Awesome place, Javier is excellent! We take our Cooper almost every a month, Javier is super patient, and if you knew our Cooper youd realize Javier has a gift of patience. He keeps us updated and our mind at ease. ♡☆♡☆♡☆♡#GODisGreat

My husband and I had to very last minute find a place to board our two dogs as our original sitter had an accident just a couple of days before our baby was due. Javier returned my frantic call promptly and we made a game plan for the week. He was more than flexible, extra kind, and explained everything we needed to know not having kenneled our dogs before. The check in went smoothly and was a quick, peaceful process. Throughout the week, we checked on the camera available for the room and more than once we saw Javier in there, giving our dogs love and attention, making sure their space was clean, and even going out of his way to make us a personalized card from our pups to congratulate us on our new baby. Hands down this place gets 5 stars, easily. The facility was clean, the process of checking in and out as well as communicating with Javier was simple, and going forward we wouldn't want anyone else to watch our pups.

This place was super clean and the owners are very friendly and nice! They have cameras in each room so you can see your pup whenever you'd like. I think this would be better if you have an older dog with low energy or two dogs together. The dogs cannot see each other between each room, so I felt like ours was lonely and bored for 4 days. But it is definitely safe and your dog will be taken care of! Make sure you bring your own dog beds and toys

Javier is amazing. Our very young pup was very high maintenance and we knew he was in good hands. 12/10 recommend :) We already have our second stay booked!

This place was amazing! I felt as ease being able to watch my babies through the camera. There were times I saw Javier on the floor playing with the babies. This place is very very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and I would never use anyone else for my boarding needs. Thank you Javier for making this such a wonderful place.

The Howliday Inn Dog Suites is operated with a high level of professionalism and passion. This passion shines through in the cleanliness of the facilities and care for the animals. Have used them on (2) separate occasions now and have been impressed each time. The professionalism is expressed in their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate request. That is not to mention of the cameras in each room that owners can access to check on their fur babies. I would highly recommend.

I reviewed this place over a year ago, but I think I need to shine some extra light on Howliday Inn and Javier, who runs it. It’s so incredibly hard to find a safe place for your pet, if they need a place to stay, it’s even harder to find some one that loves your pet as much as you do. We left our Sully here multiple times and have never been more satisfied. I could look at the cameras in my dogs room any time I wanted. Javier plays with all the dogs on a regular basis, which is amazing. He even made us a cute postcard of my dog when left for Memorial Day, and gave my dog one of his new dog toys. We took our pup to another place in town because this one was full, and we promised to never go to another place in Odessa again, except this place. 100% recommend. I wish I still lived in Texas!

The place is very clean and the dogs have their own rooms with a TV for ambient noise. I could also check in using cameras available in each room. We checked the cameras often and noticed that Javier spends a significant amount of time interacting with each of his guests and would often go into the rooms just to play with them. One of my dogs made a big mess and he had the entire room cleaned and sanitized immediately. He treated my dogs like people, and even moved them to a new room when part of the AC system stopped working. I’d be EXTREMELY hard pressed to find better service and amenities. We will definitely use the Howliday Inn again the next time we need to board.

I am very pleased with the quality of care my Jack Russell Terrier gets. Not only do they manage her dietary schedule but they also follow her medication schedule.

I won't board my dog anywhere else. Brenda was great and now Javier is great.

These guys are great.never boarded a dog before and didnt know what yo expect. Found them on google kinda last minute for our kiddo Ezio and right away we were at ease. The fact that there was a camera so my wife could check on him was a huge plus. These guys really seem to care and we constantly witnessed them playing and sitting with Ezio. Thank you so much, guys!

Javier took great care of my dogs! Even gave them some toys. Clean facility with tv’s In each room. I wil definitely board my dogs here again.

This is the only place I will board my dogs in Midland/Odessa. Brenda is a tough cookie but she is very clear about her policies and rules. She also lets you know the first time you drop your babies off that while they are under her care she treats them as her own! She is a stickler for having your dogs up to date on all of their vaccines, which I understand can be frustrating but at least you know YOUR dogs are safe from infection while there. She also allows both of my big dogs to be together in one room and I love the camera feature to check in on them whenever I want. I let my dogs make my decision about this place, the second time I boarded them here they bound out of the car and were happy, wagging tails and couldn't wait to get inside and greet Brenda. At our old boarder's they would refuse to get out of the car, hunker down, cry, pull, etc. That speaks volumes for me. Highly recommend.

Clean, clean, clean. Have tried several places in Midland/Odessa and dogs have gotten sick and needed to go to vet. Have taken our dogs here now for a couple of years, and will not take them anywhere else. Brenda is wonderful!

When I dropped my dogs off, Brenda was very nice, and made me feel comfortable about leaving my dogs for the first time in a kennel. I let her know my mother would be her point of contact and I sent the cameras and info to my mom to watch. I checked in a few times, noticed no one really interacts with the dogs, but that is ok. They are safe. Then, when I came to pick them up, Brenda was unfriendly and rude. She snapped at us, and told me to let my mother know if she has a complaint she could call her, not the camera service, as we were leaving. I stood there in complete shock. I am not easily aroused by people and their attitudes, but she was completely rude and has left a distaste in my mouth for the establishment. Lord knows, if she has been harboring this much anger about a woman trying to get ahold of someone with a question, because her website makes no sense, can you imagine how she treated my dogs after she got upset? I will not be back, and I will definitely not be recommending to anyone. I will be following up with the people who sent me there as well. She isn't the only game in town, and she needs to know she can't talk to people in that manner.

***VERY UNPROFESSIONAL*** When I first learned about this place I was very excited. I called and gave them all the information they needed to determine if they'd be able to keep my puppy while I was on vacation. I made sure to tell them he was six months old and had a little bit of a chewing problem. They assured me this would not be a problem. I filled out all paperwork and sent it back to them. Today, two days from my vacation - I called to confirm and I was advised they did not receive my paperwork and they would not be keeping my puppy because he was under one year old!!!! What??? How can you do this to someone two days before they leave on vacation? This is not the way to do business!!! Now I'm left to find someone to keep my puppy two days before I leave! *** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE*** If you decide to use them - make sure you call and confirm daily so they don't remove you from the list and never let you know!!!!

I should have written this review long ago, but now am compelled to get the word out that Howliday Inn Dog Suites is the BEST boarder in West Texas and Brenda is the most WONDERFUL owner and caretaker. We have been taking our 11-year-old German Shepherd mix to her for two years and will absolutely never go anywhere else. I had never used a kennel before moving to Midland/Odessa; I visited so many and was deeply discouraged after seeing some of the places. We were so lucky to find Brenda. She cares deeply for all of her visiting dogs and treats them like they are her own. She is sensitive to any conditions your dog may have -- age, medication, fear, etc. -- and we've never received anything but impeccable service. The facilities are spotless and every dog gets their own large room and outdoor space. I absolutely love that our dog can be outside all day and does not have to sit in a cage. Plus, Brenda checks on them so many times a day -- I'm sure our dog is more spoiled there than at home! Thank you, Brenda, for all you do for our furry friends!
