Unfortunately my visit was due to my pets passing, but the staff made it a bit easier. They were very friendly and accommodating. They even sent me a condolence card with my pets paw print in it. I will keep that card in a very good place as a memory of my pet. Thank you very much to the staff!

Best place, in my opinion, to bring your pets. I have 1 dog and 3 cats and they are really good at taking care of my animals. I have a drama cat and they work with her really well to keep her calm. I had taken her somewhere else, long ago and that place would knock her out. Here they don't do that they have great tricks up their sleeves. Once I saw this I was hooked and have not gone anywhere else. Medicine gets expensive, but they help with offering options and they get prescription ready pretty quickly. Overall a great vet to bring your pets too.

Affordable Pet Care has cared for our pets since 1990. This was our first time at Covenant Care. It was a 40 minute wait. The part time vet didn't examine Austin; she barely glanced at him and didn't notice he was congested. I had to ask for medicine. I was interested scheduling a dental but Austin 18 years old . I asked the vet what she thought but she had no comment. I left a message at the front desk for Dr. Earl to discuss the dental. I didn't receive a response and had to call back and leave another message. The vet didn't call me, instead the office staff left a message I could call and set up the dental appointment.

I'm here every few weeks or so because I have too many animals, and I always recommend covenant care to all my friends and family. The folks here are so wonderful and you can feel the love they have for animals. Plus, they do exotic care here too! All around a 10/10 place

Took my cat in for a suspected ear infection and was un-ethically billed for services that did not occur. During the visit, vet tech asked regulatory questions about vaccine updates, eating habits, etc. and what the symptoms were that brought me in. Vet tech suggested they take an ear cytology in which I agreed to do. Cat was then weighed and tech took swabs from cat's ears. Tech left the room and came back with the Vet. Vet asked again what symptoms brought us in and before checking anything else, she suggested a steroid shot and mentioned that she would give ear drops assuming that an ear infection was present from cat's normal seasonal allergies. She then took more swabs to his ears to clean them out, left the room, came back with steroid, injected steroid and left the room. Vet tech checked me out and while I was being checked out, I asked if the ear cytology results showed an ear infection. Vet did not know, checked the computer and said results were not in yet but she heard the lab technician mention seeing bacteria as she passed by. I paid for the visit without knowing I was also being changed for a physical examination that was not performed. Receptionist advised that a physical examination covers lungs, teeth, eyes, ears, lymph nodes, digestion, heart rate, etc. and all of these were filled out on his medical record, however none of them were actually checked besides the ears as part of the ear cytology. I held my cat during the duration of the visit, vet tech nor vet were able to hold him therefore none of that could have been checked by visibly looking at him. No instruments were used to look inside his ears or at his eyes. Mouth was not opened to look at his teeth. I asked that I be refunded for the examination since it was not performed, and the office manager & doctor advised the receptionist that they could not refund me because they "attempted" an exam and were un-able to do so because I had to hold him. I also questioned the lab results as it took 2 days for them to be sent to me after requesting them daily. Ear cytology is a rapid test, meaning it should not take 2 days. I am 100% sure the results they provided me were false and manually typed into the medical records because originally the records said "ear cytology - no results" until I asked. After questioning this, they sent me the same paper work but with lab results so there's no telling if these are actual results from my cat. No refund was given for any of the visit, and I don't believe this practice is ethical to charge for services that were not fully performed whether they “attempted” or not. I would not recommend this practice to any pet owner, as they will charge you for services and then lie to you that they were performed because you cannot prove it beyond the doctor's word. Vet continued to lie by saying she attempted an exam and that she went over the cytology results with me but she didn’t. She made an assumption and suggested steroid shot/ ear drops. ** Edited to add screenshot of the “results” from the wellness exam I was charged for that was not actually performed. Not once did the vet or tech check his heart rate, breathing, abdomen, teeth, nor was a scope taken to his ears or eyes. The comments made on the ears and eyes are BOTH based on what I have seen at home. The vet and tech did not hold him in order to perform any of these, I had to hold him during the visit and during swabs for ear cytology. Also note, comment about his “hair coat being vibrant” only further proves that these results are false because they must’ve forgotten he’s a HAIRLESS cat.

Best vet in the area, the offer a military discount and will work with you on payments if needed. Shots are super cheap if you don't have to see the vet. Great, clean, and brand new facility!

Loved this place. Staff was so friendly. And quick. Everyone was so informative. And the prices are really good. You don't need to break your bank just to go get your baby a checkup.

Disappointed, because they can never give me a specific price...always say we'll email or text you.

Friendly staff. The Doctor was great. They were really busy so had to wait and of course I was really early as usual. I was sad to see an old couple bring in a cat and dog, they were put in the comfort room and the candle was lit for animals being put to sleep .

Unfortunately, we had to put our big baby, Dino, down yesterday. The comfort room was just beautiful - like sitting in a living room - and they were able to put him down on the rug on the floor, relieving my anxiety over how the procedure would go. (My dog hated being put on the elevating exam tables.) Dr. Earl was so kind and caring during the procedure, reassuring us we had done everything we could to give him a good life and it was just his time to go. My heart is still broken, but I could not have asked for better treatment during this very sad time.

Use to love this vet when it was affordable pet care. Since they moved & changed names they haven't been the same. Hard to make an appointment plus unfriendly staff. Had to find a new vet

I’ve been calling this hospital non stop for the past few days and no answer . as many pet hospitals around me don’t care for guinea pigs and since I can’t make appointments online I have to do so over email or message where they don’t even bother to reply at all. They responded once I believe it was Elizabeth and all she asked was if I was a new client I said yes and told her how my guinea pig is in pain and won’t eat and can barely breath correctly and when is the closest time I can set an appointment and I got no response at all. Now here I am sitting with my guinea pig as he is dying because not only this hospital but others can’t bother to take in emergency walk ins. It’s sad that they can’t even reply to a simple message asking for help. Would not recommend

Very friendly staff and the docs are awesome. Had an emergency surgery come up, and they were able to get Coco in and do it within an hour. She would have died otherwise. Can't say enough about how professional they are. Highly recommend.

We have been customers for over 8 years. They treat our dogs like family. When our Solomon passed away they sent flowers! The quality of care is amazing. They diagnosed our Milo with Lupus and keeps us updated with his ongoing care. I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else!
