Always efficient with reservations. Always remembers my pets schedule and preferences when she stays overnight. And most importantly, Ruby is excited to stay with them. Couldn’t ask for anything more than that.

My pup loves going to daycare at Barkaritaville! He's happy and exhausted at the end of the day when I pick him up. He's also lodged here before and had a great time. The team is wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable.

They take great care of our baby girl! Wish it was less expensive... But we feel like she gets lots of love while she's there! They even do adorable holiday pictures! In the summer they have a pool. I love hearing who she played with and what activities she most enjoyed. Bella is CRAZY excited every time she arrives at Barkaritaville. It was amazing, beautifal building, kind staff

The groomer comes out, greets my dog's, and talks to me about the grooming. When I go to pick them up, they are beautiful and happy. My dog's enjoy doggie daycare and I like the staff very much. My dog's are much better behaved around other dog's due to the socialization they receive.

Traveling into San Antonio from out of town, it was so reassuring to find that our Goldendoodle, Bentley was able to go to “doggy day care” at Barkaritaville Pet Resort. While mom and dad ran errands, Bentley was assessed and placed in a playgroup that fit his energy level and personality. He played all day and made some new friends. Half way through the day we were called with a pupdate on how his stay way going. He was doing great! Thank you Barkaritaville for taking such good care of our dood! He loved it and next time we are in town he will definitely be coming back.

Pricey, but they do an amazing job with our fur babies every time. Well worth it.

Our Great Pyrenees Shiro loves going to Barkeritaville Doggy daycare to play with other dogs twice a week. He just celebrated his 100th day this year!

While staying at Barkaritaville ( during thanksgiving weekend…My 7mo.puppy came back with Kennel cough He’s fully vaccinated with all the required shots. It’s in there reviews …but not my puppy ….well now mine.

The facility is very clean and all the staff is very nice! Our pup had a lot of fun and we can’t wait to go back!!

Clean place with Friendly staff. My dog Loves❤️ this place and wants to go there everyday. After I feed him in the morning he shows me his Belt, puts his face by the belt telling me to take him there.He gets so exited to go there, and runs to them.

The personnel are very professional and polite. The staff were attentive to my pets. They kept me informed on concerns regarding my pets health and behavior. First time using Barkaritaville Pet Resort. I was very pleased and my girls were pretty happy as well.

I am very particular on who takes care of my pitbull rescue, Luca and from the moment we walked into Barkaritaville early Saturday morning for her meet and greet, we were in awe! We all felt the positive energy and Luca immediately fell in love with the staff. They thoroughly went over the meet and greet process and advised they would contact me at 3pm to report Luca’s status. As promised, I received my 3pm update and they thoroughly went over Luca’s experience. It was fantastic! Upon picking Luca up after a fun filled day, we requested a tour and without hesitation they guided us to the back and walked us through the entire property. I was incredibly amazed at how impeccably clean, organized, and beautiful the facility is, especially their lodging options. Thank you Barkaritaville Staff for being so wonderful today and for welcoming our Luca into your pack!

My dogs spent 4 nights while we were away and they loved it- I think they wanted to stay longer!!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure they both ate, and had the special toys and treats I left. Even though they gave us updates on their activities daily via email Being a crazy dog mom i called several times and they always took the time to speak with me. Both dogs and their belongings came home clean and in great condition. Highly recommend this pet resort.

i have only attended one class with Susan - it was organized and we covered a lot of material for the class with a reminder of upcoming class and what to bring.

The place is so clean it sparkles and the staff is on top of it and polite. It’s my favorite when my little Rikki comes out of grooming with a tie!

Bailey only needed face, feet and Fanny trims with a bath and she’s never looked better! Heather did an amazing job! I’ll be back!

Absolutely loved our first day experience. Very welcoming, kind and energetic staff. Provided updates for me, when I called to check in. Facility is well kept, clean and smells refreshing. We give 5 dog bones. Highly recommend.

Barkaritaville services, facilities and staff are top notch. My puppy is always happy after spending a day at Barkaritaville.

Beautiful building but lousy, inexperienced personnel not worth the extra cost of this "pet resort". These folks left my dog unfed overnight, they returned a full bag of my dog's serving today after staying overnight. The front desk lady lied to my face several times, I often asked if my dogs had played with other dogs during day care and she always answered "yes", but when I asked the actual person delivering the dogs she said my dogs only played between the two of them. Often when I picked him up my puppy from day care he would urinate for minutes nonstop, they did not let him urinate frequently enough. The last incident was a short skinny guy checking my 100-pound dog in, when a lady with a funny skirt approached the front desk my dog pulled this inexperienced guy back to sniff the lady's skirt, my wife had to step in to take control of the dog. Lousy, inexperienced and expensive, don't get fooled by the looks of the place, they simply don't know how to take good care of dogs.

This was the first time that our puppies experienced Barkaritaville and they had a blast! The swimming pool was a plus for sure and the attitude of the folks that work there was great. They were loving to our pups and assessed their individual personalities to a tee. We will definitely be back for boarding and daycare.
