So I wanted to get my dog looking nice for the holidays however I was disappointed with the service. Don’t get me wrong the lady is nice but her grooming techniques are not great. They are wayyy overpriced I paid almost $100 for my dog and all she did was shave him off claiming he was matted when it was not the case if any he had a few in his belly. I showed her what cut I wanted and she ignored my request, and didn’t even bother to tell me that she was going to shave him completely. The worst part is that I took my dog at 10:30Am and he was not ready until 5:30 that is such a long time for a dog to be in a kennel with no food or water. When I confronted her about shaving him off she stated that if she delayed him it would of been about $50 dollars more!!! $150+ for a groom my dog is a schnauzer who weights about 25 pounds. She also charged me because the dog apparently nibbled on her however she claimed he bit her. As a person who has “experience” with dogs you don’t reach to grab them immediately without them smelling you because some dogs become very nervous when a human leans over crowds them. Therefore she provoked the dog who was nervous to react to a stranger. Im not trying to sound like a Karen it’s just from my point of view.

The place is not clean. Disorganized, but she is short staff. I hope she gets the help she needs because she seems like a nice lady.

I guess this grooming salon can't keep a groomer. The phone goes unanswered. There are recordings providing other numbers. I finally received a call back from someone saying the salon doesn't have a groomer and is closed until they find a new groomer. Ughhh

The owner is a very nice woman, great little affordable place. They open the shop early and closes in the early afternoon. :)

Such a neat little place.

Very family type person. I explained my dogs tendencies and she was able to groom and cut his nails. Not like the other places i have taken him. Leave him half done or not cut his nails and still charge their fees. They have a new client for my dogs Life!

Patty was great with my baby and he liked her as well...I will be returning.

I am terrified to cut my pet's nails and I have a 18yr old cat that had nails that was almost hitting his pads. It's was either a vet or a pet salon to get these trimmed. So I called this place up and they responded back fast and said to bring him in early. Took her literally 5 mins to trim his nails. My cat could be a real butt, but she knew what to do and got it done fast. He is a happy feline now. So very grateful for her help and I will definitely come back.

I was pleased with all that was included in the price, 54.00 w\tax, but my Schnauzer had a couple of red spots which concerned me. It looked like the red areas were cut too close & he kept scratching the area near his nipple. He has skin allergies, so I bathed him when we got home & I treated him with Neosporin til he was healed. Since he had a summer cut, I would not ask for another in the future. I appreciate her taking him in as a new visit.

Patty is amazing at what she does. Definitely would recommend her. My dog has the worse anxiety because I really feel petsmart traumatized her and ever since groomers have the hardest time getting my baby together. But Patty does it. Never complained and she's extremely patient. Oh and she puts the cutest little scarf on her each visit and she smells amazing for weeks.

The woman who works here is super great with my two dogs. One of them was extremely skittish and tried lashing out, but she never lost her composure and kept trying new things with my dog until she found a way to clip her nails. All her services are very affordable and I'll absolutely be going here again.

A good place to have your pet groomed!

I took my German Shepherd to get all cleaned up......They don't know how to treat an animal..... this is cruelty at the least.....Lack of knowledge and improper use of tools caused this.... I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!! Beware!!!

Was looking for a place that would bathe and dip my 2 Boxers, and I found this place and I have to say for the work she did on my dogs I couldn't be HAPPIER $40 each dog for a bath,dip,toenails trimmed,& teeth cleaning is a more than fair price ,thank u for the AWESOME job you did on my dogs, I will DEFINITELY recommend u to all my friends and visit us AGAIN.

They tried charging me $175 for a two small 10 lbs dogs because they have a new owner! Then she said the cheapest would be 75 per dog. Ridiculous!! I used to pay 40 per dog which is reasonable. Left as fast as I could! No loyalty to existing customers.

I have known Patty the owner of Spencer pet salon for over ten years now. I know she loves pets and is dedicated to her business. She is making some changes this year and I pray for her continued success. She is one of the best groomers I have ever known. Even though her prices have gone up this year I can surely say comparing her to other groomers in the area i can see that you get what you pay for.

Patty really loves animals and is the sweetest person. Even if she's really business she always takes time for each animal she grooms. My dog has never been a problem but I brought my cat, Angel in and she threw a fit! She bit Patty. I was so sorry, but Patty cared more about the cats nervousness, but she calmed her down and kept on grooming her. Yeah for my Angel and Patty.

She is wonderful with my dog! You can tell she loves animals and puts her heart into her work.
