I have used Pet Paradise many of times in the past and never had a bad experience. However, I boarded my dog over the weekend 3 weeks ago and he came home vomiting and very dehydrated not eating and just not himself, it took him a few days to get over it. I'm not sure how he was at the place because when I called, they said he was fine and eating so I'm a little confused on if he was really doing ok.

I would not have my dogs board here. I have been keeping track of when they use air horn. It has been a lot more frequent lately. And it is loud enough for me to hear it. I feel bad for the dogs ears. Should try the no bark collars that vibrate instead of an air horn.

My cats stayed here and they had a really good experience. I liked how i was being updated about their day through pictures. Im definitely coming again

Always a great experience when we bring the babies here! I have three dogs and every single one of them knows this place by name and rushes to the car to go.

We have used Pet Paradise Premier Plano for years for our beautiful shepherd mix, and this past visit included her plus our new addition, our feisty little Boston terrier. Both girls had a wonderful experience, and we couldn't be more pleased with their care and grooming services!

DO NOT board your babies here. they never answer the phone. no way to contact them at all so unprofessional for people that are trying to do a check in or even to ask questions. absolutely worst customer service

Our dog Toby has been boarded there many times over the years. The staff is wonderful and treats him like their own. He loves it there!

Hawkeye seems to enjoy his visits and all the staff we have met have been exceptional.

Friendly staff, first and foremost. However...our dogs stank when we picked then up and the scoop we provided with our dog food was missing out of the bag when we got home. Not sure how the food was properly given at meal time and not sure how even the worst accident would have left a permanent smell if shampoo were applied. These problems would be (arguably) minor if they were isolated, but I have to assume this lack of attention to detail probably extended to the entirety of my dogs' care throughout their two week stay.

The staff was so friendly and made my furbabies feel like they where home away from home. The price was very fair as well. This was my first time having my furbabies in this kind of atmosphere and I was very worried at first. 10 stars

I don't have a pet of my own so can't say much on a personal note but I know a lot of people with pets that love the place so it's gotta be good. I've been there a few times and honestly can't say anything not good about them. So it's worth being considered for a pet fun time.

They do an amazing job taking care of our dogs when we travel!! Our dogs love the staff!

Honestly I’m just happy my boys are still alive and only had to spend one night there. This is the second time boarding there but the last! One of my pups has green mucus coming out of his eyes for the secon time after leaving here. My boys were not laying on their bed, because it was not in their room, nor their toys. My babies are old!! They have pinched nerves, they need to be on padding not concrete. Also, my dogs always come back so dirty like they aren’t being watched. Never again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BABY HERE! The worst customer service especially from their regional manager Martin Wood. My dog got sick while there. Picked him up and had to take him to the emergency animal hospital. He caught a virus. We were told they would return the Vet fee but Martin freaked out on my husband because I said apparently the kennels were not clean. We picked him up on Thursday and my dog still has not gotten better and it’s now Monday. Here are some pictures. If you love your animal please Find a different place. Four different medications they had to put him on. Diarrhea, vomiting, blood in stool and fever of 104.5. Not to mention they never answer the phone. My daughter called several times while on vacation and was not able to get through at all.

They did a great job. Unfortunately I had to remind them that I had food left over from the visit. I was able to get it before I left the visit. Aside from that it was perfect.

Pleasant place to being your fur baby. Staff was great. Jubilee my Chihuahua mix enjoy her 6 hrs there.

They get to know you're pet and take good care while they spend the day playing Bailey lives it!

WOW. Just ask yourself three questions. Do you love your buddy? When you cannot be around, would you like someone to love your buddy like you do? Did you say yes to those previous two questions? If you answered yes to all of those questions, I HIGH RECOMMEND 4P! Just moved here to Richardson, needed a place for the Patrick to stay for two days. I may butcher the spelling but... Keanna and team went above and beyond to help myself and Patrick. They even took a picture to let me know he is cool and happy!

Oliver has loved getting to know the team at Pet Paradise- Premier! We did a intro visit with day camp and I loved being able to look at the webcam to ensure he was doing ok and having fun. The next week, we used 3 days of boarding! I was able to call and check on him whenever I wanted, see him on the webcams for morning playtime, and adjust my pick up times if I needed. He also got a bath and nail trim and this is the best his nails have looked in 6 months!! When we brought him home, he didn’t have a long “recovery” time like previous boards. He ate normally, went to bathroom normally, and there wasn’t any depression!! We will definitely make pet paradise our home away from home!!

They are very professional and loving! If your pet is anxious as ours is, they will work with you and help get the job done without stressing out your pet. Highly recommend them!

What a nightmare to deal with this place. - They don't answer their phones - I left my dog there TWO DAYS and got him back with an ear infection/mites - which was costly to cure - The dog smelled like urine and stunk - They said the dog was "not eating" and a "picky eater", but they NEVER gave back any of the food I sent with him - The dog was SEVERELY underweight and mostly bones NEVER AGAIN sending my dog to this place and expecting at least a full refund and apology for this horrifying service
