Very quick, in and out, visit which was awesome. They answered all questions and concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend to others.

This place is atrocious The doctors are good. No problem there . The staff are unethical band the manager sounds like she is in her 20s. And she also condoned the unethical business. I think these girls care more about going home than caring for animals. And if you tell them they made a mistake watch out , of them are yellers!! Save yourself stress and go elsewhere.

Dr. Miranda is the best. She sees all three of our pugs and they absolutely love her! We have been visiting this vet for almost two years and feel so fortunate. Our pugs are on the paw plan and it helps taking care of them a no brainer! This office was our first pic when we moved here to the area and we nailed it!

We just had our 2nd annual checkup for our dog and returned to FPC this year. The gal that welcomed us remembered our dog from almost a year ago, wow! Dr. Ford was compassionate and very helpful too.

They took great care of my dog when we came in to get her emergency stitches. The Dr. was kind and the bill was less than it would’ve been at an emergency clinic.

They are so good with my Lovey girl. I have been going here since I adopted her in 2020. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They cared more about my bunny back in 2016 than the money and made sure he got the care he needed. They even watched him for me while I was at work because he was gravely ill after his surgery and wasn’t going to make it. He passed away while there and they called me at work and Dr. Ford told me himself he was gone. They even stayed open a little later for me to come get him. Then I trusted them with my dogs, my cat, and even my bearded dragon. Just today they helped fix my beardie who was very sick and he’s already showing great improvement. They also saved his life a year ago. Amazing pace that’s really for the animals!

I have taken my senior cat here twice now and the team here is fantastic. They are transparent about the costs before providing any treatment which I really appreciated. Dr. Kestner is absolutely fantastic. I greatly recommend this clinic.

Very caring,I wouldn't go anyplace else

Had a great vet, but he can no longer treat pets larger than 90lbs, so had to find a new vet. What a friendly team they have at Family Pet Clinic NRH!!! Everyone was fantastic. Nurses were super with my 140lb Rottweiler and got her eating out of their hands. Dr. Rech was excellent.

my first time here and brought in my 3 dogs the service was awesome. the staff explained thoroughly all that was needed for my babies and were very professional and friendly as well. I needed to find a new vet and this place is where I'm gonna stay!!! I recommend to the parents of fur babies!!

Won't sell you a product they sell even with a valid prescription if the patient isn't seen by their vet.

I've had many great experiences at NRH family pet clinic and I am happy to have a local vet I can trust to provide my animals with the best care. Dr. Ford is a great guy and a wonderful vet, and all the staff are helpful and pleasant. I've already recommended this vet clinic to friends and I will continue to do so.

Unexpected health drama with the family dog. Dr Rich, Brooke all the desk staff (my apologies the names elude me) were more than compassionate and fit us in. The honest feedback and the quick turn around for answers and plan were above and beyond on a busy weekend. Brady and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Fantastic experience, had many a family pet there and everyone is always wonderful!

I recently brought my 16-year-old long-haired cat here. She had unfortunately gotten a lot of mats in her fur and needed to be shaved down. My usual vet wouldn't do that so I called around to find a vet that would, which led me here. The first thing that gave me a bad taste in my mouth was that the vet tech tried to sell me on a "paw plan," which for senior cats was $90 a month if I remember correctly. Although they claimed I could have unlimited visits, I typically don't need to take my cats to the vet often enough to justify it (especially since I have pet insurance.) They said my cat needed full blood work to make sure she was healthy enough for sedation, which was fine. They also said she had an enlarged thyroid and asked to do a thyroid test, which I agreed to. Long story short, my cat is perfectly healthy (thank goodness) and didn't need to be sedated. But to get her shaved down and diagnosed with and treated for a UTI cost me $550! I haven't spent this much at a vet since I had another cat who was dying and I won't be bringing my cat back here again. They did take care of her gently and well but I can't justify the exorbitant prices.

All the techs were very nice and seemed very responsive to my pets needs. The Vet was detailed and explained all aspects of my pets options and treatments. Had a great experience here and will definitely be using them in the future. Also will be recommending them to friends and family. Called with a sick dog and they fit us in to see the Doc in between apts. They followed up with us the next day and were very helpful with all our questions. Another great experience.

Love Dr. Ford!!! All the Techs are fabulous and knowledgeable, and the front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Just wish it was a little less expensive.

This clinic has amazing customer service and has cared for both of my cats. My cat just recently had a tooth cleaning and extraction done and is recovering wonderfully! They have always been great with communication and checking up after procedures. Thank you Family Pet Clinic of NRH.

First visit brining in my dog, made it very easy to book an appointment right away, really listened to my concerns with my dogs health. Great communication while I waited and found the issue right away and offered recommendations. Everyone was very professional and friendly.

We have been going there since 2014 when we adopted our little puppy. We loved the service and attention we received but within the past year or so we have been disappointed. Every time we call we are put on hold only to be disconnected. A couple of times I went to get medication and after examine her and bringing her back to the car they always forget to bring out the meds. So I have to wait another 30 minutes for them to go back and get it. They seem to have quite the turnover ... I don’t know if they’re just super busy or low staffed but I may be looking elsewhere.

Took my Conure to his first visit and it went well, everyone was so nice and he was very well taken care of !!!
