Absolutely love the doctor and staff! I bring my 2 bunnies and pregnant kitty here and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!! They saved my bunnies life????????

I've been taking my 2 dogs and 1 cat to see them for the last couple of years. They detected a heart murmur in one of my chihuahuas and we were able to keep her going with medications for 2 years. Then right before Thanksgiving break, she started refusing food, and it was difficult to give her meds for 3 days. Her heart and lungs filled with fluid and the murmur is much worse. Four Paws only wanted to run more tests and give her more medication. We abided but just 2 days later my dog is so weak and still refusing food. How could they want to keep her going instead of calling it when it is time? My poor dog is now suffering and it's Friday night. Four Paws won't know they just subjected this dog to more suffering. She can't even stand up and doesn't even have the strength to go outside for the bathroom. Her eyes tell me what she wants to do but her body doesn't work. I will have to take her somewhere else to put her out of her misery so she doesn't suffer like this over the weekend. I'm disappointed that Four Paws convinced us to pay more money for blood test, pain meds and more meds instead of euthanizing her.

Everyone at Four Paws gave wonderful service to our boy Pascal. Without anyone from Four Paws, our boy won't be walking and running with his Four Paws. The happiness and joy in his face cannot countable when he run and walk with his Four Paws. Yes "Four Paws" wonderful animal hospital in the world

Four Paws love our cats. Our boys have been coming here for several years. We feel they are in good hands when we are out of town. Highly recommended.

They perform services while your dog is boarded there without your consent. They then expect you to pay. Beware of this if you decide to use this business.

I am a new rabbit owner, and they were really great at explaining things to me to make sure I can take great care of my rabbit.

I've been taking my fur baby to Dr. McKelroy from the first time I got him to present - Great doctor and great staff, so unless something goes off the tracks, I will always take him there.

My initial visit to Four Paws happened due to an allergic reaction my dog was having due to his yearly shots and the VCA could not see him immediately and told me to find a hospital. I just so happen to be passing Four Paws and they took him in immediately. From there, they have helped me with finding a dental surgeon, doing Zeus’s health checks, helping with his ear infection, and even getting me a health certificate for traveling overseas with my pet. Highly recommend and quite possible the friendliest, helpful, and knowledgeable vet and clinic I have ever been to with any of my pets.

Four Paws helped me through one of the hardest times in my life. Ashley made me feel like a part of the family. She made me feel comfortable with her and the whole Four Paws family. They were so supportive and comforting during our time Pickles. I will now take my new furbaby Pj there for all his needs. I will recommend them to all my furbaby friends. I came in without an appointment, with a very sick puppy. I had to wait less than 30 minutes. Care was given quickly and competently. I was given several treatment options and felt that the pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use 4 Paws for all our animals.

I used to love this place but the last few times I felt like they were more preocupied with offering a bunch of tests and treatments that I didn't need instead of worrying about the issues with my dogs. I went home thinking I was told everything I needed to know, not even close. I had to google everything! It happened enough times that I felt I needed to update my review here.

Have yet to go see them for my potbelly pig but they are so friendly over the phone.

Recently, one of our fur babies needed some medical attention. The big Banfield machine told me they were just too busy and they couldn’t help us, not offering any referral or alternative source to address the situation. I should also note, this was after years of continued visits with multiple animals in our family. No more Banfield. We went to an emergency animal hospital to get the temporary help we needed and the best results out of the visit was Blue Pearl in Sunnyvale was amazing in their emergency care and they referred us to Dr. McKelroy and her staff at Four Paws. Our pets are happy and we are supportive customers and fans. Caring professional staff loving on our animals is the key and this is where you find it. Thank you Banfield.

My hedgehog died because they where closed on monday

This place was so welcoming. Ashley is an angel. From the first time I talked to her she made me feel so comfortable and I trusted her from the start. My Pickles is my baby and I trusted that they were going to have his best interests at heart. Dr Mallory is very loving and nice. He took very good care of my baby boy. I will definitely keep them as my main veterinarian. I would highly recommend Four Paws as it was highly recommend to me by BluePearl Animal Hospital in Mesquite.

My greyhound recently had her teeth cleaned. The Dr. and her staff were very thorough. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. I have always had a good experience with Four Paws. Greyhounds are a bit different and Four Paws is exceptional in treating my greyhound.

My dog loves it there and they always keep us posted!

Four Paws is amazing, I’m so blessed that they see exotic pets! My Leopard Gecko got sick and Dr. McKelroy got him all taken care of right away! The staff there is so nice and caring. It’s really comforting to know someone so close to home is knowledgeable in exotic pets. I will definitely be returning in the future with my other Geckos!

Four Paws has been our Animal Hospital for many years now. Two dogs that have since passed and our two current dogs. They have provided excellent care and boarding all these years. We moved from Rowlett many years ago but still drive the distance to come to this caring facility. They love each and every one of their fur babies. I can't say enough about them. Every person that works here cares about your animal! Love them!
