We were visiting out of town when puppy got sick with pancreatitis. Dr. Bailey and her staff treated us like family. She was very considerate of our thoughts for the treatment plan. Definitely our clinic of choice if we are in town again.

I have been coming to this VCA hospital since 2018. I absolutely adore all of the beautiful faces here, they truly care about you and your pets. Every single staff member makes the trip memorable for us. I have recommended so many friends to this vet, and they feel the same. I love Dr. Wick and have nothing but great things to say about her and her staff. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, and they LOVE on my pets so much and it makes me so comfortable. I trust my pets with their lives and that’s exactly how you should feel with your vet! That’s the best part about this place! I must also add that I originally lived 8 minutes from this vet. I moved about 18 and still committed to taking my pets here. I now live 25-35 with traffic and STILL take my pets here!

Unethical business practices. It’s one thing to be expensive. It is another to misinform your customers to charge for services that are not needed.

So far, after one visit with anew puppy and kitten, my impression of VCA is great. They answered questions I didn't know to ask. They were kind to me and my pets. What more can you ask for? UPDATE: I no longer endorse this location. They're not BAD, but I don't feel like they take a personal interest in pets they see. I recommend to find another place to take your pet. This place was not good enough for mine.

I absolutely loved my first visit with the VCA! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable.

I’ve been taking our dogs to VCA Leon Springs for a couple of years and prior to our two years we were going to VCA Henderson Pass, both places are very accommodating, the veterinarians are great with our pets and explain everything to us, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The pet plans they offer are so worth looking into, we have had all our pets on their pet plan.

I began taking my cats to VCA of Leon Springs only recently. However, because of how well they have been, I wanted to share. After a couple of weeks after a physical exam/check-up for a kitten I adopted, he continued to experience eye problems. I contacted VCA with my concerns via email contact. They responded and were able to get the kitten in by noon that day, checked and given a prescription by 1pm. You cannot get that kind of care for people these days! Plus they didn't ask for one of my kidneys afterwards. Also, everyone I have spoken with so far there have been very caring. They still do the 'wait outside' covid protocol, which is sooo 2020, but hopefully that will be over soon. Overall though, they really seem to care about your pet (and you), knowledgeable, not pushy, affordable, and seem to be happy doing what they do.

My cat passed away before I got him there, but they did attempt to triage him as soon as I pulled up! They did their best but it was too late!?

Dr. Wick and her staff are wonderful. I trust them with my 3 cats and know that they will receive the care they need.

the entire staff at this vet is by far the most professional and compassionate that ive experienced anywhere! they've been caring for my three furbabies for years, and have worked with me even given the most challenging of circumstances. i have a poor habit of switching which doctor each of my pets sees, but as a result i know that each vet provides amazing care and will treat your babies as if they were their own. a big thank you from my family to yours, vca!

Absolutely loved our visit to VCA Leon Springs! From the moment I walked in the door with my boxer rescue till the time we left, the entire VCA staff went out of their way to make sure the visit was exceptional. Speical thanks to Byron and Dr. Carter for making Brutus as comfortable as possible during his visit/exam.

I have NEVER had a better veterinary experience than I did at this hospital. I have been a veterinary technician for 10 years (never worked at this hospital) and am so pleased with this hospital. The front staff were kind and caring and definitely working hard doing all their next day call confirmations. Then we got to see Stephanie as our technician who was training another girl (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name!) who were absolute rockstars! They treated my dog kindly and were so knowledgeable. My dogs name is Cholula (after the hot sauce) and Stephanie printed out a little picture of the hot sauce bottle to put on her Rabies tag envelope! Such a sense of humor. :) We got to see Dr. Carter who was extremely professional and caring. She walked me through the entire treatment plan and helped me to come up with a dental plan. She made me feel like my dog (baby) was in the best hands she could be. We were seen on time and treated with respect by every single person we came across. Prices are great and I never felt like we were being forced into treatment that was unnecessary. Seriously, if I could give more than 5 starts, I would!! Cholula cannot wait to come back to see all her new friends when she gets her teefers cleaned. :) MAJOR thank you to the wonderful staff at this hospital!

VCA is very humane and pet friendly. My Daria always comes back untraumatized and happy.

This has been an unpleasant experience overall. I will try them again but their protocols and actions are inconsistent. -call when you arrive in the parking lot.... check -get placed on hold for 18 minutes from 7:31-7:49..... check - get presented a completely different treatment plan than originally presented and agreed upon before they even come get the dogs....check -wait another 15 minutes to come get the dogs... check - get a phone call from the vet trying to clean up the mess his technicians have made after having been in the parking lot since 7:30 am.... tells me the dogs look great and they will be out in 5 minutes... check -sit in the parking lot for another 20 minutes... no dogs.... check -place a phone call to the office to check on the dogs... they aren’t done yet....check -8:49.... sit in the parking lot some more....no dogs .... -9:00 am.... still sitting in the parking lot... no dogs ...check -9:01 am... phone call from the office... this is painful.... paid the bill... still no dogs...check 9:05 ... dogs finally... check 9

We have recently brought two kittens in due to sudden symptoms. The staff was great about squeezing us in DAY OF! I feel like they genuinely care about our pets and their well being. They were also very prompt with their services and were thorough throughout the whole process. If I didn’t live almost an hour away- I would bring all five of my fur babies here! We even received a goodie bag as new patients, and a card in the mail after our first visit.

We couldnt go in with our dog because of COVID. I completely understand this. I had an appointment with a tech for follow up shots and my dog had an issue with her eyes. I asked if the vet could take a quick look at my dog's eyes but was told no. I was told that I had to make ANOTHER appointment for ANOTHER day because they were booked! I just wanted the vet to look at my dog's eyes! Jeeze...so I politely declined the tech's offer to have ANOTHER appointment made and I will take my pup elsewhere. It wouldve been nice if they would look out for their customers but nope. I believe they just wanted to charge another fee. I was really disappointed with this trip. Oh well.

VCA always provides great care to our dogs and cats. We love the veterinarians, vet techs and front office staff.

Dr Massey (forget her new married name) is awsome! Very nice and you can tell she truely cares about your pet as if they were her own.

I love everyone here! Everyone is so kind and very attentive. Also they make sure to explain the situation and what is needed to be done. They also make sure that I know how to do certain procedures for my dog.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff is usually pretty kind & friendly, but when my wife called about our old dog who was near death, the person who answered the phone was very unhelpful and offered no advice and worst of all no compassion for our family pet or to my (very upset) wife. She only insisted we bring the dog in. I would expect more for a professional establishment like this. We know they can't do anything over the phone but a little understanding, education and kindness would have gone a long way. We will not be going back and we will not be recommending this vet to anyone.

I had called for my dog and they took him in the next day..they were friendly and was very helpful with signing him up with the care club..i will be taking all my fur babies there
