The staff is so good and loves my babies????

My fur babies were new clients jumping into the deep-end with “The Works” spa package. My ShorkiePoo was a first-time pro groom and my Jack Russell has been known to be a terror. Both came back exceedingly happy as if to say “mom, look at us.” I was pleasantly impressed with their look, smell, and the price. Looking to become regulars. Outstanding job and customer service Pet Suites Murphy staff!!!

This place after I took my little golden doodle there she was butchered and she also was traumatized. I don’t know what they did to her in there, but when I took her to her normal vet she tried to bite her vet and before we took her here she never did that. She actually just got back to normal. I will never take her to this horrible place

I've had my Doberman (Watson) stay here several times since they opened, usually months apart. Most stays have been for three day stays and I opted for individual play time the first two times. They evaluated him for group play and he really enjoys playing with the other doggos all day now! The staff here is very nice and it is very obvious that they care very much for our animals that we entrust them with. I like knowing that when I need to leave town, I have some place safe that my dog will enjoy being at while we are gone.

My dog Sophie loves coming to daycare. She is very excited when we arrive and always tired after a long day of play. The staff is always incredibly nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone I am having to edit my review. My dog absolutely loved pet suites. However, she got kennel cough three times from this facility. Cleaning must not be getting done properly or thoroughly.

Great place for your pet

I'd like to give a better rating because our dog seemed to enjoy his stays at Pet Suites. The two times he was boarded there, he was excited and happy when the staff walked him in. While both the staff and facilities are great, during recent stays - March 2021 and July 2021, our dog left the facility suffering from Kennel Cough. The first time was mild, but the second case has been horrendous so far. Although Pet Suites is conveniently located for us, with great staff and facility, we won't be sending our dog back.

Kind of on the pricey side, $90 for a furminator with bath but honestly they did such a good job i'm not mad. I pay petsmart $70 for their furminator & bath and although he comes out clean, they don't trim his nails well, cut the excess hair off his paws. He came out of here looking like a model, will be coming here more often.

Our dog loves day play here! The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. The property is very clean and well maintained. Our boy is knocked out everytime! **Update, we recently used boarding @petsuites and it was great! Our dog honestly almost didn't want to come home with us. Highly recommend checking them out for all their services!

Murphy Pet Suites facility and staff are amazing! This was my first time having my dog away from home with day care and boarding. They took care of Icy and did everything they could to make her feel comfortable! They communicated with me via texts and phone calls and I know my dog was loved while we were away! I HIGHLY recommend!!! :)

I take my dog here when I have to spend the day away from the house. She has a wonderful time here.

The receptionist was very caring and the groomer (unfortunately I do not have his name) was exceptional. My little scared, shaky, rescued from a mill Shih Tzu actually was less scared after the grooming. I was amazed. He was that good. I never want to take her anywhere else.

Our last visit has us questioning if we will continue boarding our dog here. Tried to enjoy a nice vacation out of town and got a few interruptions from staff not being attentive to the file. Booked a week, Wednesday right before close time received a text asking if we were picking our dog up or they will be adding another day. Of course I had to check my records to make sure I didnt miss. Once I confirmed my records I call as the text response was great we will update the reservation. The interuptions this time were to the point when there was a issue with our dog it felt as if they just didn't want the business. We got in town a little earlier to pick our furbaby up. We have been a customer for three years. No issues before.

Petsuites Murphy has friendly staff and my GSD was safe and happy when he came home. The facility is clean but my dog stuffy animals has poop when he was picked up. I was told that my dog has diarrhea due to stress. I think it's understandable for the first timer. Although, the facility should limit the total dogs inside the facility. They told me there was about 200 dogs inside the facility including day care and overnight stay. We also had to change from group play to individual play time due to stress of my dog. When I went back to the location to pick up the leftover medication, the staff did offer a free day care in the future which was nice. Overall, I did recommend Petsuite Murphy to my friends but recommend them to try them during non-holiday weekends.

Clean facility with a great team of folk who seem to care about the pets. A little more expensive than some competitors - but you do get what you pay for. Thanks to the team for doing a good job!

I boarded my cat because I had to leave town on a family emergency. I had explained beforehand that he had been a stray when I adopted him from the shelter and that this maybe a traumatic experience for him. They sent me a picture every day and he was very clear that Sherman was terrified. On the way home I received a call from PetSuites advising me that Sherman had behavioral problems and had bitten some one. I do think they took good care of Sherman but I am disappointed that they had not enough pet knowledge to realize that the animal was very scared and should be treated accordingly especially since they knew I would pick him up that day. I was told that he was banned from the facility which is absolutely no problem because I would never take him there again.

My Little Miss Kitty Lady is always relaxed when returning home from her trip to the suites. Everyone is super friendly and there is a calm chill atmosphere there, which I like. I highly recommend the suites and also they have windows into a beautiful garden for the boarders.

We have had our cats in daycare here for the past two days. PetSuites in Murphy, Texas is awesome. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Awesome customer service. The cat condos are amazing. Very clean and the best part---TV's!!! We really appreciate having this so close to home. Thank you, PetSuites!!

Petsuites in Murphy, TX is awesome!! My golden retriever, Skye, has been going to daycare and boarding with them since their facility first opened. The staff is very friendly and treats Skye like she is a member of the family. She loves to give all the staff TONS of hugs. You can tell by a dog’s behavior how they are treated by their eagerness to walk in the front door. Every request I have had for Skye has been met with professionalism. The facility is spotless and smells fresh every time we are there. Their efforts to make each stay special is second to none. The staff celebrates many holidays with the pets with costumes, pictures, treats and contests. This takes real effort and shows their willingness to make sure all pets have a positive experience. PetSuites facility has so many areas for dogs to play, including both indoor and outdoor. The bone shaped swimming pools are such a hit for water loving dogs, and they even brought in fall leaves for the dogs to romp in during the fall. If you haven’t had a chance to visit I highly recommend giving PetSuites a try. Your dog or cat will thank you ????????

Love leaving my 3dogs here when we are out of town. They do such a great job and keep us informed if something comes up. One of my dogs has anxiety and when he had been rubbing his nose along the bedding they put ointment on it and text me to keep me updated. Booking is always easy and the staff so friendly.

I love PetSuites! This was the first time I boarded my dog at PetSuites. The staff always seems excited to see my dog and keeps me updated on how she’s doing. The hours are also great because I got back on a Sunday and was able to pick her up so she didn’t have to spend another night away from home. I will definitely board her at PetSuites again!

Love this place. The staff greets my girl by name and loves her like their own. Clean, organized and so much fun for your furry friends.
