This is the best group that I've ever taken my for children too! I've heard babies mean a lot to us bless this was my 1st time my 1st visit what my little Ace and and they made me feel relaxed It's uncomfortable and I'm sure I'll be with this veterinarian as long as I'm living here in Richmond thank you guys for the wonderful experience

Our little Maltipoo was not eating and lethargic. Called her regular vet and they could not see her for 3 days or even fit her in as emergency! Brazos Bend saw her right away and have provided excellent care! They saved her life!

Dr. Estrade and the staff at BBAH are the best! I always leave feeling great about the service my dog and I receive. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have been taking my pet here for nearly 3 or more years. Amazing and outstanding service every single time. My dog is excited to come to the vet. They always have treats, bright smiling faces, and great customer service. Every single time I have made a call for a vet appointment, I have had my preferences available. Everyone makes an effort to know your pet and treat them with the best care. There are even follow up text messages (with real human responses) after a vet appointment to check up on your pet. Simply amazing and outstanding service with high value and quality. Would recommend everyone and anyone to this animal hospital.

Brazos bend fit us in last minute for our 2 rescue puppies we found on the streets. They were incredibly kind and informative. Most of all, they took great care of our babies. I have been taking my animals to BBAH for about 30 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff is great and the vets have always provided great care for my animals.

They were incredible and very caring and compassionate. When we had our incident with our cat, they gave us options and let us know clearly what the consequences could be. They are very supportive of our decisions and gave us enough time to spend our final moments with our pet. They'll definitely be our go-to spot from here on out.

The staff from reception all the way to Dr Estrade, the owner, and vet techs in between are ALL AMAZING. They care so much. There always seems to be someone avaliable to answer texts, calls, questions... I've only been a client since March but with a sickly 12ish year old adopted baby, I've been to the office many times. I can't rate this clinic high enough. They are really the best.
