Our dog seemed to have a good time. We looked forward to receiving Ollie's daily report card. He seemed happy when we picked him up. I think we'll use them again in the future.

I'm not from the area but anytime I board my dog in Austin it will be here! Cannot recommend enough.

What a great experience. We received an email every evening with a picture. When a tragedy happened at a nearby facility we received an email ensuring the safety of our pet along with condolences to those that lost their pets. This facility is caring and understand what our pets mean to us. Thank you. Wish I could give 6 stars.

We love it,they're so good to our dogs

The place was really clean and professional. Boarded my kittens there for about five days and they give you daily report cards and pictures of your pet! Loved it and it made me feel at ease that my kittens were happy and healthy during their stay. Staff was really kind and seemed to really enjoy my kittens being there! The only critique I have is the size of the “rooms” for the cats seemed like they could be a little bigger but are probably the standard size, and also my kittens are spoiled. They do take them out for play time daily though! I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

Owned and operated by a vet. My girlfriend speaks very highly of the place. I’ve only been the chauffeur but never been inside.

We love dropping our pup off here for a spa day when we are having someone do work on the house. He comes back to us happy, tired and clean!

I can't say enough good things about this place! I knew by my daily report cards that my dog was well taken care of and having a great time. And in case of any emergency, it's owned by an E.R. vet! Cannot recommend this place enough!

So happy with my experience here!! This was my pup, Banks, first time at a boarding facility and I was really nervous about how she would react -- well she LOVED it. The staff instantly made me feel so comfortable about the care she would receive over the weekend and even sent out daily report cards with a picture from the day. I will 100% be using A Crate Escape for all future boarding needs and highly recommend to anyone looking for this service!

FIVE STARS, all around! Finding A Crate Escape was a huge blessing to our family. Our 8-month-old black lab went to stay there for their Board and Train program this spring. We were overwhelmed with gratitude and excitement about how much Addie learned, (and how much WE learned regarding how to continue to work with her on our own after she came home.) Their trainer Keith is nothing short of exceptional, and he formed an awesome relationship with Addie. She adores him, and is always so happy to go back for a day of daycare to play with her doggie friends and visit the amazing staff. We’ll continue to send her for daycare twice a week just because she loves it so much. The change we’ve seen in her, both behaviorally and emotionally, has been so positive and helpful to us as a family. Before we found A Crate Escape, we were growing worried and frustrated with Addie’s puppy behaviors, and we lacked the professional knowledge to train her well. A Crate Escape and Keith’s work with her helped us SO much! Jill’s management is outstanding, and she answered all my questions and calmed all my first-time-pet-mom anxieties with genuine care. All the staff members we’ve interacted with have been very skilled, friendly, and professional. The facility is beautiful, organized and clean. Don’t hesitate to send your fur baby here! They will give him/her exceptional care and lots of love.

This place is amazing!! I don't know where to start. They took care of our dog, Buddy, for boarding for years. This last year, Buddy was 14 and needed medication for his senior illnesses. We had to make a few trips and A Crate Escape took care of Buddy with their medical boarding services. The staff always met us at the check-in with at least 3 people to verify his medications, go through instructions needed for his daily care, and to make the drop-off seamless. When we came to pick up Buddy after our trip, it was obvious he had been well-taken care of. This is an incredible facility with an incredible staff!!!!

They deserve more than 5 stars. They helped us out when no one else could.

We started brining our schnauzer here for daycare after his "brother" passed away as a way to get some socialization. From day one they were understanding about his quarks and told us the best way to get him used to his new normal. He has really enjoyed his time with his friends and is always a happy tiered when he comes home. The front desk people have always been friendly as well as the technicians & daycare people bring him back. I do wish there were cameras to see the daycare pups play but I trust them with my boy and that's the most important. Happy pup = happy mom!

I drive an extra 40 minutes to have my dog Layla groomed here. It is perfect every time.

Have been searching for the perfect place to groom my mini schnauzers and I finally found it!!! They have the best groomer and staff EVER! Desiree is so great, patient and does a beautiful job with our boys. One of our dogs suffers from anxiety and now loves going to get groomed!! Wes and Jill are so knowledgeable and friendly!! Immaculately CLEAN too!! Beanz and Dez thank y’all!

Having moved into the area a few months ago, I began the search for boarding for my cat, "Free Agent". After touring a number of boarding facilities, I found A Crate Escape and the search was over. I immediately knew he would be well cared for and in a great environment. The kitty kondos are spacious, immaculate and the common area looks like a high-end gym. The staff is caring and I think they really love taking care of our pets. Like everyone else, I LOVE the report cards complete with his picture. I always miss him when I'm away and the report card gives me peace of mind that he is happy. Great place!

I was an evacuee from Hurricane Laura. At the last minute my AirBnB fell through and I was scrambling to find a place for our babies to stay since we couldn't keep them all with us at a Hotel. One of the other pet boarding businesses in the area was really helpful and they recommended A Crates. I can't express how grateful I am that they were able to take them in on such short notice. It's obvious how much they care about animals and I highly recommend them. Thanks so much ya'll!

I scheduled an appointment for my dog last week for grooming and was scheduled for August 6th a week out because they were booked. Totally understandable. I get an email today from Chelsea stating that his vaccinations are expired as of today and they won't be able to see him unless they are up to date. Unfortunately our vet clinic is not available within 2 days to get his shots. I spoke to the owner Bob and he proceeded to tell me that even though his groomer was on medical leave and unable to get me in sooner, in order to receive services he had to be up to date with his shots. It's two days out. Are you serious? He then told me " well I hope you'd want to get his shots for his own health.' of course I do bob. Just rude. Never going there again.

I bring my dog Sheba to daycare at least 2 days a week and they r wonderful with her. These people really care and go the extra mile with the animals. My dog gets so excited when we pull up to the place and I can tell she really loves it there. From the minute u walk in u see nothing but friendly faces and know the dogs by name. I took my dog to two other places and was sorry I did. When u pick up the dog they always tell u if she ate and how her day was. I plan to bring her there always and would highly recommend them to everyone. I haven't tried the grooming yet but plan to soon. Thank u Crate Escape for all u do for Sheba!!!
