There’s a reason they are rated 5 stars. Truly care about their animals and aren’t just there to sell you. I want to especially thank Jenny And Dr. Tucker for answering all of my questions and helping me with my dog Bear’s Yeast infection. We saw found our Vet!

I had just moved to the Plano area and was concerned about finding the right vet for my fur babies. The staff were very polite and helped my baby Simba during his surgery to get neutered. However I was not pleased with what they gave me to take home, for one the cone they provided was not a nice one. The pain medication was not dispensed properly, I asked them if it was possible that they could crush the medication so I can receive it ready in a syringe or to make it easier to give to my baby Simba. The vet then told me that their pharmacy are not allowed to do that which is very inconvenient. Nice people though

I took my new puppy for a check up and they were so helpful! Check in was a breeze and I was back in the exam room super quick! The vet tech was amazing as well as the vet! They answered every question I had and put my mind at ease. I will definitely be going back!

I've been using CityVet - Preston Park since adopting a dog at the local shelter two years ago. The service is always excellent and the staff both friendly and professional. Dr. Tucker and his staff take the time to make sure you understand any relevant issues about your pet. I highly recommend them.

First visit and loved it! Just moved into the area and wanted to get situated with a new vet for the furry one. Clean office and very knowledgeable team. Very quick on picking up what my dog needed.

Everyone at the clinic was so nice and attentive to our kitty! They were gentle and helped walk us through everything!

I’m extremely thankful that we brought our cat Sammy to CityVet Preston Park. Dr. Tucker and his team treated us with the most sensitive and thoughtful care when it was discovered Sammy had a tumor. Dr. Tucker went above and beyond to research and consult and give us possible options and outcomes while also getting us in quickly for her surgery. He did an amazing job and Sammy even showed her appreciation when he was removing her stitches (after being a bit difficult previously). I can’t say enough about Dr. Tucker and his team from the best bedside manner to the pristine office to the excellent communication and follow up and most importantly fantastic care of Sammy. She’s doing great almost 2 months after the surgery and we couldn’t be more grateful.

From my 1st reassuring encounter over the phone with Denise to the young man that wiped down the bench for me to sit, to the young lady that sat on the floor with my baby to provide comfort to the lady that clipped Sashi’s toenails then went out of her way to the car to retrieve a stuffed animal blanket to meeting Dr Tucker….. I’m thankful, grateful n appreciate of the care, concern, services and options. My baby might be on her way over the rainbow bridge soon, but I take comfort in the trust they’ve created to ensure Sashi doesn’t suffer

Check-up for our puppy was quick and seem-less. We got the vaccines, the vet also recommended a nice heart worm preventative and helped us by informing us of a minor injury.

Responsive Vets are hard to find. Dr. Tucker was available during the Ice Storm when no one else was. He was there for our adopted Animal when we needed him & saved his young life. We had a great check up today????????

Dr Tucker and staff are amazing. I completely trust them with my 4 legged babies.

Called City Vet in the morning to get an appointment and got set up for a couple hours later at 11 o’clock. I was very thankful, I felt it was an emergency because my cat was limping and he seemed to be running a fever. Got into see the doctor, Dr. Tucker, right away and he examined my cat and gave him an anabiotic injection and some cream for his and scratches. He was very caring and very gentle with my cat. I love Dr. Tucker and all the vet technicians and office staff, they are very caring and very professional.

Dr. Coady is without question the single best physician I've ever needed.... As a physician myself, I can attest to the fact that any medical, veterinary or dental school would categorize Dr. Coady as the gold standard by which all healthcare providers should aspire to. His only drawback is that he isnt managing my own health!

I was dissatisfied with the way things were going w/ my previous vet, so I searched and found CityVet - PrestonPark and decided to get my dog re-examined by Dr.Tucker and his team - so glad I did!! This was my first visit but I already feel comfortable and at ease. He’s great at explaining everything thoroughly so you can get a better understanding of what’s going on. Highly recommend this place!!!

Today was a struggle, between juggling client calls, therapy and dropping off my sweet cat, Sox. I was late to the appointment and they still worked me in. We waited for about less than an hour before we were called to be seen. Dr. Eckels and his staff are always professional, warm and efficient. It was quick and I appreciate how they let me know what was happening every step of the way before starting anything. When I got my cats from Operation Kindness over six years ago, I’m happy I made the decision to go to CityVet. Best decision I’ve ever made pertaining to keeping my cats up-to-date on their shots and watching their overall health. I will always recommend any CityVet, but especially the one in Plano. Amazing!

Dr. Tucker is great!! Very thorough and genuinely seems like he cares. I have an older dog that wasn’t eating or drinking for days and I thought she’d have to be put down. Dr. Tucker saved her and gave me options and recommendations on best care. She’s like a completely different dog in 2-3 days after seeing him. Dr. Tucker was also very in depth when he went over bloodwork with me and things to watch for (good signs, bad signs). Side note- we called 30+ vets nearby and no one would get us in for over a week. CityVet had a cancellation and got us as a new patient in within a few hours. When we arrived, they took us straight back and started on helping her right away. No crazy wait times and everyone was very helpful.

Dr. Tucker is great! He takes the time to explain everything. And his staff are friendly and courteous. I like that he's very kind to my cats and shows concern for their well being. And the staff are very friendly as well!????

Absolutely love Dr. Tucker. He truly cares about your animals needs. And I can't forget Elijah. I swear he's the dog whisperer. Such a gentle soul to be around.

Dr Coady is great. All of the staff are always so friendly and professional. Dr Coady always makes a special trip out to the car to talk directly to us to let update us and make sure we don’t have any questions.

We wouldn't take our animals anywhere else! The whole staff is so friendly and loving.
