Nice and fast service for nail trimming for my pups ????????‍????

It was my first time going there and I enjoyed it the ladies were very nice the prices were very fair and my dog looks so good I keep getting compliments even weeks after his haircut thank you so much

I brought my Sweetie (maltipoo) in today for the first time. I was blessed to have Ms Dee work on Sweetie on what I later learned was her last day after doing this for over 40 years! While there, I saw nothing but happy dogs and satisfied customers (Sweetie and I included). I saw very dedicated women working nonstop…one of them really caught my attention when I heard her talking kindly to the dog she was caring for. I heard her say that on her car she has a sticker that says “only good vibes.” That’s exactly how I would describe my experience there tonight. “Only Good Vibes!” Congrats to the nice lady that will be taking over and all the best to the amazing Ms Dee that I was blessed to meet today. ???????? ????❤️

Great ,been grooming my dogs for year. Randolph, Rusty and Tasha always look beautiful when I pick them up . The ladies are wonderful

Ms.Dee is such a sweetheart she asked me to hold Addie while she trimmed her nails and she did 100% better thank you Ms. Dee for having such a loving heart for animals !!!

1 star was selected only because I had to select something to do this review. Took our schnauzer to get her regular cut yesterday. She was there for an unusual length of time. She was happy and healthy when she was dropped off. Groomer claims that my Goose coughed a few times and spit up, strange because she wasn’t doing this during the morning or days leading up to dropping her off. I have no way of knowing what or if something happened while she was with the groomer but I am suspicious. Goose died this morning and was groomed yesterday. This was my granddaughters dog and she’s absolutely heartbroken. An autopsy was suggested but that prolongs my granddaughter’s pain. It is possible this was just an awful coincidence but when the owner called us there was absolutely no apology for the loss, a simple “I am sorry for your loss” would have gone a long way. Instead she was defensive from the very beginning and that speaks volumes, if you did nothing wrong why be so defensive? A grooming that costs roughly $45 dollars has now cost us over $200 for a cremation and keepsake. As I stated before, an apology for the loss would have made a world of difference and probably a refund is called for. Be careful how you respond to this, if I feel it is necessary I will lodge a complaint with the better business bureau.

I have been taking Abby to Dee’s for over 5 years now. We love them so much! They always take care of her and that is the only place she will go without getting anxious. We love Dee’s!!

She did great. I have two toy poodle puppies who had not been groomed before. She was able to groom them and they looked amazing....very happy

I love this place! Thank you Dee + Staff!!!! This is a small and women owned business (go support they’re awesome). They take care of my two dogs (Pomeranians) whenever i come in which is every other month. The prices are amazingly affordable. They have a new special for teeth cleaning which is around $10 (amazing work). Honestly Dee and staff are fantastic. Go check them out.

Tied a bow into my dogs hair and fastened it down with a rubber band and knotted it into her hair. I had to cut the ribbon out and the rubber band stayed tight around her hair pulling some of it out. Didn’t ask for extra didn’t need extra

We've been bringing my Mom's dog here for years and we will no longer do services with them. It used to take about two hours to get my Mom's miniature poodle groomed and now they are taking 5 hours to groom him! They are dramatically raising the prices. Even though we have warned them several times that he bites and to put a cloth muzzle, and they decided to put it on him last minute one of the times that we took him. Yesterday that I took him they had the nerve to say there's a muzzle fee?? My dog shouldn't be locked up for hours Also it looks they got water in his ears because he keeps shaking them back and forth. When I went to check on him after he was there 4 hours, the ladies were super unprofessional. ????????????

My dog is not a problem dog. He's sweet and well mannered to anyone he meets. We take him to the vet and he is super friendly to everyone. Which came as a surprise when we first heard he bites from your place. The employees must be treating the dogs poorly if he has to try to bite when grooming. I don't recommend to bring your dogs here. It's cramped and unkept. The employees are rude and if you try to raise an issue they'll try to blame it on your dog. If you look through the reviews you can see the owner replying to my previous review blaming the issue on my dog. Where are your manners when dealing with customers?

Been taking my Maisie here for about four years now. Dee and her assistant are so patient with her. I tried to cut Maisie once myself. It gave me a new respect for what these ladies do. The prices are more than reasonable. Most other places wanted about $70.00. I recommend this place with my highest recommendations. Nothing super foo-foo, just honest local folks providing a great service.
