I’ve been a happy customer for over 26 years, introduced to this clinic by my husband, he started visiting the clinic in 1977, I couldn’t take my babies to any other place, the veterinarians are well informed on the latest treatments and are personal with the patients, my last baby was diagnosed with Cushing’s and diabetes, and for the past 12 years all staff members have been involved with her treatment, I can only say that I couldn’t get trough the past years without their love and support. Front desk staff is very friendly, Jasmine, Tabitha and Trudy are sweet, and the technicians are very knowledgeable and well trained. Thank you for caring for Seika, Taz, Pelona, Matilda and now my new baby Hilda.

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone from the front office staff, to the techs, and the vet herself were so kind and amazing. Our cat was having potty issues on and off. They were able to squeeze us in on short notice. We were in an out in about an hour and left with the confidence that our cat was going to be ok. I feel like they did only what was necessary and never tried to pressure me for extras. I also felt like the price was very reasonable considering all that we had done. I will definitely be coming back and making this our regular vet!!

We have been so happy with Pearland Animal Hospital. They always greet us with a smile and have such attention to detail and customer service with every part of our experience. We know our dog is in great hands with the entire team. Exceptional veterinary office.

I brought my puppy Panda in after an accident at the dog park. I called ahead and they got her in immediately. She was scared and they were so patient with her. They even climbed under the chair she was hiding under to do her exam. They followed up the next day to check on her. I would definitely recommend this office.

Worst experience my family has ever gone through. The vet made it 10x worse. Unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate is how I would describe it. ONLY person to be helpful was a lady at front feet tabitha. I believe her name was.

I brought my 15 year old Blu Bear to PAH last week he was very sick , After thorough testing he had bacteria infection in his prostate and a severe UTI. He was in a lot of pain and wasn’t sure if he was going to make it through but with the amazing care that he received from the doctors and the staff Blu made a full recovery. I’m so thankful for the genuine care Blu received here.

I unfortunately had to put down my pup, Foxie, here. The staff was sure to answer all of my questions. The day of, Dr. Donna catered to me and my situation and they appeased to my time needs as well as my request to watch them prepare her for storage. I appreciated them not trying to talk me out of it and not asking me why, because, I didn’t even know why i wanted to watch. I just wanted to make sure she was taken care of. Crystal did a really gentle job of wrapping my pup up and placed her very gently in her box. I really appreciate how they handled this situation & the amount of explaining and care they gave, to not only my pup, but me too. They made this first time experience very calm and gentle. Thank you.

Our 15 year old dachshund passed in his sleep early on a Saturday morning. His regular vet had recently started closing on Saturdays so we called Pearland Animal Hospital to see if they could do the cremation for us. They were very sweet, professional and the cost was reasonable. I want to thank the staff for everything they did to make this easier on my family. We are now thinking of switching our pets over to this veterinarian practice.

I've visited several clinics in the area before finding this one. We will continue bringing our pets here for all their medical needs. Dr. Vance provides knowledgeable medical advice with a great deal of compassion. My kitties love him and you can tell he loves them too. When faced with treatment decisions he will choose the one that is in the best interest of the animal, not his own pocket. They are a little bit pricier than a couple of the other clinics I visited, but the quality of care is much higher. You get what you pay for, so don't trade quality of care for minor discounts.

We recently adopted our dog and brought her in for an initial visit. The front desk was very kind and helpful on the phone. We were pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment. Randy and Dr. Vance provided excellent care, they were very thorough and took the time to answer questions. Quality care all the way around!

Came here as a first time puppy daddy! I really liked that this place was open earlier than most vets in the area. I needed to get seen quick since I was traveling by car from out of state, and they were able to see me quick! Staff were kind, and the Dr. Was very helpful and friendly! They're Affordable too! Thank you for taking care of my puppy! He is feeling so much better!

Last week we had an emergency with my daughters bird. We took her bird to the veterinarian in this location. The following review is not for the doctors bc we didnt even made it that far, is for the receptionist that was in there. She was rude and careless on the fact that my daughters bird was sick/dying. This practice needs to hire people that care for sick pets not coldblooded people that tells a 14 year old I dont know what to tell you. On our way to the next veterinarian my daughter bird extended her wings, her heart started beating fast and died. Thank you for the lack of compassion we received! RESPONSE: My review had little to do with the state of the bird, but more with the attitude and lack of concern with your front desk. Animals pass away all the time, but your staff was callous and cold. When someone comes in for help with a dying animal, the approach and compassion go along way. Unfortunately your clinic has nobody that demonstrates that. Keep defending your staff when they are clearly wrong and more people will go elsewhere.

I have been using Pearland Animal Hospital since it opened. PAH is the second home of my animals. They kennel here when I need to escape. The cat is spoiled with ear rubs and brushing. The dogs get so much attention they come home really spoiled and demanding. The vets are just a email away for any problem, and I love the staff. The curbside service during the Covid restrictions has been fantastic. Keep up the good work! ????????????????????????‍????

