Best vet I’ve ever gone too. Im so blessed to have her take care of my Frannie!!! She loves her job and you can tell it. Dr Cassens is so warm hearted and loving. I won’t take my fur baby to see anyone else!!!!! I drive 45 to see her and I would drive further if I had to, to get the service she and her staff give!!!

I came here a while back with my chihuahua Bella, after calling a few places no one was taking in new pets. they were so accommodating and not aggressive with treatment, we received a letter in the mail a couple days later welcoming her to the clinic so sweet. will totally recommend to everyone who is looking for a vet

Baby my little feral born to feral parents. Had a tilted head but to ear infections and mites. Meds that vet prescribed were not working. A friend by the name of David. Told to visit Dr. Cassens. Baby ear's full of yeast. Did shots and yeast meds. She was so naughty at the office. Baby is 3 yrs old now. I think?

We just purchased a puppy to complete our small family and everyone here was so helpful, kind, and attentive! They were able to get us in on my preferred day super last minute which was so unexpected! Our first visit went so smoothly and all the nurses gave our girl ample amounts of attention, love, and care! We are so excited to call this our forever Vet!

This is my forever vet... The Emerald team is highly professional, yet incredibly warm and compassionate for every patient and their owner. From the first time I visited, I knew that they were in this business because of their love of animals! Dr. Cassens is extremely knowledgeable makes sure that you know exactly what they are looking for, treating, testing, and WHY. She takes the time to educate owners while providing the highest level of care for their pets. I've never seen the owner and lead vet spend so much time with every patient. They are truly the best!

We visited Emerald Vet On Wednesday 7/29 for our pups eye infection, they were very welcoming and attentive. They did not run any unnecessary tests and provided a clear diagnosis with a treatment plan! They were kind and gentle with our pup and provided her endless positive reinforcement in the form of verbal praise and treats. Emerald Vet called (twice, because we missed the first call) two days after the visit to make sure our pup was responding to her treatment, they even sent us a hand written card via mail thanking us for choosing them. We are grateful we found this amazing veterinary clinic, we plan on continuing to use their services for both our pups. Highly recommend this practice!! *I will note we live in North Austin but happily drive to Round Rock for their services!

The vet and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable--I don't doubt my cat got good care. They diagnosed my cat's condition, which was, unfortunately, not treatable. The costs seemed a bit on the high side, but they were all explained to me in detail, and were responsive to my concerns about the cost.

Dr Cassens has. Web my Vet for a few years now and I have loved every single visit. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and just simply amazing. I love her completely. She will be my family vet for years to come.

These are the nicest ladies. They came to my home and took their time with my skittish cats; earned their trust and even gave them treats. I'll never go to a vet's office for routine services again. I'm a customer for life!

I searched high and low trying to find a vet to switch to after our vet of 4 years couldn’t get our super itchy dog in sooner than a month to get some allergy meds. Emerald Vet got us in the very next day. Stop looking and just call them. They were great with our dogs (including one that has some aggression issues). They made us and the dogs feel at home and didn’t do anything the dogs didn’t need (like our last vet did). Dr. Cassens is awesome and very knowledgeable! This is our new vet! Staff were all very friendly, COVID mitigation is great, and they seem to really care about our babies. ????

The staff here is extremely friendly, and you can tell that they truly care about your pets! We took our two dogs to them and they took their time and did not try to push any extra services. They will be our go to Veterinary Clinic moving forward!

I had the BEST experience with Emerald Vet for my two pups. Dr. Cassens does an amazing job on educating me on my furbabies. The techs took great care of my 4 mo. old puppy with his vaccinations. My large German Shepherd/Pyrenees mix has had some tramatic experiences at previous veterinary visits, but he was surprisingly calm and cooperative this go around. I think the cozy, non-threatening environment made all the difference in making them feel at ease. So glad to have finally found a vet my doggos are comfortable with!

I just had Dr. Cassens over to look at my 17 year old cat, and it was probably the best vet experience I've ever had with my kitty. She clearly loves animals and was really passionate about forming a relationship with her clients' families. Thank you for helping us take care of our Velcro!
