Place is clean and well stocked, but the customer service is BAD. Went with my family to try and pick out a new puppy for our home, but the ladies there were very rude & had attitude. We waited in line patiently while other families looked and when it was our turn we were being asked "well are you really going to take a dog home or just to look & play". Couldn't really look at the selection of dogs because they were pushing us out of line "they were getting a line" (2 other people). Guess we will yake our business elsewhere.

Great store for a lot of things not very satisfied with their bird handling and interactions not sure if they had birds wings clipped but my bird haven’t started to develop his wings and he should have if he is as old as they say he is , also they don’t have much knowledge about the birds as well

The store is fine clean the dogs look healthy, but ill say that you can get a puppy from a responsible breeder in TX who will microchip the puppy and give a warranty for half of what they charge here. The only downside to that is that you will have to wait longer and likely travel outside of the city to get the dog. That's worth $2,000 to me though. Schnauzer puppies cost 1800 to 2000 from a breeder and 4000 here breeders only chagre that for rare colors and teacup sizes. If you just have to have a puppy today its great tho.

Animals are kept in good condition with lots of attention while they wait for an owner. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist customers. The only con would be the pricing of some of their dogs. You may save a couple hundred going some place else. However, you won't receive the same care and attention to detail that this store offers.

Just red flags with the website to me

When I walked in the store was pretty empty and there was about 3+ employees sitting by the register hanging out and holding a puppy. With time on their hands you would think the birds starting at $500+ would have clean water instead of layers of food and feces

In and out had just what we needed

Love this place. My daughter, who is the biggest animal lover, works there takes pride in the animals and products sold there. I also personally have known the owner and family for several years now who are incredibly awesome.

The variety of pets available is most certainly there. They have a good amount of pet supplies as well. However the pets are rather overpriced. I understand bills need to be paid, but I easily saw some pups and other mascots going for 30% above what average "retail" is. I am certain they have their reasons, but numbers are numbers.

They have a very strict sanitary system in place, I'm glad they care for the animals

The staff is so knowledgeable and so helpful! I love that you can interact with the animals as well to see if you and that animal will be a good fit for each other.

Drove to Petland from out of town to buy a puppy for our daughter’s 11th birthday! We walked in and were quickly greeted by a rude face and eye rolling employee. When we made our way to the puppy wall the manager stated they do not allow anyone to see the puppies after 7:30pm. I guess the staff was more concerned about going home than giving a puppy a forever home. Wish they would have stated this rule on the website- would have saved me some gas and having to encounter such rude people.

DO NOT GO HERE. Went in actively looking for a pet dog and was treated poorly by the staff member. This location has a "socialization" area to be acquainted with the dog. I inquired about one of the dogs and the bearded gentleman with glasses declined as he associated me with another customer asking about another dog.. when I explained I was not associated with that customers interest, I asked to make an appointment with the dog and he rudely asked "Well are you serious about taking the dog home today"... That's exactly how customers DONT take a dog home today. That's not how you run a business and as an Active duty member I can imagine how he talks to other people. Also extremely overpriced.

For my 1st time I have to say I was very pleased to have gotten to spend time with 2 of the puppys plus their Customer Service was on point always coming around to see if we needed anything or gave us more info on what they offer if we bought a dog etc. I loved everyminute of my time here at Petland.

Poor animals they look unhappy. Not a big selection of pets and the prices are high.

Me and my boyfriend had the best experience here, we adopted our lovely Mini Aussie Shepherd Finn and the crew were spectacular, not only did they give us time to get to know our puppy but also provided us with his records and medical information without us even having to ask, everyone was more than happy to answer our questions on care and his possible future needs, they helped us pick out his crate, vest, dog food and several other items that would suit Finn specifically ???? you can tell they care about their animals, every dog was clean and happy, they even gave Finn a bath with our preferred pet safe scent before he left with us ???? I highly recommend finding your forever friend with them!! Best experience ever ????

Way too expensive! I saw a puppy carrier that cost $73.99, at Walmart it only cost $27.99

There’s a lady with blonde pink short hair, heavy set, who was Extremely rude to us. We had a couple of questions but were not answered. We saw a puppy that was in the back and asked what kind of puppy it was, her response was, “ma’am only the ones in the front are available!” I did not ask her if the puppy was available or if we could purchase it. I asked what kind of puppy it was. We also asked if they sold frenchies and her response was, “idk you need to come in every Wednesday to check for yourself.” I have a feeling she has been working there for a time now she should know if they have received frenchies or not. I also asked her what happens to the puppies that don’t get adopted/purchased. She replied with, “ma’am what kind of question is that?” Rude rude lady! Never again going in there.if they treat US that way I can only imagine how they treat don’t defenseless puppies.????

Good store and very good helpfully personnel that are always ready to help you. Very clean and well stocked store.
