This week started and ended rough with two furbabies passing on. Dr. Henderson, Dr. Feller & the support staff have always shown compassion and care & this week was no different. Dr. Feller & staff assisted with my furbabies' transitions with sincere compassion and patience & I truly appreciate it. I could never find a better group of people than these. Thank you

Good, but so expensive! Over 700.00 for one night stay. Emergency care given. Just x-ray and an IV!

This is the vet I have used since I got my first dog at 3 years old, I'll be 25 this year. The staff is friendly and help out anyway they can to make sure the people in their lobby, and their pets, feel comfortable. The vets are knowledgeable and thorough in my experience, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. Their facilities are kept clean and organized. I cannot recommend this vet's office enough! ????

This isn’t my regular vet and it will never become my regular vet. My wife and I recently adopted a dog from the local shelter during a free adoption clinic, and the voucher for neutering was through this vet office. The moment I walked in the door I felt complete judgement. I forgot my wallet at home but was willing to run back home and grab it to pay for some of the extra services (heart worm test, pain meds, etc.) that were not covered by the shelter. The lady at the front desk said they don’t do that, I could pay upfront when I dropped him off or I could decline the services. So I declined the services in order to not return back late with my wallet and miss his appointment. They told me I could call back between 3-4 to see if he would be ready for pick up. When I arrived to pick him up, same situation, different lady at the front desk. I explained to the lady that I had forgotten my wallet this morning and would like to know if I could purchase the pain medication for him (I’ve never had a dog neutered, so I didn’t know what pain he would experience). She then told me “that’s gonna cost like $55, do you have that?” I gladly pulled out my card and told her whatever it cost to make sure he was out of pain is what she needed to charge to my card. I had a few questions about care that neither one of the two people at the front desk wanted to answer, they said everything I needed to know would be on the piece of paper they handed to me. Since I purchased the meds, they had to make a profile for the dog. When she asked the dogs name, she replied “Virgil? For a dog? That’s odd.” It was obvious my business was not wanted or needed there, and fortunately we have a vet who treats our animals as if they were their own. I’ve never been questioned about my ability to cover the cost of services simply because I forgot my wallet. I was talked to as though I couldn’t afford to take care of the dog I adopted and was sent home with questions that simply could have been answered yes or no. I hope the owner of this clinic speaks to the people who represent this business on the front side about their lack of professionalism. I put off writing a review simply because I knew I would never be back, but I received a letter in the mail asking for suggestions on how to provide better service. Start with those who speak to your customers
