A bit pricey but good products

Convenient. They carry the brands we use and the treats. Staff is mostly helpful and friendly, with the exception of the very woke young lady who took "educating" me a little too far. She was offended I'm sure I did not ooo and ahh over her extensive and dead wrong advice. I'll adhere to my life experience and vet instructions before a pet store teenager.

If you have a dog or cat, this is a good place to go, however if you have small animals such as rodents or birds, they most likely will not have what you need. They carry crickets for reptiles, so that is good for those pet owners. Overall they don’t have much, and what they do have is a bit more expensive than other pet stores.

This is the one place that I always go to buy foods and, or equipment for my dog. The people are very helpful, they have a good knowledge and understanding of pet diet and gear that goes with what type of pet you own. Certain points of the year I have noticed that they have a limited supply of reptiles, mainly lizards. Off and on they will have kittens. It seems this place always has beta fish. I do know that you cannot put in a special order for a particular type of pet that you were looking for. I have been buying dog food here four over four years, One thing I have noticed is the employees change a lot. And I believe this reason is simply they are college students and they finish their school and pursue their career. That being said they have always hired very knowledgeable and polite people.

For the most part they always have her food, however the staff is not too friendly.They act as if they are So Busy... Especially the short Lil ????.

Customer Service was not well at all. Employee walks off while you ask questions. Not likely to shop there again.

Most of the employees are very kind and helpful, but there is one employee who is always rude and makes it a point to tell people how much she hates her job.

This place has nice things to offer, it's a bit pricey, yes but its the only pet store in nacogdoches. I have been here quite often- 3 of the times that I came here people were rude. I'll be shopping for insects online from now on- it's a much better alternative:)

Great store for pet products and the employees are always very nice and helpful.

Best selection of dog food in nacogdoches. Although they are about as over priced as a vets office. If you want your dogs to have a healthier lifestyle this is the only place to shop.

The workers were impatient for us to leave an otherwise empty store. If it had been close to closing, I would have understood. But it was the middle of the day. They have very little to choose from for small birds. What they do have is not the healthiest and not the best if you want your bird to live a full life. Sadly this is the only pet store option in town. It's very disappointing.

Having to put sanitizer on our hands during and after petting the cats for adoption will totally mess up their senses. I just got a vibe in the store that wasn't very pleasing. Cashier was rude as well

They trim dogs nails for 5.00 I think that's great

It’s pretty expensive to get food here and everything. I would prefer to drive to Pet Smart instead.

Considering this is the only “pet store” in Nacogdoches, it’s terrible. The staff pretty much ignores you ( out of the three times I’ve been there, twice the staff was huddled together talking about a customer), the selection is very limited and they just don’t care. I can find what I need someplace else.

Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of selection and reasonable pricing. Saved me from having to drive to Lufkin or Tyler for a big box store!

I love visiting this store. The prices are reasonable and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention always courteous and upbeat. They make getting dog food pretty fun!
