Joanna and her team at Wagg'nPurr are SOOO AMAZING!! We have been working with them for a long time and EVERYTIME, they are SOOO wonderful! They take such good care of our two cats and we always get a picture of them! They are SOOO committed to giving the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! For us, the cats are our "kids" and we are ALWAYS SOO comfortable leaving our kids with Joanna and her team! Susan, you are a ROCK STAR and the "kids" LOVE you and Joanna! We had Barbara come and take care of our poodle and we were very pleased with the whole experience. Our boy is still very mouthy and high energy as he is only 7 months old, but they handled him very well. We got pictures of the visit which we loved. The communication and payment were reliable and simple. Will definitely use them again in the future. Our baby even got some treats at the last visit.

We spontaneously adopted a cat, who we love, but were unsure how to make sure she was taken care of during our planned vacation. We thankfully found Wagg'nPurr through Nextdoor and have been so happy with the service. Everyone's been super polite and responsive, and we got updates during our vacation to reassure us that our cat was OK.

We had the opportunity to use your services for the first time this weekend and it was an absolute awesome experience for our pets, not to mention my husband and I!!! Kim is such a great asset to your Team. She asked all the right questions and checked in with us each time with pictures of our pets and a summary of her visit. I know my fur babies felt loved, and on top of that, Kim left a nice note with some treats for them before she left on Sunday. Thank you for providing such a great service. Absolutely awesome! Rest assured, this is the way to go for your pets! I have two big dogs and they are my children. I cannot stand to board them and they're very particular with certain people and most especially, other dogs. My sitter is ALISON and she is a LIFE-SAVER! She is so wonderful with my boys (Franklin & Harvey) and they love her. She even texts me pictures when she's with them and always has a funny little comment too! What makes her even BETTER is that she's saved me in so many unexpected, last minute situations- flight cancellations or delays, last minute visit requests: no problem! She is so accommodating and flexible. I've been stuck out of town, expecting to get home one night but a flight delay puts me home the next instead- I just text Alison and tell her what's going on and she assures me its no problem and that my pups will be taken care of. She is seriously awesome! In addition to all of this, the booking and paying system is impeccable! Everything is done online, its user-friendly, you don't get billed until after services are rendered and you just pay online. This has been the best experience overall in any situation when I have to leave my pets. I have used Wagg'nPurr Pet Sitters at least once a month for the past 4 months and already have 2 visits scheduled for December. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
