All of PetSuites Crew was friendly and Denali loved her new friends at daycare. She received lots of attention from everyone and got her ya-ya outs. She gets so excited anytime she knows she’s going to play with the pack ????

I have been taking my pup here for about 8 months. It's a great place and he loves it! I take him here for playcare and while I'm on vacation. Pet Suites cares about your pets and they make sure to send you a pic (on your first day) so you don't have to worry if you pet is having a good time. They also assess the dogs before any meet n' greets with other dogs, just to make sure they are sociable. They have picture and treat events as well around the holidays (they also can take your food & treats if you need them to. They are always professional and my dog get really excited when we drive up. They have an outside/inside play area as well as a bone shaped pool just for the dogs! I have recommended them to everyone I know that has a dog (they have a cat suite too)!

Each time I called the facility to make inquiries, I was greeted with friendliness and patience. After we made our reservation for boarding our two dogs, they invited our younger dog for an evaluation for group play with other dogs. I appreciated this evaluation to ensure the safety of our dog and that of other dogs. While our dogs were being boarded, we called to check in on them and the facility provided daily feedback about their activities of the day (i.e., how they were eating, sleeping, playing). We also arranged to have our dogs groomed before we picked them up. They seemed to be doing very well and looked like they had a good time. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Just had our first day of Puppy Preschool! My pup was so happy (and tired!). I had to drag him out of there!

I can't praise PetSuites Great Oaks enough! Their staff was knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Their facilities are fabulous - my pup stayed in the townhouse suite and loved it. We won't take our pups anywhere else, we're believers. If you love your pup, trust PetSuites Great Oaks. They will love your fur baby like it's their own. ????

I was very pleased with the services provided. A lot of happy dogs coming in and out. The front desk staff are also very friendly and informative. I appreciate that they require all of the vaccines to keep all of the pets safe. They ask a lot of questions to know the pets as best they can, and they even accept beds for overnight stays. I will be very happy to come back.

We boarded 4 dogs. 3 came back with sores on their head, and I called to cancel my future grooming appt. and Emily didn't even ask if they were OK after I explained the situation; she didn't seem to care. The sores are still there, so bad on one of the goldens he had to go get treated at the vet.

They just opened this in April so it was my first time boarding my yappy Pomeranian there (use and love the RRPS) and it was a breeze to check in and get her situated. My pup loved the indoor/outdoor play and her luxury suite was fantastic. Shout out to Zoe and Dawn - very attentive and caring staff. Definitely recommend them!

Wanted to try them out so signed up for their pet a palooza special of free manners session. Got email saying I would be called to get set up. Never got a call. I called and left message asking for a call back and never got called. I guess I won't be using them.

Not recommended at all. Did not keep up with the service that they committed. Staff is not friendly.

First they really ever answer their phone when calling in when they call back it’s usually the following day and if you missed that call good luck reaching them again. I had to drive there to make a reservation because I couldn’t reach them on the phone. On their website and every other Internet site it shows on Saturday they open at seven but when I got here drop my two dogs off that I made reservations for on the door it says eight in the young man feeding the pets also told me not till eight he was unable to help me. So here is it in the parking lot for an hour waiting period

We just moved to Round Rock ( week ago) and our baby girl Tanner (King Charles Cavalier) became really sick and lethargic and we had to make a quick decision on where to take her this morning. I cannot begin to tell you how kind, responsive and caring the staff was and got us in first thing! Our new Vet, Dr. Kingston is amazing and went over everything with us in detail. She will recover now without Mommy and Daddy freaking out...❤️...thank you so much to the staff at Great Oaks!

If I moved out of state, I'd have to vacation in Austin just to have them see my dogs. They are like family, because that's how we are treated.

We love the care our dog receives at the pet resort. However, I feel the weekend hours are very limited, especially on holiday weekends. I was hospitalized during the past 2 weeks. During my hospitalization, we received the sad news that a dear uncle-in-law had past away. My wife needed to fly to Minnesota. Our Abigail had to stay in the resort. I was released this past Saturday but my wife could not return until Saturday evening. A family friend picked me up Saturday afternoon and we rushed hoping to pick up Abigail only to discover the resort closed at 1pm. We thought it was 4pm. The resort does not open even for part of Sunday and it is closed for Labor Day. We are having to pay for for 2 more days. We have to pay unnecessarily even though we are home. We are both retired and we are having to consider expenses. When we lived in Connecticut our animal kennel, which was superb, had windows on weekends and Holidays in the mid to late afternoon when animals could be picked up. Food for thought.

We contacted the Great Oaks Animal Hospital Pet Resort and they said our dogs require a flu shot, which other pet day care facilities didn't require. We had our Vet give our dog the flu shot and had it sent to the resort. Then, they said we needed another shot and the Vet didn't send dates of shots, and we need to contact our Vet, because they can't contact them. Oh my gosh, how hard is it to take your dog to daycare! Although the resort looks nice and it's close to our house, it's too much work, and costing me lots in Vet pills and shots for my dog. I feel like they want me to switch to their Vet. and charge a lot for shots which aren't needed. I love the Vets at White Rock Vet hospital and they don't try to sell me shots which aren't needed. I have no desire to switch Vets or go through all these hoops, when there are lots of other daycares which are good and less work. The times I visited, I see very few dogs there, which is another red flag.

Two of my dogs stay here at least once a year when we go on vacation. The staff is very friendly and they go out of their way to take care of your furry family member. You can tell from the moment you walk in that these people are pet people, and that they'll go out of their way to try to ensure your pet has a great time while you're away. They are also located right next to a vet clinic so they are well situated in case of an emergency. If you are looking for a dependable location to board your furry family, this is literally the best I've ever seen in any state I've lived in so far. It's worth the price and the peace of mind.
