Amazing people! I love this place and the way they treated me and my dog. Making me feel that they care about my dogs heath and helping me to always have my pup healthy and happy.

Dr. Downey has been my vet for at least 8 years, she's awesome and pulled my Sheltie out of an auto immune disorder when I thought I was going to loose him. Yes, veterinarian care is expensive no matter where you go, however, I have found this clinic more reasonably priced than most. The staff is awesome and I don't think you will get better care anywhere else.

My dog was having some trouble with a flea allergy when I brought her in. When I called I was able to get a next day appointment and we headed out to be seen in the morning. We were seen right away and I appreciated that we didn't have to wait in a lobby with other pets before the appointment. This is largely due to COVID but it was nice since that part kind of stresses my dog out. The staff was courteous and efficient and I could tell my dog felt at ease with them. They were very upfront about course of action and costs from the get go, and I felt they were reasonable in their prices. We were in and out in 30 minutes with advice, medicine, and follow up appointment with a minimal upset to my dog. I highly recommend this vet for your animals. I think they are good people.

This is our second visit. Our Vet is very nice along with the whole staff. You are allowed to be in the room with your pet during their appointment. They also do military discount.

I brought my two dogs here this week, Sam and Laika. We saw Dr Downey for Laika and Dr Gonzalez for Sam. I am so picky about my dogs care and always want them to have the best-so I was thrilled when we had an AMAZING experience here!! The staff is so kind and understanding, and willing to answer any questions! The veterinarians were so knowledgeable and I trusted them completely! The pricing is affordable which is such an awesome bonus, but honestly I’d pay whatever to have my dogs seen here! We recently moved to San Antonio and while I was nervous to find a new vet for my girls, any anxieties I had about it are totally gone. My Pets Vet is phenomenal at what they do and they treat pets and owners so well! We’ll definitely be back!

I honestly can't stress over how much I love this place. Took my first cat in for some general examination and health checks, and they were so loving and sweet to her!

This place was the absolute worst. They left me In a waiting room for almost an hour. Then when someone came in, they would ask a few questions and leave and then come back and do it again. They were completely clueless. I needed a health certificate for my pet to fly and clearly that was foreign to them. They aren’t even usda certified but felt the need to charge me over $200 for an exam and certificate. The exam was so minimal. They didn’t even ask if my pet was on or if she needed a heart worm preventative. I’m so disappointed. I will never utilize this place or recommend it to anyone.

We went in for our 2 dogs who were both a bit sick. One kept bitting on her legs, and feet. The vet was very friendly and informative. She was given a shot for allergies to start. My other dog has a chronic issue with her tummy and she vomits often. The vet requested we have tests done to make sure her organs are good. Only problem is we were told to start her on a low fat diet. We were never told they sold it there. We went to a store and were asked for a prescription??? When I called the office I kept getting the run around, and placed on hold. Finally went back to the office and purchased the food there. The plus side is the food was cheaper at the vet. Con: my dog still remained sick throughout the weekend and wasted 600 at the ER when I had already paid 250 at the vet days before. All in all, it is a nice place to go for our dogs but it quickly gets expensive.

Best Vet in town !!! Our doctor was very respectful and attentive. Any questions or concerns regarding my puppy was answered very well and understandable. I appreciated the car and recommendations and quick evaluation. I rescheduled an appointment and was able to be seen within 5 mins.

This was my first visit. I love this place, and look forward to my pets being cared for by the patient and caring staff. I will say that we were there for a while, but that is because the staff is not rushed, and they take time to explain everything to you, and make your pet feel comfortable!

Been going to this vet for over a year now and the staff and service is pleasant. Ocasionnally the wait ran long during appointments to be seen but it was rare. They can come to the car to pick up the pet. When I call for shot records or to set up appointments the staff is very helpful and fast.

I love being able to go inside with my dog. They are very attentive and pleasant.

Very pleased with my overall experience here. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help out a simple street cat. The staff is very professional, and friendly. Appointments are made rapidly, if your pets have a medical need, or just need annuals completed. I was in search of a new vet, because of a move, and would recommend My Pet's Vet.

Bring your pet here and they will die before you get a call back regarding the results to their 24 hour blood test! It’s been three days and multiple calls and there’s still no call with results. I called to verify that they received the results but the vet won’t call me back. I’ve called for 8 hours today!!

My baby wasn’t himself and I knew something was wrong. Called around trying to find a vet to see him either that day or the next My pets vet were the only ones who could see him the next day. Well can’t say enough good things about them. They isolated his problem put him on medicine and my baby Fats his now himself again. Well not really a baby he turns 13 this year. The entire staff their are very compassionate and caring people. They are now our vet and feel very comfortable telling people to go there. Thanks again for treating my baby

My 13 year old male cat had oral surgery there on 4/14/21 and I really think they did an exceptional job taking care of him. I will be recommending this office to my friends.

From the moment I called to get an appointment to the time I left, everything was perfect. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the vet was phenomenal. As far as vet offices go this is the best experience I’ve ever had, I won’t be going anywhere else. They were able to squeeze me in when numerous other vets kept turning me away. I really really appreciate how the vet took the time to talk to me about everything and made me feel like he genuinely cared.

Everyone is kind & professional. They fit me in same day when I called concerned about my dog. A little pricy but what vet isn't. They offer insurance, though!

Horrible place to bring yr pets. The employees there and even the corporate office have HORRIBLE customer service. Especially a person named Kayla I don't even want to call her a lady because she does even deserve that. Even spoke the owner and he wasn't any better so apple doesn't fall far from the tree

My friends cat was exhibiting scary symptoms, not eating, not pooping or peeing. The vet was so slow to do anything it looked as if he was not gonna make it. She had to give up on this clinic and take him to another clinic who solved the problem in one day. This service is not only unprofessional, but shows a lack of concern and urgency where it should be imperative.

Great place to take my dog to him checked out. I was worried that he had heartworms the test came back negative. The vet was really nice and professional.
