Nice work but not great

Very nice to dogs. Professional. Lydia is awesome and very kind and gentle. I have 2 blind senior dogs that have been going to her for over a year. Love Lydia.

Please don’t take your dog to Polished Pups. They shaved all of our Golden Doodle’s hair because they were to lazy to detangle her and give her a proper haircut. They also nicked both her ears inside and out. Neither the owner nor the manager cared. We had to spend much more in vet bills. Nicky should have her pet groomer license revoked for incompetent and animal cruelty. Photos of before and after.

My wife and I have had nothing but outstanding service from this company. We bring in 3 dogs at a time and their grooming is as expected, without injury as has happened at other groomers. We have always gotten calls when are dogs are ready to be picked up. Unless they have gotten a new staff since the last time I took our dogs, I don't know where the recent bad reviews have come from. I believe this owner is absolutely dedicated to the customer's satisfaction and the welfare of your pet.

I asked how much it cost only a summer coat for my dog without a bath because she has anxiety. They said only $25.00. I picked her up and left with my dog. After 2 days I saw my bank statement I noticed a charge for 45.00 from that place. Right away a called and the owner explanation was “express service” charged is for 45 obviously I paid and sign for $ 25 what makes me upset is they used my account bank without permission. Please BE AWARE of that place or they’ll use your debit account without your consent.

Check your dog before you leave, They will miss half of the services but still charge you. The owner will make poor excuses for the staff.

I'd like to specifically thank Luz for her attention to detail and thoroughness in grooming my Lhasa Aphso Dale. When I saw the finished product I thought he was ready for his first Dog Show! His haircut was completed in a timely fashion as promised. His groom is second to none. You have a guaranteed repeat client. I would also like to note the friendliness of the receptionist Ashton and her understanding of my preferences as well as the sheen of Dale's coat after Oskar bathed him. Always a great experience for my boston terrier. The customer service there is amazing. The Groomers are top tier.

Where do I begin. This business is by far the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever encountered in my entire life. The moral of the story is professionalism. We did not receive one phone call to pick up our dog and they still decided to charge us a late fee. This is the first strike. The second is when I decided to call the store about our dog the manager answered the phone and answered me with attitude (“uhhh yeah he’s been ready...we’ve been trying to call you.”) On too of this, the whole time she kept interrupting me again and again and again.Then I spoke with the owner. She was nice up until I was finished speaking. She blamed everything on me in the end. The whole time I heard a mans voice yelling in the background and turns out it was her husband voicing his rude opinions out loud. I spoke with him as well and kept getting interrupted. It’s as if this is a trend with their staff. The owners also assumed I wanted their manager fired! Excuse me? Did I say I wanted her fired? No! I’m simply telling you how your manager treated me that’s all. Then he says that she had every right to talk to me the way she did. WOW. Just wow. That was the bottom line. They charged us over $100 in the end for being late for pickup when we never received a phone call. I admit, they do great grooming, but how they treat customers is why I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’m not writing this review for people to stop going, but I’m simply writing to let people know how the owners and manager treat people. It’s borderline unprofessional and I will never stand for it.

I loved the atmosphere. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. I could only do 4 stars do to one of the groomers. There were 4 groomers that day, 3 who looked ready to groom. The one groomer did not look professional at all. It was like she just came from the gym after a workout. That to me screams of being lazy. All the groomers seem nice and from what I saw of the groomer’s grooms by the door I could see they put out very good grooms. I will book an appointment with them. I would hope I just don’t get the girl in the workout clothes.

Awesome groomers who really listen to what you want and are terrific with all of my dogs. Whether it's going in for a nail trim (70 lb persnickety mutt ) or grooming a special breed that is not only large (130+ lbs of double coated, double dewclawed floof) but cannot be shaved and needs specific care, I can count on them to do the job right and at a fair price.

We have been taking our maltipoo here for almost two years now! Each time we bring her, her haircut is meticulously done, and they make sure to take into consideration our special requests reguarding the length of her cut depending on the outside temperatures. This most recent time, they even added rhinestone bling on her ears which was a very wonderful surprise when we picked her up as it suits her little personality to perfection!

We have been going here for years! Our dog gets so excited when we say let's go to the spa! The staff is amazing! We use Lydia & she's the BEST!

I love Polished pups! We always take our Chow Winston there and they do such a wonderful job! I’ve never had any issues with the staff not with the job they do with my dog! I love it! Only bad thing is they’re always booked! But that speaks good about the place! ♥️

So disappointed. First time visiting shop. The lady heard us come in didn’t even say I’ll be right with you. Stood by the door to the grooming and still no response. She had a dog escape and still no response. Another lady came in. I finally left. The other lady also left. I’m a patience person and would have waited if I at least received a hello and I’ll be with you as soon as I can. Worst customer experience.

Just took my Yorkie here, and the groomers did a great job! The owner was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable leaving my baby with them. I will for sure be coming back!

The groomer Lydia is amazing and she does such an amazing job on our fur babies, she is very sweet and loving to our babies we won't let anyone else take care of our dogs. The front desk girl Veronica is awesome she is such an outgoing person always has a smile on her face and she is all around very down to earth and kindhearted, I have never felt more welcome at any store as what I do when I come in here, She always treats the customers so well and makes you just feel like you are family when you walk in this store. They really got an asset when they hired this girl because she has really changed the atmosphere of this place and the way it is ran now is also a huge change from before, she really is a excellent employee...

Very kind staff. And they are reasonably priced.

This is the only place we take our Yorkie! We love Ms. Rose and never let anyone else groom him.

I wanted to get my dog a last minute grooming before we went in vacation so I tried to find a place that had same day availability which is why I didn't take her to her usual groomer. I found this place. it was so cute when I walked in. But I was fooled. THIS WAS THE WORST HAIRCUT MY DOG HAS EVER RECIEVED. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
