Waggin' Tails Animal Inn RICHMOND, Texas

Our dogs love this place, and it’s the only place I trust to board my dogs. Our staffy picked up kennel cough one time despite being vaccinated, but it’s a natural risk when boarding your dog and I don’t fault the facility or staff at all. They treat our dogs like family for a great price.

Over the last 6 weeks, I have placed my dog, Moxie, a female black lab, with Waggin Tails, on three separate occasions for several days at a time. Moxie was always happy and cheerful when I picked her up. The staff, Rebecca, Josh, Lorraine, and Martha, were always polite and prompt. Thank you Waggin Tails!

Our husky loves going here for boarding. It’s the only boarding place she’s ever been excited to go to (with the exception of Waggin Tails other location!) in all of her 7 years and multiple experiences being boarded elsewhere. We are so happy that we found this place!!

Amazing Place! My little princess Leah loved it there. She made plenty of two legged and four legged friends. She also came home with a good report card! Anytime I mention Waggin Tails, she gets excited. The workers are friendly and professional. Thank you for taking care of my fur baby while I was on vacation!

Our cat was there for a week while we were on vacation. She didn't want to eat very much. Sunkiss is fine and ate when she got home. I guess she didn't want us to go out of town.

Thank you for taking care of our dog during our vacation. When she returned home, she was clean, happy and healthy. Roxy will definitely be back.

Has been a great experience! My dog is well taken care of and comes back to us happy. The longest stay for us has been 6 days and we will continue to come back.

Seemed like mostly cages. Few dogs. Didn't feel comfortable.

I really love this place, but my dog always comes home with a severe hacking cough. I don’t know if he is eating something bad there or if it is kennel cough. Make me sad, because the staff and concept is so wonderful, and my dog LOVES to go! Just he suffers after, we have taken our dog there 3 times, and every time he goes he comes home with this gagging cough :(

The staff here treats our cockapoo puppy like family. They’re always so excited to see him and take such good care about of him I’m never worried. Love this place would recommend 10 out of 10. I take him weekly for doggy day camp and also anytime we need to board him he goes there

I love that it’s so close to the house and very affordable. They left a cute message regarding my lab’s stay. Since he wasn’t neutered yet, he wasn’t able to play with other dogs but I’m glad he was able to get some good play time with the kennel techs. We will be taking our lab here again next time we go out of town! Highly recommend!

My dog loves to go Waggin' Tails! He jumps out of the car when we get there. He is calmer and better behaved after each visit. He is tired when he comes home. I would highly recommend this place for loving attention the pets receive!

They treat both dogs and cats exceptionally well!

I had a great experience with this place on our first visit. Would recommend them to anyone who worries about leaving their animal with strangers. Plus, they don't nickel and dime you for $5, $10, $20 every time for cuddles, fetch, and walks like everywhere else we've gone. There's one daily price that includes personal attention and exercise. I'm sure we'll use them again.

We love Waggin' Tails Animal Inn! They are so kind to our overly hyper golden retriever. Bailey is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot. We can't recommend them enough. They will take awesome care of your fur babies!!

They took great care of our lab when she had to stay for a long weekend. I love that they have indoor/outdoor private areas for the dogs. I also like that they have supervised play with other dogs. They even told us about friends that she made, and sent us the cutest card with pictures of her afterwards. I feel comfortable our dog is in caring hands when we have her stay there.

The staff is really careful with your with pet, they saw we nervous about leaving our pet for the first time and they took care even sent us a picture and a report of all the activities that our pet did.

Easy dropp car no big deal I like

We have used them for years. It has recently changed hands but the service and cleanliness is still great.

We had are dog stay there for a long time when we where moving. Everyone that we met that worked there was really nice. They did there best to make are dog feel loved. The one thing that was hard is they would not let us see are dog when he was there. When we called to set up his stay they said we could see him but after we dropped him off they said no. I thought they where a little pricey but I needed a spot for my dog so we went with them.

The folks at Waggin Tails are very friendly and they were able to work with us in a bad situation to board our two cats. Would definitely use them again if the need arose

Highly recommend!! They took excellent care of our dogs while we were on vacation! Since the got the spa treatment while we were gone, will be using them to groom going forward!! Such outstanding service!

My experience at this facility was horrible. Boarded my dog here overnight, and he rubbed his nose raw. As well the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, and didn’t seem like she cared for our business. I had no way to get in contact with them. Their phone went out for numerous hours and their email provided on the business card isn’t even used by them anymore. When I tried to request a bath at pick up because I couldn’t get in contact with them to do so. The lady refused to do it even though they had several hours until closing. The only thing I found good about this place was their rates.

These great people shared their love of animals with our 4 dogs who usually are highly stressed when they are kenneled. They seemed to have a terrific time with the staff and, from what we can see, they ate well! Previously, they would refuse to eat and lose weight. Not here! We sent them emails asking for a status and they supplied us with several photos of them playing in the yard. When we came to pick them up, the dogs looked overjoyed to see us, of course, but they looked just as happy to jump on the staff! I was a little jealous but delighted that my babies loved them too! I highly recommend Waggin' Tails Animal Inn! They gave me back my happy, well-fed dogs in the same condition and I am grateful! Thank you!