PLEASE READ!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! The staff is okay, but not the service. I brought my 4-month puppy in for cherry eye surgery on both eyes. Paid over 1,000$ dollars ( which I thought would’ve been worth it) in expenses that were supposed to include overall health scanning, Nail trims, etc. I had to ask them to do all of those things AFTER SURGERY. I was upset that that was included in the set price, yet wasn’t even done during surgery. I never even seen his health scan that I paid 100$ for. Not only did I pay 1,000$ for his surgery, BOTH cherry eyes came back in less than a day. My puppy's eyes look worse than what they did before the surgery. Now I’m stuck with the same problem my puppy had before, just now 1,000$ out.

Don’t schedule appointments at the end of the day if you’re just going to rush through them and show your agitation! Both of my cats suddenly stopped eating on Saturday so on Monday I called this place for an urgent appointment since my normal vet was booked for the next few days. On the phone I specifically asked if the doctor would be able to perform diagnostic tests, specifically fecal, on location as cats can only go a few days without eating before it causes serious implications. I was told yes of course. They scheduled me for the next day at 6:45pm. So on day 3 of my cats not eating I show up at 6:30 for my appointment. They bring my cats in and I stay in my car and wait for the Dr. to call me. When she does, she brushes off my concerns saying it’s probably a virus or parasites, and suggests a medicine to help with diarrhea and a dewormer. Well what if it’s a virus? Can you do a test? How can I be sure it’s not something serious? How can I treat it? More importantly, how can I get them to eat since I don’t want them to die in the meantime? Well, then I am told they don’t do fecal exams unless I bring a sample from home so I should come back in a few days with that. Also “she thinks” the blood test should determine if a virus is present but it may not. And she suggests a bland food to make them eat. (I have already tried bland food, dry food, wet food, treats, everything I can think of.) I ask them to do any test they can think of, I just want to know what’s wrong with my babies so I know I am treating it correctly. The Dr. seems frustrated and rushes me off the phone. Someone brings a quote out to my car and while I’m looking it over (more than $1000 for both cats’ tests and fees) the Dr calls me back saying she hears I am unclear on treatment plan. I ask her to do the blood test on just one of my cats and she snaps “ that’s fine but it takes 20 minutes so we need to get going if that’s what you want.” It is clear they want to get me out of there so I pay $200 for the exam fee and dewormer, take my cats, and leave. I am frustrated because I need to know what is wrong so I can treat it and get them eating again. I don’t have time to try to slowly eliminate possibilities. I told them this was urgent and I wanted tests done at my appointment, yet they seemingly scheduled me too close to the end of their day, or at least the end of their patience. And falsely told me I could get the fecal exam done at the appointment. If all I was going to get were suggestions of things it might be and medication to treat one symptom of a bigger issue that may or may not be what she suggests, I would not have brought them in. I knew from Google/Quora that it could be one of her suggestions, but I brought them in to figure out what that one thing is (or at least narrow it down) using reliable tests. And not once was I told what was done in the “ comprehensive exam”. No observations on vitals, weight, or anything. Worst of all, I am still trying to figure out how to get my cats to eat so they don’t die. One of them tried eating tonight but immediately threw up, and won’t even go near the bowl at all now. Hopefully they survive two more days until I can bring them in to their normal vet.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The staff here is excellent and super friendly. Every time I go, they answer all my questions and perform my dog's exam in a timely manner. For example, last year when my dog had bladder stones, they were able to take us in with open arms the same day her urinary results came in. They did x-rays, explained them in simple terms to me, and provided a treatment/care plan that did not require surgery, only a change in diet. Ever since, my dog has never gotten bladder stones again and I am so grateful she didn't need surgery. This place is also affordable compared to many others, they will never overcharge you.

Very disappointed with the recent care of my daughters beloved dog. Unfortunately Lia passed away after a week of horrible complications from surgery. I’m mostly disgusted with the after care. Lia was sent home on a Friday from an extensive surgery earlier that day with no written instructions for after care. When complications started over the weekend my daughter tried contacting the vet who performed the surgery because she was so worried & only wanted to speak to the dr who knew Lia and actually performed the surgery (she private messaged her via Facebook). That vet messaged her back “she was sorry but didn’t give clients her personal number”. No one even called to check on Lia. I will never use this PAH again. My pets are my family, if you are too good or insensitive to give your number for a peace of mind in the event that a surgery you performed has complications then you are not good enough to be my families vet. My vets in the past offered their information, I didn’t have to ask. They called to check on my pets even from a routine spay & neuter. I’ve taken our other dog Ally to PAH in the past but will be looking for a new place. Never again here...

About a month ago, I was faced with choosing suffering or the rainbow bridge for my 2 senior dogs(babies). Riley, 14, sheltie with severe skeletal problems and Sadie, 16, Australian Shepherd mix developed a fast growing mast cell tumor in one week. I tell this because when Dr Dadgar heard Monday morning a double euthanasia, she told me that she told her staff,”we’ll see.” I like that she questioned it.❤️ Dr Dadgar and her staff helped to easy our pain in such a dreaded sorrowful time in my life and I’m so appreciative and grateful to them for it! When I get another dog...or two, they will go to Pearland Animal Hospital for all of their needs. P S. They sent me a sympathy card????????❤️❤️

Hi, overall I do not feel that this is a good place for pet owners to get the proper care for their animals. I think it is from lack of experience. Please check other options if requiring anything other than standard check ups.
