For three years this vet has provided the best care to my dogs. The staff is always so caring, friendly & sweet with both my pets & me!

I have always been very happy with the professionalism, care, and love my pets received at Rose-Rich Vet Clinic. They go beyond expectations. Even in times of grief, they show great sensitivity. I recommend them to friends and family.

AWFUL! Positive reviews are misleading! BEWARE! $$$$$$$$$$ Called in last week to ask about purchasing advantage multi and was told “not without a heartworm test” so I asked if I got a heartworm test from my new vet would be ok, would I be able to buy with Rose-Rich and they said yes! When I showed up they decided they wanted more $$$money$$$ and said, sorry we didn’t tell you but you have to have a physical with our vet first. So, basically punishment for going elsewhere! Mind you, we’re traveling internationally so my dog just last week went through a VERY thorough health/physical to even be able to travel. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!

The medical staff is knowledgeable & professional. Our pets have also been boarded several times, & they are well taken care of.

I want to say how lucky Rose Rich Animal Clinic is to have Dr. Morgan Drozd working at their clinic. She is so wonderful with all of my animals. She neutered my 6 month old puppy today. She is the most kind vet I know. Thank you so very much

I’ve taken Tee-2 (Yorkshire Terrier) many times to this location and never had any issue from DOB to current 3yrs old. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, location is clean. Thanks to the entire staff.

Originally I would have given this place 4 stars. My puppy went through each round of puppy vaccinations here. The staff was okay. Reception area is slow to acknowledge you when you arrive to your appointment, be prepared to wait past your appointment time, and be prepared to be rushed during your slot. All completely forgivable until recently. My senior dog who was 15 1/2 recently met her final days. At this point I called Rose-Rich. I expected compassion but received zero. It was a Wednesday and was told I could be seen Saturday. I explained that my pet was literally dying, vomiting repeatedly, and laying limp in my arms. The receptionist placed me on hold and spoke with the vet. Afterwards she got back on the line and explanation I could drop my dog off for a consultation in between appointments. My dog was dying. She wanted me to drop her off for evaluation. Said the vet would call me. But it would also cost an additional $112 for an emergency visit. Not one time did she acknowledge my pain or my dogs struggle. Not one time did I feel my senior gal was appreciated. I declined their over priced extremely insensitive service. I ended up taking my beautiful, brave girl to Fort Bend Animal in Rosenberg. Dr. Aguirre treated her final moments with grace, love, and pride. He made me feel completely safe. He took exceptional pride in honoring my dog. He is a true veterinarian hero. His staff gave me time to cry, to grieve, to properly say my goodbyes. I appreciated their kindness 10 fold. I am grateful for the excellent, compassionate, and thoughtful care that they provided my family.

If you want you pet taking care of in a professional Happy Atmosphere with great doctors loving their pets this is the place to go it's a One-Stop shop for everything and all your needs for your pup I highly recommend Rose Rich. All the staff are friendly with a smile . They treat Pets like real people.

Chino Boy McCoy always has a good experience here at Rose-Rich ???? They are always so sweet & patient with him which is GREATLY appreciated. He can be a bit hyper... especially when it's time to trim nails.

They are wonderful with our dogs. They are knowledgeable and kind. It is cost effective and they helped our dogs get rid of severe allergy problems.

You can really tell the people who work there really care for your pets. My Chloe recieved excellent care. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets.

I’ve taken my fur-babies here for years. Every time I take them in, I have a great experience. Everyone there is always so helpful, friendly, upbeat and great with both my dog and cat. Recently, I called at 3pm to see if they could see my dog ASAP because he had a gash on his neck - after texting them a picture of it, they told me to bring him in and they would look at him. They happily answered all my questions and treated him so well! I highly recommend RoseRich Vet to anyone and everyone!

Although the wait was long (it was a Saturday) it was worth it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. And they just LOVED our Graysie!

Our favorite go to vet in the Richmond area. They are very knowledgeable and never had any issues with their service. All of the staff and doctors have always been nice and helpful. They are also open to walk-ins on Saturday morning which had been very helpful several times. Warning: A lot of people find this service helpful too, so it can be slow. Get there early for quicker service. If your looking for a new vet you should definitely consider this one.

took my foster dog in for a bath today, she got a quick once over as well and we were able to find a small problem she was having, address it and will now be able to monitor it. I thank them for always caring for my kids as if they were their own

I’ve never had a poor experience here. Everyone is doing an outstanding job adjusting to these times. I’ve always felt like the options I was given for care for both my dogs were a great balance of compassion, realism and budget.

During COVID, we couldn't take be with Milo when they took him in but the Vet called us while we sat in the car and talked to us while she was examining him. This was very helpful. She actually doubled his gabapentin medicine so we wont have to be coming back anytime soon for a refill. Can't wait to be able to go in and see the offices in person.

Dr. Moore and her staff always provide the best care for my family's pets! We have seen Dr. Moore and several other of the other doctors for almost 10 years!!
