Pet Town San Antonio, Texas

These ladies always taken care of my Brutus since we first started going. Have gone here for over 3 years and never had a problem. My bfs yorkie has also been getting pampered here for a couple years now too. We love Pet Town and don’t go anywhere else! I do recommend calling wwaaaayyy ahead for an appointment. The lady’s are constantly busy and this place is very high demand. Thankyou for all you do for our fur babies Pet Town!

I took my first dog there for years until he passed. And, my other four received grooming there for 14+ years. I relocated out of state for my job, but one of the saddest thing was leaving Pet Town. Great group of ladies!

Again, the best groomer for our Shitzhu, Gizmo. The groomers (all female) are amazing with small dogs, and we have tried franchises like petsmart to local and mobile groomers. Pet Town is highly recommended. 5+ Stars!

Was hesitant due to the reviews, but everyone was professional, kind, and did a great job on my mini schnauzer and Shih tzu. Dogs were happy, wife was happy, which makes me happy. Will be returning.

Great friendly service and at a reasonable rate! I just wish it was bigger, but I will not take my dog anywhere else.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for over 10 years. The ladies are always friendly and my dogs always look and smell great! I have tried other groomers but Pet Town is by far the best!

Seriously cant say enough nice things about the ladies here ! They are so nice and did such a fantastic job cleaning my pup up kind of a emergency thing cause she had gotten all dirty as we were traveling and with open arms they took her in .. highly recommend them if I'm ever back in town I'll only be using there services I cant even thank them enough ..

My dog hair is to short because of how bad this places is and now he can not go outside because he will get burn.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. We walked in there today to ask about their services and when we went in it was SO AWKWARD! The 3 ladies there just stared at me and my kiddos. I finally broke the silence and asked about their service which they informed me they didn’t do dogs over 30lbs which I can respect their rules, but my dog is 18lbs. I let them know, but the lady said that because my dog was eventually going to be a large dog they still couldn’t do it . Wow! Lol! I said you won’t do it just this one time, she still said no, not that I would of wanted her service at this point. They basically turned down MONEY! But besides all this , they were some angry ladies! BE HAPPY! BE KIND!

Worst grooming place ever, every one who worked there just looked at us, we said hello and they responded "What breed is your dog" they murmured we thought they asked. "Golden doodle", we said. They said "they grow to fast". It said only 30 pounds or lower, and our dog was around 20 pounds, at least one of the ladies were nice. The way they hold dogs down looks like a noose. I had a bad feeling and we left.

Very rude, unprofessional employees. Not one of those women smile or greet you when you walk in. I will never take my dog there again. I was given an appointment at 2:00 (no problem, I was on time) then at 4:30 I get a call telling me I NEED TO COME PICK UP MY DOG AND WE CLOSE AT 5:00. I live 15 minutes away, no problem but living in San Antonio and if you've ever driven on Bandera you know that at 4:30 traffic is HORRIBLE . I had to call them and let then know I was near so that my dog wouldn't get stuck there overnight. As I walk inside the women are with their purses in hand. Unbelievable. No customer service skills what so ever. Time for an new groomer.

We have been taking our miniature poodle here for over 10 years and they always do fantastic work. Only downside is they are very busy so book your appointments way in advance.

I always look forward to bringing my Ritchie here. They always give my dog back looking great. Great prices too. Just make sure to book an appointment ahead of time

Best place to take your dogs, I drive across town just for this. I wouldn't trust anyone else with mine. Must make appointment, they are so good they're booked all the time, byt they do have a waiting list. My dogs love to get groomed here!

I called to have my dog washed he is 9 months and under 30 pounds and the lady told me that she couldnt wash him because in the future they couldn't wash him...this isnt the future and also who said i wanted yall to bath him in the future anyways?? I was just looking for a bath right now...

Took my well trained yellow lab once and stood at the entrance waiting for a while. One lady looked at me and looked at my lab and didn't say anything. Still stood waiting for someone, she looks and said we don't do large dogs. Pissed me off!

Every time I take my shuh zip they treat her well and they even give her some pony tails on her ears ????????????

EXTREMELY LIVID WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I had business next door and had my Boxer ( SERVICE DOG) with me and she was in need of a quick nail clip. Some lady came to the the front door and yelled at me "WE DO NOT GROOM . LARGE, AGGRESSIVE DOGS!" I told her she is NOT aggressive, and told her that she needed to look and the stupid cotton ball shaped poodle and see which dog was larger. Obviously, my dog was smaller! the Grooming salon was noisy as hell as these yappy ass dogs continued to bark NON-STOP... and yet my highly trained service dog sat at attention by my side. I advised this loon of a lady that it was against the law to deny access to a service dog, and then she quickly tried to change the subject. I told here, that they did not deserve my business. I called the Leon Valley PD to report a ADA complaint & then notified the Americans with Disabilities Association and they will be contacting the local City Council.. Potential for Serious fines on this establishment. As I left the parking lot I told people why we were leaving... they followed suit and left.... NO WHERE INSIDE OR OUT DO THEY HAVE A SIGN STATING THE DO NOT GROOM LARGE ANIMALS! MY SERVICE DOG IS 40 POUNDS,, REALLY? SEE YA ON THE NEWS!!

Won't work for us, they only work on dogs under 30 pounds, but at least they told us before we made plans
