Amazing work! They were very kind, not expensive, and did amazing work on my dog. They have multiple options too which is awesome for a dog grooming business.

Don't use this place. I took my mini-schnauzer to them and we discussed the type of cut at great detail and had a picture and it was like we never had a plan. They shaved off his beard and mustache . My dog had also sustained an injury to his private parts while in their care.

Our favorite long-term groomer Kellie is now at Bluebonnet. Our Shih Tzus have always loved her, she makes them look (and smell) perfect! The manager Beth is friendly and fun to talk to. My highest recommendations for dog grooming.

Called several places last week and this was the only one that had any openings for this week to get our two rescue poms groomed, this was exiciting news for us as we recently moved here from New Braunfels and both boys are a tad overdue for a grooming. My wife did a detailed interview with them, and gave complete details on the age and health of both dogs. We get there this morning and as my wife is re-stating EVERYTHING she mentioned on the original phone call, the staff informs us that they will groom the younger pom, but not groom our older rescue because he has a heart condition and his age. Not a good way to start a lasting client relationship.

Love this place! The owner is so caring and professional. My in laws and parents also bring their dogs here and they love it! The girls there are so nice and they always make sure your pets health comes first.

New to the area and was needing a groomer for our pup. Called and was scheduled the next day. Pricing was affordable and they cleaned up my fur baby! His cut came out good and he’s so happy. Will definitely return and highly recommend

If I could give a 0 star I certainly would do so...as first time clients just moved into TX we were excited of the "quality, 20 yr expierence, and professional reassurance of this grooming salon" by the phone conversation and stated by the owner. I took my 3 cats that have been groomed for 6yrs to Blue Bonnet's. $300.00 and 3hrs later I picked up my cat's. 2 of them had bald gashes on their bodys, uneven shaved fur, parts of their body completely not touched. My 3rd cat was not bathed and half shaved with an additional 15.00 fee because she was "difficult" and it took 2 people to hold a declawed cat by the scruff??? I got no call about the additional cost and the fact I was charged $85.00 for a half shaved cat without being bathed. TOTAL FRAUD! I highly recommend you not to visit this groomers. The salon smelled dirty and for 2days my Male cats hid, hissed and were upset...I'm not sure of the treatment that was given, being we are not allowed to watch. I do not like to leave bad reviews I simply just do not go back. However, this was worth my time to respectfully warn new clients looking for a groomer.

once again. Velvety Sea Breeze (Bee) looks fantastic. you guys pay close attention to the standard ie. she looks like a bedlington terrier when you get finished but more importantly she does not come home with razor burn or clippering that is too close or cower and cry as she did from another groomer. We are so glad you are open again and recommend you highly to anyone who is looking for a groomer for the long haul. You will be part of our pet family as long as we are in the area.

I'll start positive and say that they do seem to be taking covid seriously and require a mask for all contact. That's about where the positive ends. Our normal groomer was booked up so we wanted to give Bluebonnet a try as they were actually closer to home and although they were more expensive that was ok. We took our mini schnauzer in for a haircut and nail trim. When picking him up his beard (the defining characteristic of the breed) was shaved nearly down to nothing. His coat was cut uneven and patchy along his back and sides. His nails were cut but clearly not filed as they were razor sharp. For what was a paid "professional" service I could have done in the backyard for free and 10 minutes of time. I payed and left a tip before they brought him out and seeing him but I in no way would ever return there.

This place is terrible. My dog is terrified everytime I take her and I mean terrified in a way not even the vet makes her. They seem nice upfront but I don't know what happens when I leave. They have never got my dogs haircut right in fact it looks terrible and has everytime. On top of that the last time I got her back she got an ear infection and now there is something wrong with her eye. I would suggest somewhere else for your pet if you care about them.

They did a good job grooming my 100lb Bernese mountain dog, Cooper. He came home once with a mat behind his ear (hence minus one star,) but when I called them about it they had me bring him back and they took care of it, no problem. Very reasonable pricing, too. I'm looking forward to taking him here again.

My great pyrennees is difficult to groom and aside from the fact that he just doesn't like other people he is double coated and a lot of groomers here in town just don't know how to deal with that because they cannot be shaved. Bluebonnet knows exactly what to do and left me with a beautiful dog who is groomed perfectly! I can't tell you how happy I am and we will be using this groomer for all of our dogs going forward. Madison was an absolute doll and Bentley, my dog, really liked her and did not give her trouble. And that's saying something! What a great experience 1st time out.

They listen and get your pooches pampered & styled just as requested. Fast and efficient, my 2 year old lab and 13 year old Chihuahua always come home happy. To me this is most important. My dog and I were so anxious about her stay but they made Pennie feel so welcomed and even texted me photos and videos of my sweet girl.

I took our 2 1/2 year old Great Pyrenees for a bath and grooming. She had been brushed occasionally and nails trimmed since she was adopted at 3 months old. Sofie had mats behi d her ears and in the long hair at the back. The young lady who took care of Sofie did a very good job.Sofie was not fond of having the dryer on her tail and rear, so she was placed in a crate with fans blowing on her. She was slightly damp in the rear when I picked her up, but she air dried quickly outdoors and did not have any mats. Bluebonnet grooming is very clean and it is obvious pets are given the best care possible. Pricing is very reasonable for all the work they do. I definitely will take Sofie back and recommend them to friends and family.

They always do a great job on our golden retriever! Most places charge so much for large dogs but Bluebonnet is very reasonable and he is usually only there for a few hours. They have always been friendly and never had a problem getting an appointment when we call - sometimes they take him in the same day. Highly recommend!

Our senior golden is a rescue and was abused with water before we got her. She has always been terrified of baths. Bluebonnet is the first place that has made her feel comfortable and she actually loves her "spa" days at Bluebonnet. It isn't just a place to get your dog cleaned up, they care and it shows. When she gets home, she is happy and she knows she is movie star beautiful. I am so glad we found this place and I couldn't recommend them enough.

If you truly love your dogs, you will not take them here. The owner doesn't care how your pets are handled while being groomed. The groomers are in such a hurry to groom, that they are careless with your pet. Do not take your pets here to get groomed
