Dom LOVES going to Dogtopia for “school”. They are always happy to see him, welcome him with open arms and take the best care of him. Thank you for making my boy feel so loved!

We just got our puppy back after 2 weeks of boarding at Dogtopia. They charged a high rate of $45 a night and made our puppy sick and undid his potty training. This may be an ok place for a daycare but I want to caution any owner who has a puppy being potty trained that this place will confuse your puppy. Apparently here it is ok for dogs to poop wherever indoors and the staff just cleans it up. But this is very confusing to your dog but it might be easier on the staff than taking your dog outside to do their business. They also likely did not clean all the poop immediately because 1 day after we picked up our puppy he was very sick and got diagnosed with giardia (highly transmissable through stools). Now we're spending $300 on the vet and meds, in addition to paying Dogtopia around $1 grand! Needless to say we called and followed up but did not get any reassurances. There was also minimal communication when we boarded him here. Bad decision on our part to leave the puppy here, will not happen again.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff. They love dogs and are genuinely interested in working with them, even the shyest dog can have a great time and learn something in the process.

What a great place ! I have used other boarders before but this place beats them by far. The meet and greet, intake process was very thorough, they really want to get to know you and your dog! Staff was very nice and excellent.

Cant believe my eyes. I just watched for 15 minutes a huge guy shove 10 dogs into their crates for "rest time" ate 6 :45 pm on 6/11/2021. He was rough and seemed by body language to be in a very bad mood. Wish there was someone else in the room with him to hold him accountable. Very scary. Im horrified that my pup is going to be boarding there for a week and Im flying out tomorrow and I cant do a thing about it. I will be praying for him. Otherwise the front desk has always been good and when my dog is playing they seem to treat him well.

I like that I can watch what my dogs are doing while being able to go on a vacation. They are always keeping it clean and safe for the dogs which is a huge must have for me and my 2 dogs.

Well-designed, clean, and well trained staff who are exceptionally helpful. Very accommodating to my 3 dogs. Love the ability to watch them on the dog cams. My very active dogs were returned to me in great shape, tired, and happy. On repeat visits, the dogs are very excited to come back, and very eager to get to the play areas. Highly recommend.

Our dogs LOVE this place. The staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Always a smile when we walk in, and i can tell, watching on the cameras that our dogs have a fantastic time! We don't have a single worry when they sleepover during boarding. If you need boarding, daycare, or grooming, don't look anywhere else!

Harrison loves going to Dogtopia. He runs in circles through the house when I tell him he's "going to Puppy Camp". They know his personality and he comes home tired from a day of play. The staff obviously love dogs.

Tara groomed my golden doodle. She took my requests and made suggestions and cut him just perfect. She Rocks!

It's a great place for our dog and he loves it! How do I know? When we lead our dog towards our car in the morning he knows "today is the day he's going to Dogtopia". He literally starts dancing on his two hind legs, he's so excited!

The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. I really like that there are different activities throughout the month for dogs to participate in. I also like that there is a nap time and outside time! Best doggy daycare I've seen!

Great location with great staff. We take our dog here when in Dallas seeing family so he can play during the day. On Saturday’s it’s even more affordable than normal.

I really enjoy how much passion the employees have for the dogs. They are always doing fun activities and the dogs enjoy interacting with each other. Noelle is always very polite & professional.

My dogs go absolutely, utterly crazy every morning when they know they are going to Dogtopia. Who knew that a doggie daycare would be such a significant part of their day that they looked so forward to. One of my dogs stares out the car window, excited the whole ride there. It's obvious we are not getting there as fast as his liking, so he can play with his friends. On days that they don't go, you can see the utter disappointment in their face. I like the webcams, so we can see all the fun they are having. The staff keeps the place very clean. I like the variety of activities and themed days. As someone who works from home, I'm happy to see my puppies have such a good time during the day and I am able to be very productive, without worrying what the younger one is getting into!I highly recommend.

Simply put, they lost my dog and didn’t notify us until someone arrived to pick her up. We are fortunate enough that a good samaritan found her, brought her to a local vet, and we were able to be reunited. The incident was extremely frightening and traumatic. I am extremely disappointed and disheartened with the way the incident was handled. On October 21st, 2020 my boyfriend arrived to pick up our dog, Ruby, from her day with Dogtopia. When he called to say he arrived they asked him to come inside and they explained to him that Ruby had escaped when they were playing outside. Per fire code, they have to have another door that opens on the fence. Apparently, when the big dogs were out, one of the them may have pushed a trash can or something and opened the door a little bit. When the little dogs were let outside, one of the caretakers saw the door open and counted the dogs. 3 were missing. They caught 1, a local business owner got another and saw Ruby. But when she tried to get her, Ruby was too fast for her. They told him that there were already people out looking for her and they had called Plano Animal Control. We do not understand why my boyfriend and I were not made aware of her escape until my boyfriend arrived to pick her up. Why weren't we notified the instant this happened? They had already brought back the other two escaped dogs, had people already looking for her, and called animal control. However, they weren’t able to call us about this incident prior to our arrival? Had we been notified sooner, we could have also helped searching for her earlier. Not being notified when it happened, makes us feel like Dogtopia was hoping to find her before we arrived to pick her up and hide the fact that she had been lost. I emailed Dogtopia the following day (Thursday) voicing my disappointment and asking why we weren’t contacted immediately regarding her escape. As of today (Saturday), I have not received any sort of response and continue to be disappointed with how they are handling this situation. Until this event, our experience at Dogtopia had been positive. However, after such event and our belief of how they mishandled the situation, we will not be bringing Ruby to this location anymore. ****UPDATE - after posting this review, the Dogtopia manager called and further explained the timeline and how everything happened within 10-15 minutes of my boyfriend's arrival. She was very apologetic and refunded us for the remaining days we had on our daycare pass since Ruby will no longer be attending Dogtopia.

The staff is friendly and attentive. Each time I drop my pup off they greet him by his name and are super excited to have him. Dogtopia is also very flexible with drop off and pick up time and is willing to work with my schedule. Dogtopia is a huge help for my pup to let out all his energy!

The odor was overwhelming (bad) when we arrived and I was surprised. We asked for a spa service to be completed shortly before we picked our dog up, and the receptionist said she forgot about it when we went to check out. I do believe my dog girl enjoyed herself.

Our Fur babies love daycare and sleep overs here. By the time we get home with them they’re passed out for the day or even next. Will forever have my business. The staff are awesome and caring to our pets and every one else’s.

Fantastic place! The environment, people, and their attention to detail was so impressive and made me feel very comfortable leaving my puppy in daycare with them for the first time! And she had a great time :)

This is a good boarding and daycare for dogs. However I dislike them not answering their calls or someone’s not at the front desk. I tried to call three other times and still no one seems to answer. I would have given this place a five star review but because of the lack of responsiveness I give this place a three
