They were so friendly and treat your dogs like family. I took my mother in law and her pups for their rabies shot since they were due and she said when she moves here she will drive them to this clinic. She’s in love with how informative they were and how the pups were everyone’s priorities.

We've been going to Boerne Stage Vet for more than 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their care of our pets and their customer service. We recently had to get all of our pets in quickly, and the front office staff spent literally 30 minutes on the phone with me to get all of them squeezed in as soon as possible. Dr. Huehn, Dr. Billquist, and their new vet, Dr. Rethman, are very friendly and competent -- Dr. Huehn recently came in during the holiday weekend when we had a pet emergency -- and Andrew at the front desk is always a pleasure to work with. Fantastic clinic, and we hope to continue going there for another 10 years!

I called the clinic to see if they could see my Maltipoo Oliver as he suddenly became ill. The front desk ladies were very understanding and squeezed me in the same day. I was nervous as I had never been to this clinic and had to leave my pup overnight for a couple of days. The doctors and vet tech were very reassuring and did take the time to care for my pup. They were very responsive and I felt they had my pups best interest throughout the entire process to find out what was going on with my pup. Thank you guys! I will definitely be back and refer anyone in need of a vet!

Though in the past I was very happy with the job this veterinary clinic did with boarding my dog, I am very dissatisfied with their lack of communication, which resulted in my being required to pay an additional $60 (after willingly paying $192.60 which was communicated). Be aware they require a $60 exam if you are boarding with them and you agree to allow them to give your dog a 6-month Bordetella vaccine which costs $22.50. I was notified of the $22.50, but not the $60.

After going to the ER 3x within the year we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my Corgi Itachi. We came across Andrew & Dr. Huehn here at Boerne Stage Vet & they were able to diagnose my pet. We brought him in to get neutered on Friday morning & Dr. Huehn, Andrew & staff were amazing!! They kept us updated & stress free through the entire process. We have been to multiple vets & ER’s & we are so glad we brought Itachi here. Thank you Andrew, Dr. Huehn & staff! Will gladly recommend to everyone we come across!

We’ve been using Boerne Stage Vet for about a year now after having bad experiences with national chain vets. Every time we’ve been in for check ups, vaccinations, or surgeries, we’ve had above and beyond service. The vets truly care about your fur babies and do everything to make the experience comfortable and safe. We recently had a dental cleaning and tumor removal and Dr. B called us before and after the procedure. He eased my fears and kept me updated throughout. Not many vets care or reach out to make sure your pet is doing well (Dr. B called twice within the week after surgery to check up with me). Can’t recommend enough.

Though it was a hard visit today because we had to put down our great Dane, I'm grateful for Dr. B and his team for their genuine concern, great communication, making space for us in a pinch, and honest and truthfull assessment. We had to make a difficult decision, thanks to Dr. B's detailed assessment and communication we made the right decision for our pet.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and we have two fur babies. We heard of Boerne Stage through a family friend. Very pleasant experience. Dr. Huenh was very knowledgable and Andrew made the transfer of our records very easy. We will be back, hopefully to see the inside of the building.

Great customer service ! The staff and the doctors are so nice!! We had a follow up visit and even though we had a different doctor, he knew everything that was going on with our pup! Very informative and spends the time to answer all your questions! Just great overall experience ! Highly highly highly recommended! We go there for everything and always the best experience!

I am an owners of two dogs and a cat. I went to this vet because they were joy only close to my house but seemed to have good reviews. When I met the doctor curbside he was rude and not only insulted my dog he insulted me. He gave me his personal opinion. About God's intentions and pushed his beliefs on me. He was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this vet for your fur babies.

We have been using Boerne Stage Vets for two years and have always been pleased with the service, friendliness and communication skills from the staff and doctors. Took our child in for her shots today and did the curbside service, still had the same service experience we have come to expect. They are close and have been good to us.

The only reason they're even receiving three stars from me is because of the great front desk staff. Andrew at the front desk has always taken great care of myself and pets. Going above and beyond to accommodate us as much as he can. HE IS AWESOME! Today I unfortunately had to choose to go to another vet clinic. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00am, it was 10:39am before I was seen by the vet assistant. The front desk staff walked me to a room, told me it would be a moment before a doctor/vet assistant would be in to assist me. I was not expecting it to be close to 45 minutes before then. Andrew was very apologetic about the situation and offered to make it right. I declined. The wait times to be seen from a vet assistant/doctor has gone has gone up drastically in the past year. Not too sure if its because their client base is growing or just slacking on the job or just need to hire better vet assistants. I won't be returning!

I boarded my pup for the weekend and she got a bath and nail trim. She was happy when I picked her up!

Called them a week ago and left a message to make an appointment for my cat. Never recieved a call back. Apparently they dont care about returning phone calls.

Dr. B is a good Vet. But his front desk staff has no people skills at all. Very frustrating, not to mention, I rarely walk away without paying at least $200 per visit.
